1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be used as a donation to the church on: August 10, 2018, 08:52:05 PM
Why not. Modern churches are quite advanced, they have their own bank accounts, where people can pay a donation card when the crypto currency becomes full in payment, then they will make their wallets on which fashion will drop the donation in a crypto currency. But the most important thing is the heart with which you give the donation, and not what it is.

https://www.livebitcoinnews.com/4-in-10-americans-will-never-invest-in-bitcoin-says-latest-crypto-study/

I've known some few friends who are into forex and stock investments. When they've learned that I engage myself into crypto trading and investments they discouraged me due to bitcoin's price volatility and unpredictable fluctuations. All I can say to them is that I only invest an amount that I can surely afford to lose and taking huge risks will definitely compensate you good returns as well. I bumped into this article saying that 4 in 10 Americans will never invest in bitcoin, which is somewhat realistic but still history can really tell that bitcoin has changed lots of millennials who took the risk and profited when bitcoin value skyrocketed to almost $20k last year.

So with this article it shows that there is still high percentage of Americans that is willing to take risks to invest in bitcoin just to make some good profit in the near future. What are your thoughts regarding this one? Share me your thoughts.
Most of the guys don't have a desire to risk, because they are not familiar with the principles of investing and saving so there are not skilled guys as at the stock market, but the newbies were not familiar with nothing but bounties for $5
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin go under regulation on: August 10, 2018, 08:51:27 PM
I think no. They will not have enough resources and time to keep track of all bitcoin streams. The only thing they can is to legalize cryptocurrency and take taxes for her transaction and pay them. Because they are no longer in force to stop it, but they can still lead.
4  Economy / Economics / Re: Which cryptocurrency should I invest in, in 2018? Why? on: August 07, 2018, 05:41:58 PM
Go for ADA, NEO, EO those three will be enough to hold for 2018 and maybe even 2019 years because all the things are puzzling in the way that shows that we will suffer for a long time even from now.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto market getting many new people. Is it good or bad for us? on: August 06, 2018, 08:38:14 AM
The crypto market is getting new people everyday, Because the crypto coin trading system and the high price of bitcoin. Btcoin is being popular over the world. After hitting 19K USD, Lots of people came here and more people is coming in the crypto platform. But, is it good news for us or bad? What do you think?
It is definitely good for us but as far as I can remember from being in June 5th I thought that that many people are going to be selling everything and leaving this market, so it's kinda strange that you say that there are many more new people.
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Different between Cryptocurrency and Banking sectors on: August 05, 2018, 08:44:00 PM
Saving money in a savings account is like putting money in a pocket with holes. Banks only give you interests that are lower than the inflation rate. It‘s how they make money. You are better off investing in ventures (Crypto currency) that give a return higher than the inflation rate.
I would rather do, which I am actually doing, diversifying my savings into several spheres as banks and regular money storing in the house, gold and of course cryptocurrencies, right now I have put that much effort into cryptocurrency.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin will become the first world currency for buy and sell ? on: August 04, 2018, 09:11:13 PM
Do you think Bitcoin will become the first world currency for buy and sell ?  Grin
In my humble opinion this would happen only after bitcoin would be tested in terms of one particular country like Japan or something similar and they will report that it is worth it to become a cryptocurrency as a main currency.
8  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The Cryptocurrencies by country on: August 04, 2018, 09:10:28 PM
there are many country in this world is Governmentally accepted The Cryptocurrencies, like japan accepting Bitcoin as legal tender.
Also there are some country  who did not accept The Cryptocurrencies and has strict law about Cryptocurrencies, like Bangladesh.

so here are some good info about this: https://blogs.thomsonreuters.com/answerson/world-cryptocurrencies-country

I think it will be helpful for all.
Wow... I haven't heard yet that Japan is allowing cryptocurrency in the estate so this for me is one of the best news that I have ever heard about cryptocurrency because Japan is Worldwide leader of technology progress.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: encourage others to crypto on: August 03, 2018, 06:10:01 AM
Will you encourage others to invest in crypto and explain to them that this is not a scam or a pyramiding activity?
Right now I am already lacking of my free time to do that, so it was in the past in my life, but now I'm not encouraging anybody especially looking on the situation that is present on our market today.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the price of ethereum dependent on bitcoin? on: August 03, 2018, 06:08:54 AM
Most people have the mindset that the price of ethereum rises with bitcoin and vice versa. How true is this?
Actually I thought like that before the middle of July this year, when they both were moving opposite directions, that was amazing for everybody in the market but it is a fact that bitcoin is gaining positions while ethereum is losing it.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Belgium has 8 Bitcoin ATM machines on: July 31, 2018, 10:49:51 AM
With the development of Bitcoin, Bitcoin is becoming increasingly popular. Atoms of Bitcoin worldwide increase exponentially. Currently there are more than 4,000 Bitcoin machines worldwide, led by United States (2131 machines), followed by Canada with 592, Austria with 203 machines

