Price Action Summary

Current Price: Approximately $77,106 USD.Year-to-Date (YTD) Change: Down about 10.02% since January 2026.

Recent Rebound: Recovered from a local low near $63,499 in early August 2026 during a broader market consolidation.

All-Time High: Reached $126,198 in October 2025 before entering a corrective phase.

Since the beginning of this year we all have seen how bearish (which have also dragged some negative thoughts on investors) the market price have been and it can not be compared to how Bitcoin price was as of last year and some will agree that last year was the best to have given us 6 digits and the ATH which is $126k and ever since we saw that figure the whole market movement started falling and we still have those who are still holding till date, that alone made me to wonder, for how long are we still going to hold even when the market is dropping off more than we expected?

You cannot always be in the green signal when investing. Most of the time, you may have to pass the test of a period of price decline and sometimes a greedy mentality may arise during a period of price increase. Bitcoin is an asset made for long term investment. If your intention is to trade, you may not be able to remain in a mentally stable position. Investors should stay in Bitcoin accumulation when there is a period of price decline. If you want to always get profit, you may have talked about trading strategies but for long term investors, you should keep a long term period of Bitcoin accumulation in planning, such as 4-10 years and then think about getting profit.
2  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is gambling also referred as investment? on: September 12, 2026, 10:06:05 AM
Gambling is an investment. If you are not a gambler you won't know this until you start gambling. And also in gambling, we have long term investment and short time investments. It can be referred to as long term when you play the games, extending it to stay for some weeks or months before they will finish playing all of them, on the other hand, short term gambling is one that you have to bet on only the games they are playing for that day or the next day without the games being extended more than two or three days.

Gamblers will be able to relate more to this. People who gamble see it as an investment because it is an investment, the same way you expect money in return in trading is how you also expect money in return in gambling. The same way you can lose your money bin gambling, that's same way you are liable to lose in trading too that's why people say they are almost alike in their modus Operandi.
Gambling remains gambling and there’s no way you will twist the narrative to make people believe that gambling is an investment. I’m a gambler and I’ve seen the difference between gambling and investment. Even if you may assume something like long term gambling which i doubt if something of such nature exists in gambling. It’s only in investment you can talk of long term and anything other than that is a gamble, for example those traders who trade for short term gains what they’re doing is gambling with their investment. Even if you gamble for long term, it does not move in a sustainable direction because the loses are more guaranteed than winning over time.
It is not right to compare trading with gambling so much. You are probably a newbie and are criticizing too much because you have lost money through trading. In fact, many people are making profits from trading. Many experienced traders make profits even in bear markets. There is risk in gambling and there is a high possibility of losing money there, but a patient and experienced trader does not use his funds like gambling. Gambling and trading are almost at the same level in terms of risk.
Patient traders always use stop lose and can maintain their holdings for a long time without losing if they want. The risk of gamblers in gambling is 100%. Most of the time gamblers aim to win but they lose most of the time.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2026/27 on: September 12, 2026, 09:52:35 AM
Sevilla finally won the match,
even though the score was very tight.
Sevilla 1–0 Valencia

Just imagine, the match was actually quite a tight affair throughout. Valencia really couldn't do much in terms of attacking. They might dominate the ball possession. But they failed to mount a real attack. In fact, they managed only three shots on target. Even worse, at one point, they had zero shots on target.

Congratulations to Sevilla. Finally, after a previous loss and a draw, they secured a win this time.

This is actually Sevilla's third win, they have 10 points from five games, which is a very decent return, especially for a team that has barely managed to scrape together more than 40 points a season in recent years.
Valencia, with their dismal zero shots on target, looks doomed. One goal scored in five games and a single point earned suggest that their chances of relegation will indeed materialize this season. Then again, who knows, maybe everything will work out.
Both teams are almost equally strong, but if we compare them with last season, Valencia should be in a better position, but this season they have not won a single match. Last season, Valencia held a pretty good position with 49 points. Sevilla's defense was so strong that they could not put a single ball on target. Valencia managed only 3 shots throughout the entire match but not on target.
In fact, Valencia was attacked from the very beginning of the match. Sevilla's players wasted several scoring opportunities. Sevilla's attacking players missed several more scoring opportunities due to the goalkeeper's skill. The goal difference could have been more, but the goalkeeper was very active.
4  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy the DIP, and HODL! on: September 11, 2026, 10:39:02 AM
I think it best to engage in DCA and go into aggressive buying when there is a Dip in the market. I know when bitcoin falls it seems like the right time to buy, but what if you don’t have funds to buy at that period,
You need to change your mindset when it comes to Bitcoin accumulation. To accumulate Bitcoin in DCA you need to do it at every price trend, not wait for the price to drop. To buy Bitcoin aggressively you need to increase your cash flow. Accumulate  Bitcoin in DCA in route with the money supply, that is, through discretionary income.

which we all know it best to invest with only your discretionary income. So if we can start investing with DCA and still be keeping tabs on the Dip is the best.

