Provably fair means the bet is set in stone on the server side before the user places there's and it is not changed. Using a hash of the outcome upfront proves that the bet was not changed based on the users input. Especially in a design like this, it can not be 100% random.
Can a provably fair implementation be worked into a computer that works more like AI? I don't think so. OP please note with seriousness that a lot of people are waiting for the lunch of this great innovations.

I would personally guide a few people on how to do it and it's 100% legal.

squal1066 have not updated that list for a long time now, it is very old and outdated some of the User listed are no longer offering an escrow service or they are no longer active in this forum. I think it is still pretty accurate. It was last updated june 8 2015, which is quite recent. Did you buy the product from the seller? If so it will be nice to take action on it immediately. He got a vouch copy a while ago and still hasn't gotten a chance to use it but he happily vouched for it. How do you vouch for something and not even use it?