I don't care about 4000 bitcoin machine is in the world, but I am very glad about the count of people who use Bitcoin in real time.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin making the world go crazy? on: July 31, 2018, 10:49:24 AM
Bitcoins have made people head spin for 8 years now and become unbelievable since December 2017, when the value of 1 bitcoin rose up to 20 000 USD! But how this phenomenon appeared, what are the causes of this craziness… Found out in this article
https://blog.bitspark.io/why-is-bitcoin-making-the-world-go-crazy/
Some people want to be rich in a small period of time. It is an unbelievable thing. When people looking at the price of $20000 they became crazy. They even can invest all their money in it when the price is very high. But if people don't hear any knowledge about cryptocurrency.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins for hold on: July 30, 2018, 11:22:21 AM
What coins do you suggest for long-term holding? Bitcoin and Ethereum excluded.
If you are initially excluding bitcoin and ethereum you can always look for some alternatives to them, like NEO, EOS. I think you already know all those in previous years, they were performing quite good.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 99% OF ALL AIRDROPS ARE SCAMS!!!!! on: July 30, 2018, 11:22:06 AM
The title of this thread is bit provocative, but the fact is that most people have a bad experience with airdrops. According to several airdrop hunters I spoke to, the majority ICOs don't pay out at all.

What's your experience with airdrops? Did you get scammed most of the times?
Probably you are exaggeration a little bit but in general I can agree with you that airdrops are nothing really useful so it is better to join some other opportunities that are presented here in abundance.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long do you plan to hold on to your top Cryptos? on: July 30, 2018, 11:21:46 AM
I was just wondering how long you guys plan to hold on to your top cryptos. Right now my plan is to hold on for at least 3-5 years. But that could all change depending on where the market goes. If there is serious mass adoption, I wouldn't mind holding for longer. I will probably hold on to LTC for the longest.

I have not thought about that but the first thing that came up to my mind is that I will sell one it would be a significant amount that feels good, if I would be able to buy a car with it or something really important.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ICO die in 2018? on: July 30, 2018, 11:20:37 AM
Disclaimer: The text below is a personal opinion of the author. If you have a different opinion, please share it

ICO causes more and more distrust - thanks to the scammers. At this point, companies that produce and sell tokens are more focused on the product. The product is being developed and improved. And all before the token sale.

The fact is: those companies that enter the token market with a readymade product are more trustworthy. Now, few people are interested in a company that launches ICO just to make a name and earn a lot of money.

ICO is a serious campaign. It requires great resources and professionalism.

There are many companies on this path. Recently, Pavel Durov announced the creation of a light wallet and the release of the Gram token on the Telegram platform. Here is another example - KickCity, a company that has existed for two years. KickCity is engaged in the development of the event industry and issues a KCY token for further expansion of the company.

What is more, you can get tokens for testing KickCity beta. You can get reward for testing this platform https://kickcity.io/event/5a9d11030cf2cac8e081f3e8
As soon as we are having already an 8th month of 2018 year I think ICOs are having a little amount of time to be collapsed. Probably they will put some regulations over it but not close it completely.
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What are some of the best sources of information on Bitcoin? on: July 29, 2018, 06:47:11 AM
Working on a school project and I'd like some great resources to help me with it. Important information I'm looking for is the 'advantages and disadvantages of Bitcoin'. I would prefer credible resources which I can cite in the project, books are great if you know any.
I love YouTube has the most comfortable and relevant source of news about cryptocurrencies. I am subscribed into some of the channels cryptocurrency related, and this is the most comfortable way for me to get my information.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin history, a fact for each day! on: July 29, 2018, 06:46:41 AM
This is an insane work done, I appreciate and thank you for doing that but I don't have any merrits to give you, what you deserve. I think I would not be able to stay concentrated for so long to make that research.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should stay off from market prediction on: July 24, 2018, 02:12:58 PM
Prediction is totally fine. It is stupidity. I really don't look at price prediction, even if people keep saying that the price will go high up or low down. Just stay with your might man and go on.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Biggest Misconception About Cryptocurrency on: July 24, 2018, 02:12:43 PM
Quote
The biggest misconception about cryptocurrency is that it’s just a passing trend, which is an emotional reaction to the paradigm shift that’s ultimately taking place. Cryptocurrency is here to stay – and as every minute passes, hundreds of thousands of new users are adopting it."

 - Ron Chernesky, CEO of investFeed

I think Ron has hit the point in here. Indeed, people are now starting to realize that Bitcoin or cryptocurrency in general is already here and it has no plan to get dead or go away soon. I am sure that many people are quite apprehensive about Bitcoin and that can be normal because Bitcoin is something still new and it can take for people to adopt and thrive. Cryptocurrency has finally arrived and those in the forefront would reap most of the benefits resulting into the use of Bitcoin and other alts.
If you know someone working in banking or finance you could ask them and they'd know to tell you that people in those industries thought the same about e-payments as well as e-cash. They refused to believe that such trends could catch on.