It not beat to delay starting of our bitcoin journey, so even if we having little discretionary income, we can start With that and be accumulating bitcoin and be finding means to get more discretionary while waiting for the Dip.
For example if your weekly income is $500 and your household expenses are $350, the remaining amount of funds will be $150. This $150 is your discretionary income. Instead of accumulation Bitcoin with the entire amount of this fund, determine your optimal position or amount. Aggressive Bitcoin buying during price drops will greatly affect the growth of your holdings. My advice would be to accumulate Bitcoin regularly regardless of the price and maintain a satisfactory cash flow. A significant portion of this available fund will be useful for aggressive buying during Bitcoin decline.

I wish to disagree with you on your statement saying both a Gambler and an Investor are the same. Saying they can be both irrational and addictive and lunatic. I would hardly compare an investor with a gambler for whatever reasons because I still see them in different light. Gambling is something you do for fun, it is not supposed to be done for just financial gains rather than for fun and enjoyment then the reward which comes with it which is where the money comes in. As for investment, it is a different thing entirely. It is when you safeguard your money for the future, it can be in few months or even several years depending on how mature you have capped your investments to be.

It seems to me that the author of the post confused investors with traders, because investors don’t have any of that gambling spirit; they simply invest money and then wait for a very long time without taking any action. And traders, especially short‑term ones or scalpers, are often almost indistinguishable from gamblers, since both want quick opportunities to make money. Scalpers make quick trades based on their abstract thinking as traders, and in essence, this can be compared to the dopamine spikes a gambler experiences when they play slots or constantly roll the ball on roulette.
The linguistic differences between investors and traders also exist in terms of operational differences. A long-term investor will be able to balance himself with the market situation in a way that is not easy for traders. Their objective differences with the market situation may make or break them. Long term investors always reap the fruits of their actions and their patience, but a trader likes to make decisions very quickly and the only objective is to make a profit. They often make mistakes in their decisions, just like gamblers and suffer the consequences of their impatience.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: open for sponsor | UEFA Champions League 2026/27 Season on: September 11, 2026, 09:55:50 AM
For sure, Real Madrid are just finding their stand this season and I wouldn't say the team is balance but an epic performance is expected from such an outstanding team like Real Madrid. Considering how inter Milan performed, it means Inter Milan will always become very regular and competitive but they can't just have a long run to win Real Madrid.

I believe that what is required and imposed as objectives by society is the fundamental part. Obviously for a fan it's not really like that, because they would like to see a good game and a team that manages to bring home three points with a good match. Consequently, the coach sees what the club requires, so he is not interested in whether the good game is there, but in whether the objectives are achieved.

Consequently, Mourinho wants an offensive team that knows how to exploit the opportunities that lead to goals and consequently lead to victory.
The objective of each match is the same but the difference between the teams is based on how many good players a team can sign. It is not realistic to say that a team will definitely win the trophy if only the best players are in a team. The team has to be lucky and the decisions of the team management have to be timely. A good manager will choose the best squad before a match and plan who will be responsible for which part of the field and set the players. The team manager will decide what kind of strategy will be against the weak team and what strategy should be taken against the big teams.

Real Madrid squad has the ability as Mourinho expects but needs to be properly advised and strategized. The team should have a coordinated and aggressive effort and Mourinho should motivate them to play better and manage the team within the best instruction.
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2026/2027 on: September 11, 2026, 09:35:33 AM
Well, I also like seeing the current condition of Manchester United, they're back playing in Europe's top tier competition, back in action & achieving a good result today. But, since they have only beaten weak teams, we can't conclude that Manchester United has performed well in the UCL this season. They still have a long road ahead & it's possible that they might not advance to the next round of the UCL.
It was absolutely a good start from Manchester United in the Champions League. Even though they played against a weak team, at least it was a massive scoreline, because normally there's no underdog team in the game of football, as anything is possible to happen at any time.

