Besiktas comes from some disappointing results away from home, like a goaless draw against Boluspor, a 6-0 defeat against Dynamo Kiev and a defeat against Kasimpasa
Also the total goals are unpredictable, sometimes their games have lots of goals, sometimes none
So I guess better stay away from this game

Economy / Speculation / Re: Safe to say Bitcoin "probably" won't go lower than $600-$700

For "natural reasons" don't. Even the FUD caused by the inspection of the chinese exchanges failed to hold the price down for any significant amount of time.
Only concrete bad news could drive the price lower, but there is no way to know if a country will ban Bitcoin or if and when an exchange will be hacked

The last "crash" caused by a PBOC related issue lasted less than 12hours and caused a $40 drop in the price.
This time won't be different, by Monday the price will be back to $920+
Just as I predicted, the price is now back to $920 in less than 12 hours. I don't think we are going to see prices much lower than $900 for any significant frame time anymore, so resistance probably will be around $900 for the short term Not saying price won't fall, I just don't see any reason for a fall

I can't find local options for Bitcoin credit cards and they have even bigger fees than the conventional credit cards
So I prefer pay directly with BTC, when not possible I just withdraw from some exchange what I need

the ranking is based on ROI, and of course of factors are more important in the long term, like how serious the developers are, the scalability and the innovation.
But 2769.02% of ROI in a year is not something that can be overlooked

Learn and hodl first. Get knowledge and experience, until you can answer the question for yourself and maybe answer to others too.
Most of people are inexperienced and give bad or too basic advice, and some may tell things they know that aren't true because they have some agenda

Economy / Service Discussion / Re: signature campaign vs social media campaign, which is more effective?
|
on: January 22, 2017, 02:10:28 PM

Signature stays within this forum, with varying elites of long year experience of blockchain technology while the world of the social media exposes projects to richer world of people who also looking for what to invest on. However, have not managed any campaign at both platform but like to know, to what advantage has signature campaign taken over social media or vice versa in recent campaigns.
If the campaign is related to bitcoin, then signature campaign over here in this forum is the best as there are thousands of users who know what is bitcoin and they can join your services. While if you permote it on Social media like facebook twitter, not everyone know about bitcoin, so maybe it wont be that much effective. Can't completely agree with that. If you know quite a few people on social media who are interested in bitcoin, that could help. You could also target specific audiences on social media, like Reddit. You could probably get some kinda sponsored message at a bitcoin-related subreddit. I think (correct me if I'm wrong) that a social media campaign would cost less. Depends, really. You may be banned from Reddit if you make paid posts. Also in the social media there are too many fake profiles and media manipulation, I don't know how they affect the campaigns, but is something to take into account(one may say "here too", but in the social media they are really professionals) Also not few bitcoiners are isolated, because we aren't that many, compared to the total population

This is a free market, let people do whatever they want, if it is lucrative or gives another advantages, then people will use it, otherwise it will just fail.
That being said, I would not use a Bitcoin bank because of the fees, that are higher, the bureocracy and the less anonymity. The government or the bank itself may freeze any account at any moment, with or without a reason

Economy / Speculation / Re: How can the impact of Bitcoin prices ahead of the Lunar New Year?
|
on: January 22, 2017, 01:55:51 PM
|
For the last some years, the end of year was a time of heavy dump, but this year Bitcoin got pumped to $1100 instead. The chinese new year used to be dump time, but we can't be sure if the trend will reverse now. That being said, I doubt we will see any big rise or fall until this issue with the People's Bank of China is solved one way or another. So I guess sideways, unless PBOC does something.

for the next today's games:
Athletic club win or draw against Atletico Madrid. Atletico Madrid is with some disappointing results, and Athletic Club only lost against Barcelona at home. Also probably will be a low scored game, so under 2.5 goals Real Betis because they are strong at home Barcelona and under 3.5 goals

Bayern Leverkusen will win today, they are even stronger at home and Hertha has some key players out of the game, also Bayern won 12 from their last 20 home games against Hertha Berlin
Köln 0 asian handicap is also worth the try, because Mainz 05 lost 4 of their 5 games and their win this season came from struggling sides, and Cologne is best than them

picks for today:
Chelsea and over 2.5 @1.6: kinda obvious, Chelsea is on fire and Hull is in the last position, and Chelsea usually makes lots of goals at home
Arsenal and both teams to score @3: both teams to score in 60% of Arsenal's home matches and they conceded in 71% of their last 7 home games in both competitions. And of course Arsenal will win

I have lurked some around and I saw pretty old website that still offers like "5 BTC" to draw the picture of a realistic dog or whatever, so I ask you, a real, updated website that does stuff like for hobbyst or similar? Thanks
probably was fiverr or some other similar site. but of course they don't pay 5 BTC for a draw, they instead usually pay 5 dollars and do the payment in Bitcoins. better concentrate in earn money in any way you can then convert to Bitcoins, will be easier(unless you can't use exchanges, for example, if you are underage)

Banks already have safe deposit box where anyone can put anything valuable that may also include bitcoin paper wallet. Its better not to tell them your bitcoin address, they may report it to government and they may charge you in the name of tax.
but safes are expensive(unless you are a whale) and overkill if you want only to safe a string of text. maybe mini faults than can store a sheet of paper, or some kind of cryptographic solution that would be more secure than the ones available in market would be a better idea but bitcoiners are too paranoid to share their private keys with banks, no matter how safe they are

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question about coins total supply

I don't think people would take too seriously cryptos with lot of coins mined by block. Would remember hyperinflation and 1 trillion Zimbabwe dollar bills and people measuring money in KG instead of by value.
But of course this is secondary, if the fundamentals are good and the developers are serious it a large number of coins won't kill the project
