Handlare kan använda tjänster som CoinPayments.net för att ta emot betalningar i massor av altcoins. Så vi kanske inte behöver sälja altcoins till BTC för att spendera dem i framtiden Smiley

85  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Armory - Discussion Thread on: January 14, 2014, 09:07:30 PM
I had Armory running today and got tons of error messages about clicking a "bitcoin: link" when stopping the screensaver. I didn't touch the keyboard or mouse for hours so I haven't clicked any links. I also had Firefox open on bitcoinwisdom.com, code.google.com and a couple of other pages. Not sure what this is about but no coins are missing of course  Cheesy I don't have any NSPlayer installed that I know of. Just wanted to let you know and be aware about it.

- I don't quite understand these bots (Gekko & Butter Bot), do they actually auto-trade on the given exchange or just send you a message and you trade manually?

Gekko supports both manual and auto-trade on the exchange.

89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: MultiMiner & MobileMiner: Your Coins. Your Pools. Your way. Win/Mac/Linux/Mobile on: January 06, 2014, 08:26:31 PM
I'm using MultiMiner 2.3.3 and found a problem where the details view and side pane are not updating when mining is changed to a new coin.

As you can see, MultiMiner started mining Bitcoin and then changed to Tigercoin but still shows Bitcoin's difficulty, price, profitability and pool. Then if MultiMiner changes back to Bitcoin, the details and pane starts to update again.

90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: MultiMiner & MobileMiner: Your Coins. Your Pools. Your way. Win/Mac/Linux/Mobile on: December 30, 2013, 11:58:05 AM
I like the new information pane in 2.3.0 however it doesn't update for me when changing coin. For example if I start with Bitcoin and then change to eMark, it still lists Bitcoin and the details view says profitability: 100%.

Now I had to downgrade to 2.2.8 since 2.3.0 keeps crashing for many different reasons:
- Sometimes when auto changing coins occur
- When disabling a coin
- Sometimes during startup
- When kept running for many hours straight

I did import my CoinConfigurations from 2.2.8. Could that be part of the problem? Do I need to start fresh?

Using MultiMiner on Windows 8.1 x64, only as a proxy and mining on GHash, Multipool and CoinEx.

You can setup your alt-coin pools to deposit straight to Cryptsy, and then setup Cryptsy to auto-sell and cash out in BTC.
Unfortunately I cannot do that since I'm mining on CoinEx and it has no such feature as far as I know..  Cry

2.3.0 is working fine here replacing 2.2.8 however I'm only using it as a proxy and didn't scan for hardware.

Code:
  short: 10,
  long: 21,
// amount of candles to remember and base initial EMAs on
  candles: 100,
How come the default number of candles are 100 when the long EMA is only using 21? Is this only usable for the backtesting function? Is is safe to set candles: 21 if I'm not using backtesting?

Här finns förslag på vad som är mest prisvärt för tillfället. Sortera på SHA-256. Just nu är det Zetacoin  Cheesy
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: MultiMiner & MobileMiner: Your Coins. Your Pools. Your way. Win/Mac/Linux/Mobile on: December 27, 2013, 11:39:52 PM
Multipool.us doesn't support all coins. It has only got five SHA256 coins for example. However Multipool.us' auto withdraw function is very handy.

It's possible to use MultiMiner connected to Multipool.us for coins that's supported there and other pools for the other coins.

I've got a suggestion for the Duration display in the History tab. I think it's OK to round to the closest minute for easier reading. Instead of listing the duration of the different coins as 30,05 minutes, 44,9 minutes and 29,97 minutes it would look much better to just print 30, 45 and 30. Thanks Smiley
97  Local / Skandinavisk / Re: Hallo!! on: December 27, 2013, 05:54:30 PM
Your private key is stored in Wallet.dat. This is needed to send bitcoins from your wallet so don't lose it and keep it to yourself.

If you want to try a rescan as suggested by TheFootMan, run the following command presuming you're running a 64 bit Windows system:
Code:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Bitcoin\bitcoin-qt.exe -rescan
98  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Gekko - a javascript trading bot for nodejs on: December 27, 2013, 12:03:22 AM
- Store all trades
- Store candles at the size that is in the current config
- Store 1 minute candles.

The first option creates the biggest databases.
...
So I went for the first option: I know exactly how much data per day is required and I am able to calculate every candle (> 1 minute) on the fly based on those.
Do you mean that you went for the third option?

Not sure why 3.8 wouldn't work. I've never had that problem myself. Where did you get these builds if not letting MultiMiner download them?
I got it from Luke's Bitcointalk post here

This is a problem with Luke's newly released 32-bit Windows package for 3.9. From what I've read the 64-bit package works. And 3.8.1 should work fine as well.

http://luke.dashjr.org/programs/bitcoin/files/bfgminer/

Edit: now that I think of it I believe Luke mentioned having issues getting libmicrohttpd working with the 64-bit release. So the 64-bit release of bfgminer may not support the --http-port option.
The 32-bit bfgminer does start without the http-port error message  Smiley I can also run bfgminer 3.9.0 when replacing libcurl-4.dll with the 3.8.1 version.
Thanks!

Hello, running MultiMiner 2.2.8 and 2.3.0 with bfgminer 3.8.0 or 3.9.0 gives me the error message when pressing start:
"bfgminer.exe: --http-port unrecognized option"

If I let MultiMiner download bfgminer itself I get another error message:
"libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll is missing from your computer"

Running Windows 8.1