However, just like you mentioned, that's the real truth about it, because they still need to prove to something like this with the big teams before we would know that they are fully back.
Manchester United did not have a good start in the Premier League. strangely the team is not in a good position in the table with one draw, one win and one loss in three matches. The team started the first match of the Champions League by winning. Although the opponent is weaker than them. The victory by a large margin is seen as an indication of a stronger competition for Manchester United. The team performed as well as they did in the match, if they could have made a concerted effort in the next matches, they would have been able to strengthen their position. The main objective of winning the trophy is for the teams to try to keep themselves in a better position, but if the players cannot develop talent and mentality, the team will always lag behind.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: You shouldn't copy competitors in business! on: September 10, 2026, 04:32:59 PM
Copying other people isn't really a good idea, business is all about having an idea that is going to work for you, not because others are doing a particular thing that works perfectly for them doesn't mean that the same is going to work for you as well. All you have to do is learn from what they are doing and make an improvement, this doesn't even mean that you are trying to outdo them but you are simply trying to provide the best service to customers. People are attracted to reliance, speed and authenticity, provide all of these and you are good to go.
A new businessman should analyze his financial capabilities and manage his business in his own way, instead of directly imitating them. It is better to take advice from successful businessmen before starting a new project/business. This will reduce the chances of making mistakes in business to a great extent. If you try to imitate others directly, your chances of success will decrease to a great extent. If the business is based on direct customer service, you will have to maintain the quality of the product properly and earn the trust of the customers rather than earning additional profits. Gradually, the demand for your project will increase and you will have to continuously increase the quality of the product and increase the price of the product, along with this, the quality of the service will also increase.
9  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why do people invest in Bitcoin? on: September 10, 2026, 04:18:19 PM
I’m still a beginner and trying to understand Bitcoin better.
I’d really appreciate hearing different opinions from people in this community.
What could made people decide to invest in Bitcoin?
Was it because of inflation, long-term growth, financial freedom, or something else?
And for someone just starting out, what is one important thing you think I should understand before investing?
I’m here to learn, so I’d love to hear your honest opinions and experiences. 🙏🙏
I believe  it will  also  help  other beginners like me 😊
Initially, people are attracted to Bitcoin investment for the purpose of earning profit against their capital. Gradually, when a person gains knowledge about Bitcoin, they change their attitude and change towards long-term investment rather than short-term goals. They also realize that Bitcoin is not just for making money its a store of value and valuable digital asset. They hold it through their excess funds or through discretionary income. Due to inflation, the available cash funds of people start depreciating, they accumulate Bitcoin as a strategy to prevent that depreciation by holding Bitcoin.

If a new investor has available and excess funds, I would advise him to start accumulation Bitcoin now. Start with the knowledge you have gained and after starting, gain basic and technical knowledge about Bitcoin. Without spending time in gaining knowledge before investing.

What is even giving me more confidence about Chelsea for now is their attacking line. If Caicedo should be back, Chelsea will get even more improvement. With the results, it's hard to deny that Alonso is not a better coach.

The Premier League is certainly a much more lively and fun championship to follow, in fact if we analyze Arsenal's match against Chelsea it was a match that even if there were few goals it was still a fun match from a visual level, because it was a match played with actions from both sides and with speed of play.
Football fans who have enjoyed the Arsenal vs Chelsea match will appreciate how lively and exciting the match was. The number of goals was low but the pace of attack from both teams was incredible and fast. In the past several matches I criticized Chelsea defense for its weakness but in that match they fought off Arsenal's attacking strikers and were also aggressive in scoring goals. There were many impressions in this match that Chelsea will rise to the main stage of winning the Premier League trophy in the future. Certainly Arsenal's impressive and consistent performances this season will be very difficult for any team to beat. Chelsea are one of those teams that will compete from the top to win the trophy.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: How to become rich in 10 years ? please give me roadmap on: September 10, 2026, 10:20:47 AM
Becoming rich in 10 years is based on one's personal decision and how one has been putting in more effort to make it a reality; it is not impossible to achieve, but everything must be well guided, and we must see it as something more of a necessity to us if we truly want to give it all the requirements needed to become rich in the near future. Being rich starts with the mindset, and if we don't relent, we are getting closer as we focus on improving ourselves rather than the previous abilities we already acquired.
10 years is a very short time for some and enough for some, but overall, if you consider this period, it is not easy for most people to become rich within this period. In many countries, the education system requires about 20 years to achieve formal education, after which those students have to gain skills and enter a profession. Some may choose a job or some may join a business. Those who doing job will need a long time to become rich. If you start a business, it will take a long time to gain experience about that business. Most businesses are risky and there is a possibility of loss. To be successful in business, you have to work hard, then maybe you can earn money and become rich but to be successful in business it will take more than 10 years.
12  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Holding is better than trading on: September 10, 2026, 10:07:37 AM
The fact that you have already given holding an upper hand over trading seems bias to me..

