541  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Media is negative about Bitcoin? on: February 11, 2018, 11:05:17 AM
It's very simple, the media will only report malicious reports, they don't have bitcoin, they can't see that we bought bitcoin and made money, and the news in the media is mostly eyeball.

That is why I try not to believe the rumors about Bitcoin that appear in mass media. Even when they say it will cost soon $100 thousand, I try not to pay attention at these statements. Just be wise.
542  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts on market manipulation? on: February 11, 2018, 11:01:25 AM
I believe that whales manipulate the price of bitcoins. In my opinion, this is happening on a global scale. If you look at the growing bitcoin price from September to December 2017, you can see that everything started with a fall of more than 60 percent. As a result, bitcoin reached 20 thousand USD.

They certainly do it! I do not have any doubts that the whales have all reasons to manipulate the market and even artificially create rumors around Bitcoin and alts. They get much profit as the result.
543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin or Etherium? on: February 11, 2018, 06:18:57 AM
For myself it may be using ethereum because now ethereum is very widely used but for long term litecoin will be very good because litecoin is old coin which has "tasted" bitter sweetness of market price  Grin

Although Litecoin is a very old crypto as you say (it appeared in 2011), I trust it very much. It will show the power, I believe. Naturally, Ethereum is great as well. Pick both, this is my recommendation.
544  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's the worst trading decision you've ever made? on: February 11, 2018, 06:12:02 AM
We always hear people posting about their awesome trades and/or gains but very rarely hear about the stupid things that people do. With that in mind, let's hear the biggest brainfarts you've had while trading crypto...

Of course, not having enough patience to hold and just dumping it when there's a FUD and pushing the sell button right away. That's one of the rookie mistakes I made back then.

And then buying at the top price and being trap and can't get out because you will be taking a lost. But just like anyone here, we went all this stages but the most important thing is you learn from this stupid mistakes and never do it again. Hard price though to pay.  Wink

My worst decision in trading was also connected with selling of all alts I had when they started to fall. Then the pump followed and I understood my mistake.
545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do NOT hold your Alt Coins! on: February 11, 2018, 06:04:57 AM
Some alt coins now are scam, so we better inspect first all the altcoin we will gonna invest with.
I will still hold my altcoins even though manny speculation are rising, i trust my coin.
Be patient, and let us make profit.

Definitely, many altcoins (the so-called altcoins) are fake, they do not have future. Thus, I am trying to deal only with the most reliable ones, such as Monero, DASH, NEO, NEM, Stellar, ETH
546  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Any chance for USA to ban bitcoin? on: February 11, 2018, 06:01:02 AM
Every country are starting to ban. What if USA ban? how will it go?

Many of crypto investors come exactly for the USA. I suppose the country will just go on forewarning people about the risks connected with Bitcoin and altcoins, but I do not think there will be a ban.
547  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let it crash on: February 11, 2018, 05:57:40 AM
Would the best thing to do now not be to get out now while Bitcoin is worth at least three times it's low price this year.  All small holders get their money out now.  Let it fall.  And then buy back low.  Then everyone will get a chance of cheap Bitcoin not just whales.

We cannot let it crash or, vice versa, push to go up. Only whales can impact on its value sufficiently. Certainly, those, who are coming into the market right now, are waiting for the lower prices for BTC. But what about guys who are in crypto for long?
548  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If bitcoin is gone will the other coin survive? on: February 11, 2018, 05:54:25 AM
Basing on the market today bitcoin is dumping hard and also the alt coins. I guess without bitcoin the other coins will be gone too. What do you think?

The other altcoins will naturally stay on the market even when Bitcoin vanishes from it. Although, honestly I cannot imagine that it will ever happen.
549  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy now or wait for even lower price? on: February 11, 2018, 05:48:27 AM
I'm trying to figure out a right time to buy some more bitcoin. I'm having trouble deciding.

Would you buy right now (price over 7K USD) or wait to see if you can get it much cheaper?

The best time to buy was the first days of February. I believe that now Bitcoin is starting its marathon and it will run faster and faster, and forward. At least I hope for it. Thus, buy better, I think.
550  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 6 books must read if you want to invest in bitcoin on: February 05, 2018, 06:23:53 AM
I wanna share with you the 6 great book about Bitcoin for you to know more about it:

"Digital Gold" - Nathaniel Popper
"Cryptoassets: The Innovative Investor's Guide to Bitcoin and Beyond" - Chris Burniske và Jack Tatar
"Blockchain Revolution" (Tạm dịch: Cách mạng blockchain) - Don Tapscott và Alex Tapscott
"The Age of Cryptocurrency" (Tạm dịch: Kỷ nguyên tiền số) - Paul Vigna và Michael J. Casey
"American Kingpin" - Nick Bilton
"The Internet of Money" - Andreas Antonopoulos

This is very useful information. Thank you, friend for sharing it with us. Suppose, I will also read this stuff. However, I’d like to add something to this list. These are the books by Satoshi Nakamoto.

