Yeah they are but honestly in that match they were lucky to get a penalty in the last minute and get a draw. Chelsea managed to get good results in the previous two matches, because Chelsea managed to win away against Tottenham and also Chelsea managed to hold a draw when play against Manchester City. In the next match, Chelsea will play away aginst Newcastle, and at this moment at least Chelsea is not a favorite to win based on the available odds.