Personally I have seen and read how hodlers have committed suicide because markets lost value sharply and people couldn't stand it..so for me both holding a d trading have their own ups and downs.
I wouldn't really call it bias as you say. An investor needs to understand the difference between trading and investing and also understand what is within their tolerance in terms of risk. You need to understand why investing is considered less risky and trading is more risky.

Long term investors hold their positions regularly, so they have discipline. They invest regularly without expecting quick profits. The purpose of trading is dangerous because a trader expects how to earn more profit in a short period of time. Most of the time, traders have to make quick decisions. The desire for more profit leads to the tendency to use leverage, as a result of which most traders show instability in the fall in price and sometimes sell at a loss. Long term investors have patience and discipline, so they do not tend to sell at a loss, they get high profits after a certain period of time.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2026/27 on: September 10, 2026, 09:36:31 AM
If you think about the match against Valencia, every player performed so impressively that it is not inconceivable that Barcelona would have scored more goals if they had had more time. You are right that Barcelona's players are being guided by the decisions of a manager who encourages them to be aggressive. Hansi Flick may have a secret weapon with which he can motivate his players to play better. Barcelona's 4 players scored against Valencia, with Lamine Yamal scoring 2 of them. This is a sign of a cohesive performance where everyone will give their best from their position and the team will win.
Well, I'm a big fan of Hansi Flick. For me, he's a very complete coach and has brought Barcelona to where they are today. What he's doing is excellent because it forces Real Madrid to keep improving. It's a fact that Vinicius isn't at his best, and Mourinho hasn't given minutes to Endrick, who is still struggling to adapt. If he hasn't played him, it's because the Special One has seen something he's lacking.

The rivalry between Barcelona and Real Madrid is very intense; one spark and everything ignites.

On the other hand, I'm sure Hansi and Mourinho will start to clash. Their diplomatic statements are full of dynamite.
Hansi Flick is inspiring the team and giving impressive performances that they are floating in the sky. They won their first match in the Champions League against Feyenoord by a margin of 5-1. You are right that Flick's magic is working great behind bringing Barcelona to the strong position they are today. Their consistent performance has inspired Real Madrid to be even stronger. Real has fallen behind in that competition, although Mourinho is continuing his activities tirelessly and is also getting good success.

But when the competition is held between Real Madrid and Barcelona, it will be heading towards a different equation. Which team will be ahead in terms of superiority will be decided through the El Clasico match but before that, the excitement among the fans will be intense. The fans are waiting and the war equipment is being piled up for the moment when these two rival teams enter the war.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2026/2027 on: September 10, 2026, 09:06:53 AM

