If smartcoin is going to start gaining traction trading volume needs to go up. That means people selling and buying... and really we don't have either. If we had a few people trading a couple thousand coins each back and forth, we could get some attention. Poloniex is great with their trollbox. I am willing to move all of my coins (10k) onto the exchange, but without other people buying and selling back and forth it is impossible to actually trade that many coins. I assume that just about everyone that is still active on this forum has as many if not more coins than I do. While there are decent standing buy orders there isn't anyone selling. If we worked together on this we could get new investors in smartcoin and it would benefit everyone. The key here is to place new buy orders once your sell orders are filled. Just my 2 SMC on how to help this coin get traction again.

Having difficulty connecting to any of the pool's pages. Just hangs forever until I get 504.

I don't know how to compile either so I certainly don't want to throw the blame around. Now does anyone know how to compile the windows wallet? I'm sure a bounty would be in order for it. Because you don't press a magical button and do it. Windows is a pain in the butt and that is why I stay away from it. Yes, there is a 10k SMC bounty. I am going to try and teach myself to compile and see if I can get it working, but I found a guide that might be helpful for someone a little more technically inclined than me so we can get the windows wallet going. Good luck to anyone who attempts it. |

I had been buying what I could, but it looks like Coinex is running off with everyones' coins... anyone else looking to losses from Coinex. (Lesson learned: do not leave coins on exchanges... even overnight) Most of my SMC is in my wallet though.   Hopefully Coinex will return though... time will tell... |

As we start seriously discussing reducing the mining reward, now might be the best chance we ever have to buy in. I am putting what little scraps of btc I have to get as much as possible. If the believers here help pump the coin a bit before the mining adjustment, it will make the transition easier.
we are all with strong hands ... I'm not sold a single coin ... and I bought ... not much / we still have almost 7 million coins in circulation / but for me a lot, what I I have invested If you redeem all as many coins just after six months if the prize falls from 16 to 8 ... it's just ... in the autumn when it is expected the new big pump at BTC .... we can revive this coin .. Pick up Is the price more miners will come to us ... the coin will be in more hands and not depend on 1 or 2 multipools I really have no more BTC, but I will try to find some money to buy BTC and turned into smart coin because I do not plan to sell in the near future because I have a strong hand - or all.... or nothing - that's what I think I couldn't agree more. At these prices it won't take much for me to double my amount of coins and bring down my average buy price. Here to stay win or lose. But I plan to win.  |

At this point selling is no longer an option. I still believe I will eventually see a nice profit though. Looking at the long term. (Or I am delusional  ) |

Wow..Smartcoin prices...what is going wrong?
Severe case of inflation, problem is being fixed. Anyone notice a ~100k sell? Noticed it too. Could be a miner cashing out, could be a whale selling at a huge loss, could be someone inflating the volume, or could be a massive troll to show that the people are still selling at these prices. Either way, doesn't tell me much. LOL I wonder which troll it could be  Good Riddance. |

Why do you say so always someone else's fault you To ask the question - What do you do for a smart coin The topic is read from many people who now for the first time introduced to the smart money, in my opinion does not help your smart coin to raise its price I invested 10+ btc in it + I payed out the give away from my minted coins. You? Well if you ask the dev politely and maybe even PM him and ask about the progress you'll a reply. Your spreading fud and complaining, not sure anyone invested that heavily and in perfect mental condition to be doing that. You should be trying to contribute as much as you in smartcoin and thats not only money wise if your that supportive of SMC. Your complaining will just scare away new comers. I think we really just need to start completely ignoring him and eventually he will go away and bother some other forum. |

I have been playing around a bit on this site. https://doge-dice.com I thought it might be worthwile for the Dev to try and contact the owner and see if he would be willing to setup a smartcoin variant. This could really help transaction volume and be somewhere we could use/invest our coins. |

there is too much inflation in SMARTCOIN
1 month = 5 000 000 coin
6 months = 30 million / total 52 million /
6 months after award halves
which means that the next six months will dig
6-12 month = 15 million
i.e. the first year total
30 000 000 / of the first 6 months /
+
15 million / second of six months /
=
45 million / 1 year /
i.e. for 1 year will run almost all the coins ....?

There seems to be heavy pressure on the entire altcoin market. I think noble is fairly comparable to us. It has dropped from 50 down to 25. It has about a month lead on SMC with an active dev marketplaces etc and is crashing just as bad as we are. The only coins that seem to be doing well are the gimmicky ones like flappycoin. I still believe in smartcoin and i think it will return when the whole market stabilizes.
Be patient stay calm and keep promoting smartcoin. If I am right a little more patience will make us all a little richer. Out of the altcoins i still think Smartcoin has the best potential to be around and popular this time next year.

 How looks? looks pretty nice! Still not sure if i like the S more rounded or square.. and maybe make one with less shine and more simplicity just for comparison. Looks like shit imo , to cheap / amateur / wanna be high tech look. But no one cares about your opinion.  |