Find them here: http://www.bookofsatoshi.com/
551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do we have a price drop? on: February 05, 2018, 06:10:51 AM
Do you have any ideas why do we have such a painful drop in prices? Any solid explanations?
I don't like when people say: "correction". It is a bit more than a simple correction.  Something should stay behind this.
I think about several factors:
- Korean regulations to create transparent market - many people like crypto to be private thing,
- usdt problems and subpoena,
- price drop of btc - it is not a king now and we need another stable coin to make purchases. Drop in btc fears people.

Other things like facebook advertising bans and bans of credit cards for buying crypto shouldn't have massive effect. But for me thiss correction lasts too long. Every next dip surprises me more and more.

Naturally all of these factors affected the market of cryptocurrency. But look here, India has already noted that they did not speak about Bitcoin ban. They were going to fight with criminal activity connected with crypto. Thus, the society is a bit calmed down, and coins will go on growing.
552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC down, Market dump. Is this time to buy? on: February 05, 2018, 06:04:05 AM
Yes, now is definitely the best time to buy and accumulate more coins. Lately bitcoin and other altcoins are experiencing big dips and with the price fluctuates every minute, we should grab and take advantage while the price is not yet pumping. We don’t want to have regrets later on, when the price soars high again.

We had an awesome chance to use the first two days of February to buy altcoins and Bitcoins for the lowest prices during the last period. Now it is still possible to do it, but very soon all coins will be up.
553  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for old people? on: February 05, 2018, 05:59:53 AM
How to spread awareness of Bitcoin in a way so that old people start to use more bitcoin?

I do not think that elderly will be interested in anything that is connected with risk. You should agree that Bitcoin trading and investments into it are risky things. Old people need stability, thus they will not deal with crypto. Probably 2-5% of them might trade, but not more.
554  Economy / Speculation / Re: do you think bitcoin will go back to 6000? should i sell now? on: February 05, 2018, 05:56:42 AM
do you think it is going to 6000?

I doubt it very much. As I see from the charts, Bitcoin is going to make a good step ahead, and then run. I believe that there is still no need to sell your Bitcoins. Wait just a little bit till the coin starts to grow.
555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have faith in Bitcoin. The internet had the same resistance in the 90's on: February 05, 2018, 05:45:19 AM
I don't think it is fair to compare internet and bitcoin.

A better analogy is internet and blockchain technology.

Bitcoin is just one of the "products" of blockchain technology.

Bitcoin can either turnout to be "a Google" or "an Amazon" and conquer the world or turn out to be "a Yahoo" and get overtaken by newer competitors.

Probably the guy meant another thing: when people do not understand something, they vote against it and show no support. I agree than internet might be compared with blockchain — it is the same revolution in our life.
556  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Falling...Is it Panic Time? on: February 04, 2018, 06:59:03 PM
Panic is a good moment to buy rather than sell. Keep that in mind and you will actually make money out of it instead of lose money.

Keep your mind cool, and you will be in plus. If you really do not panic and get more Bitcoins, in less than a month or a bit more you will celebrate your awesome victory. The growth of BTC should come with Spring.
557  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is in danger? on: February 04, 2018, 06:55:07 PM
TRADINGEthereum and Bitcoin appear to be separating. ETH is in a 14-day uptrend while BTC is still in a 25-day downtrend.

Bitcoin never danger. Why people nervous for bitcoin price. Bitcoin again going up 20k . so just we are waiting for good result.

Good words! I also believe if more people show their optimism and support Bitcoin, its recovery and growth will come earlier. Do not panic. The crypto society supports BTC, and it will have a huge pump again.
558  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how are you increasing your BTC portfolio? on: February 04, 2018, 06:50:49 PM
Buy dips and crashes. Sell at ATHs. Best of all, jus HODL. Guys crypto is at its infancy. We have a long way to go. If you want to get more of your BTC port, join campaigna, become an advocate.

This is the simplest strategy, but it works well. I also invest into Bitcoin a part of my salary monthly.  These days I  will invest into BTC more as the coin will be growing and the process will start in less than a month.
559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins good to buy hold for 2018? on: February 04, 2018, 06:39:53 PM
Any suggestions for coins that good to buy and hold for this year.

I would choose NEO and EOS. I am still supporting Ethereum as well. As for the new coins, you can pay attention at Enigma. Here is the information about this altcoin:

560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is this the end of crypto? on: February 04, 2018, 06:36:12 PM
as we know all altcoin prices are all down, and bitcoin prices have also entered the price of $ 8000 is this a sign that crypto will end? and bitcoin prices will return like the starting price in 2016? because every thing has its time and I hope this is not the time for crypto to expire and in the future I expect altcoin and bitcoin prices to return normal again and increase the price.

No, it is not. Crypto will go up. I am sure ETH will be the leader and Bitcoin will recover. The new forks of these currecnies will add them value. The market will raise, but we have to wait for at least 2-3 weeks.