while most people were enjoying the Champions League matches, Chelsea and Leeds delivered a thriller in the Round of 32 of EFL Cup. Chelsea were trailing 0–2 until the 53rd minute but managed to turn the game around and win 6-3. notably, Maresca fielded a rotated squad with Palmer, Neto and others coming on only after the break. although this tournament isn't a top priority for elite clubs, Chelsea might well want to win it. I also want to note Chelsea's goal-scoring form, at this rate they could even rival Barcelona in terms of goals scored.
The match was very exciting and interesting for Chelsea fans. In 53 minutes before the match, it was not expected that Chelsea would come back so well and score 6 goals. The match was exciting for Chelsea players where Leeds were a strong enough team and the team was leading by 2 goals but they kept defeating their defense and scoring one goal after another. Both teams maintained almost equal influence in the match but in the second half of the match, Chelsea's attacking players showed impressive performance. I saw a strong desire to win in the team and they won by a large margin.
15  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is like more like gambling if... on: September 09, 2026, 04:05:53 PM
blindly following influencer signals or social media noise and dropping positions isn't trading, it's just pure degen gambling. back in the day i got burned by listening to chatter too, but u quickly realise there's zero survival route unless u map out the market structure urself and lock down tight risk management. no matter how loud the chop gets, if u don't build ur own logic and backtest it, ur just stuck in a buggy loop getting farmed by big whales and losing funds. solid knowledge and cold risk control are literally the only clean code to survive this brutal game.
You are absolutely right. There is a lot of noise on social media when the market is falling or during the market is rising. Investors have different financial capabilities and your own personal financial capabilities and daily needs are not comparable to others. Influencers will attract investors. This is right investors should not be trust by their words and use leverage. This is the best decision. These Influencers are campaigning for specific project for their own interests and fooling investors. No matter how volatile the market is, analyze your own statistics and regularly invest in Bitcoin through discretionary funds from the funds you earn.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You can get killed for holding Bitcoin, take your privacy 🔏 very serious on: September 09, 2026, 03:34:38 PM
You have given important advice. Wealth acts as a driving force for everyone. That wealth can be centralized or decentralized. When the issue of decentralized wealth comes to the fore, it becomes easier for scammers. To track the movement and seize the opportunity to steal digital assets and achieve the goal. I say easy because in many countries there are restrictions on Bitcoin, so the victim will not reveal it to the government and there will be a fear of not getting legal protection. If the criminals get the opportunity to know that someone is a Bitcoin holder, there is a fear of losing his life. Op Your advice is important for every investor. Bitcoin holders need to keep quiet to protect their wealth and for their own safety.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: What is better for a country: deflation or controlled inflation? on: September 09, 2026, 10:36:52 AM
Controlled inflation around 2% is better. It helps the growth of the economy, reduces the weight of the debts and encourages people to consume, instead of holding the money. Already deflation looks good in the beginning because the prices fall. But in practice it discourages the consumption, increases the weight of the debts and can cause years of stagnation, like happened in Japan.
The government can increase the liquidity of the fund in case of emergency. It can increase inflation by a few percent without increasing the amount of foreign debt. Japan was an example of a country where excessive deflation or excessive inflation both damage the financial structure. In the seventies, the price of goods in Japan increased manifold due to the effect of excessive inflation. To quickly curb that situation, the Japanese government adopted a policy of strictly adhering to the policy of monetary contraction, as a result of which the price of every product decreased. The country could not keep this policy in effect for long because the policy of the central bank of that country, which reduced the flow of money by increasing the interest rate in stages, severely damaged the country's economy.
18  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is heading to $98k on: September 09, 2026, 10:16:34 AM
The candles look strange, especially the last two, indicating a cyclical period of price decline, which means it won't be long before the bullish period begins. I remember how the market fell after October last year. There was no such large price decline at once. The price of Bitcoin fell steadily and very slowly, but it was likely and did not fall too much. When the price of Bitcoin touched $58k in June, many expressed concern that the price would probably fall further and there were predictions of $38k. But after that, the price is rising as it fell. Strangely, the price of Bitcoin is rising following the same pattern. Looking at the price chart you showed, the reflection of a cyclical rise is emerging.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2026/27 on: September 09, 2026, 09:57:00 AM
I know it's still early in the league, but to be honest, it's already worrying me. I see Barcelona as unstoppable; they're thrashing every team they face. It's not that I'm afraid of them in the Clásico; I'm also sure that losing at least one or two games is allowed, and that's where Real Madrid should take advantage. This week is all about the Champions League.

Things are starting to heat up, especially with Mbappé's statements that he's on track to win the Ballon d'Or, knowing he was the top scorer in the World Cup (even though he didn't win it), and the direct competition with Lamine and Rodri, who could easily be chosen because they won the World Cup.

All of this is building excitement and uncertainty. Besides, they have Mourinho, who's like a "wise old fox," as we say in my neck of the woods. Receiving advice from a Mourinho like that will take them to another level of competition.

Barcelona have been able to find a coach who knows how to play very offensively, but maintaining and respecting Barcelona's classic tiki-taka game, with wingers like Raphinha and Lamine Yamal performing their offensive role excellently. It's difficult not to score points.
For me Barcellona have positive outlook.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Premier League 2026/2027 Discussion Thread ⚽ on: September 09, 2026, 09:38:26 AM
Being not in champions league is not an advantage in my view because it means you are not a top team of your league. Chelsea finished 10th last season while they were 4th in 2024/25 season and they must try to improve their performance in ongoing season. Chelsea fans must not be happy with the way their team has started this season, its just start of the season and Chelsea must figure out the mistakes right now otherwise it wont be possible to make a comeback in the middle or towards end of the season. Chelsea was lucky to win two games by narrow margin and its very unlikely that they will be lucky throughout the season.
Not playing in Champions League is definitely a big advantage for Chelsea. Because most of the team in Champions League are relatively strong. If you face strong team in busy schedule then your players will have less time to rest. Players posibility to get injured may also increase a lot.

Chelsea will not play in  Champions League, so they will be able to give their full focus to Premier League matches now. They will not play in any very busy schedule either. Chelsea players will have more time to prepare for Premier League matches compared to Manchester United, Liverpool and Villa players.
Spending a busy time in multiple tournaments keeps the team dynamic but also creates a risk of injury for some players. In the past, one of the reasons for the increase in injury problems of many clubs' players was the busy schedule. The opposite situation can also be seen between clubs, as seen from Arsenal's consistency last season, how well the team played and won trophies in the EPL, qualified for the UCL final and narrowly missed out on winning a trophy. It is also true that if Arsenal could have focused on any one tournament, the chances of winning the trophy would have been much higher. Perhaps because of their focus on one tournament, PSG was successful in the last two seasons.
