For the first time, when I look at the offers on LocalBitcoins.com, there are a half-dozen currencies ahead of the US dollar, offering a higher price for Bitcoin than US dollar users.
Euros, South African Rands, New Zealand Dollars, Hong Kong Dollars, Polish Zloty, Malaysian Ringgits.
It is no longer just the US, EU or even China driving adoption. There is a market for Bitcoins in major countries all over the world.

Cause: Higher prices result in more people buying. They get hyped. Everyone claims they will buy more when they see lower prices but in practice they don't. Instead they get fearful. So they only buy on price increases.
When this rally will end: Unknown. We have been in overbought territory for a while now. Like always some people will get burned.
Where do you think resistance will settle? $400? $500? or will it drop like before? $400 or $500 might be asking for a bit too much. I don't see that happening any time in the near future. $300 is probably a more realistic estimate. Can we hope that it will remain that way before the next uptrend will happen? |
