I don't think bad ideas placing bet for Arsenal how many people favoriting PSG become the winner after solid performance and several top teams eliminated since the knock out round but Arsenal has high ambition to win first UCL trophy. During few matches left in domestic league I hope Arsenal not get problem with players injury indeed have fight for winning premier league tittle but Arteta should make rotation the team composition.

the attitude that this team shows in winning matches is something that is rarely seen in new teams that come back after a great period, i must say that i like Arsenal a lot and i am convinced that they can give PSG a lot of trouble who in my opinion are underestimating the situation a lot.

Honestly, in Portugal, the only player who stands out is Cristiano Ronaldo, and to make Portugal a competitive team, you can't rely solely on one player! Which is what they do; just because you have Cristiano in the team doesn't mean the rest shouldn't be important. And that's precisely why they struggle in the World Cup.

Unfortunately yes, there are no others like him.
But his sun is about to set, he can't play yet at his age.

Among other things he has changed his playing style and role on the pitch, but i think this will be his last World Cup.
We must also give space to other young people.

Chivu has done a masterful job honestly. I really didn?t expect him to manage Inter this well. It?s basically the same old Inter squad, but at the start of the season they were completely out of form. As a Napoli fan, it?s a bit disappointing because we simply didn?t have proper replacements for the players who were injured for a long time. I?m honestly convinced that if we hadn?t been hit by so many injuries and bad luck, we could?ve defended the title. But hey, second place isn?t bad either Smiley

I agree with you katanic, you did a very excellent job on all 360 degree points of view.
I believe that Inter has found a new coach who will lead them towards great results.
The thing that amazed me about Chivu in any case is his great humility: a truly great man.

I guess on the functionality side we are already settled.
There is a few bugs to be squashed, but as far as features are concerned I think we are quite satisfied, once I implement all that is written in the to do list.
My biggest concern is the graphic side.
Colour schemes and the little changes are what bugs me the most.
For example: do you like the modern theme mimicking the alternating colour pattern of the classic theme?

Well done fillippone, congratulations here too for this plugin of yours which changes the graphics of the forum.
In fact, sometimes in the evening using a dark theme helps to relax the eyes, but you have taken the step further, you have allowed total customization.
You did really well.

So, why didn't the referee give two fouls for PSG players' hands, one of which occurred inside the penalty area? I don't think PSG played badly, as they also put up a great fight, but what happened against Bayern Munich is clearly a big question mark. Because the referee didn't give a foul for that, the match seemed easy, even though it was a tough match for both teams, as both teams fought to the best of their abilities. And despite all that, I also hope Arsenal can perform better in the final, because that will be the deciding factor in who wins.

Maybe he didn't think it was voluntary, sometimes you just protect your body, face or private parts.
That's fine, you don't necessarily have to see any harm in it, but if you look at the game overall, it was PSG who deserved to win and not Bayern.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2025/26 on: May 08, 2026, 10:10:49 AM
This could be untrue and simply fabricated by certain media outlets, but overall, Real Madrid are in trouble right now, to the point where they're again fasting for trophies. What's a bit surprising, though, is that PSG, who haven't had Mbappé for the past two seasons, have reached the Champions League final and even won the Champions League, just like last season. Meanwhile, Real Madrid, who have had Mbappé for two seasons, have come up empty, despite numerous other factors that must be examined in detail.

Very difficult, and it's not just Trofei's fast.
Something in the team isn't working, and i can't say exactly what.
In practice there is a really heavy air from what i see and hear, so we can't play together.
If you don't team up with your teammates, how do you do it?
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2025/26 Season on: May 08, 2026, 07:32:41 AM
The final is already decided. It will be between Arsenal and PSG. It's difficult to predict who will win, everyone is currently saying PSG are the favorites, but everyone was saying PSG would win in the last Club World Cup final where they lost to Chelsea. Therefore, it's important to remember that finals are unpredictable and difficult to predict. I admit PSG fought very well and eliminated many strong opponents to get this far, but Arsenal is a team that has been aiming for the championship for many years. They can prepare very well for that match and win.

from how it started, i would never have thought that PSG could have eliminated Bayern Munich so easily, this is because they studied the opponent obsessively, found his weak points and then punished him at the most opportune moment, this is what they did and they won
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Conference League 2025/26 Season on: May 07, 2026, 02:41:46 PM
Since Crystal Palace lost 3-1 at home to Shakhtar Donetsk, we can safely say they?ve advanced to the next round. I don?t think Crystal Palace will lose at home, but since Shakhtar has nothing left to lose, they?ll keep fighting until the final whistle. I think it will be a tough match for both teams, and it could be a higher-scoring game than the first leg. The match will end with a score of over 3 goals.

In my opinion your reasoning is not wrong, but considering the facts the important thing for non-fans is the pleasure of watching a match, for gamblers it is to guess the result and for fans obviously it is to see their team win.
After all, it's gone this way now, there aren't many things we can do, right?
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2025/26 Season on: May 07, 2026, 08:46:41 AM
The history moment have created by Arsenal players and their coach Arteta that because they have successfully to beat tough opponent Atletico Madrid and the goal is from Bukayo Saka is enough to make Arsenal have reach to final game which last time Arsenal can gets thus achievement when Arsene Wenger era at that time they have good players such as Henry or Viera but the bad memory when beated  in the final game shouldn't be repeated because at that time they have lose from Barcelona and currently Arsenal has new era with Arteta as their coach and once again i have to says i am not their fans but i was glad with their achievement and now all they have to do is beat their opponent at the final game and the trophy will belong to them

everyone believed in them from the beginning that's why the coach pushed by all the fans who slowly became convinced that they were truly great and that they could go on to do great things, this is history repeating itself, it's a great team and they deserve all the best things that are happening to them.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 07, 2026, 07:51:57 AM
I believe that Bayern Munich will win at Allianz Arena, but the match will likely enter extra time and am even worried about the odd of the bookies, why did they give Bayern Munich that low odd of 1.60 and gave PSG about 4.00 odds. Despite that PSG is playing from away but there should have been a slight equity in the odds difference because even though we have confidence that Bayern Munich will win, it can still turn the other way round and PSG win since they have a solid squad that is equal or even better than Bayern Munich squad. Anyways, Bayern Munich should just be very vigilant because PSG still has the advantage and it will only take them a draw result to advance to the finals.

instead what happened was that PSG played a perfect game in the defensive phase, very intense and i don't think Bayern Munich did enough, i would have expected a little more from them, but i don't think there was a chance to score a goal, there was for them but they didn't know how to finish enough, only Kane scored a goal at the end.

It just funny how Real Madrid fans think Mbappe is their problem, this is the highest scoring player In the team, infant he his the highest goal scoring player in the league and since his arrival he has been the highest goal scoring playing in the team, league and even the champions league. To see over 12million petition signed for him to be kicked out of the club is simply unbelievable. Even his social media account has been full with awful comments from the Real Madrid fans.

The team is doing bad and that because they lack quality in both the defense and midfield and to see Mbappe scape goateed is really not good. There are player playing below acceptable performance at Real Madrid and are just receiving pension for nothing.

Another big problem for Real Madrid have been the awful fitness coaches they have, every player in Real Madrid have been injured this season, and the fans don?t see that as the problem but then it Mbappe. I believe he will leaves and we will see how Real Madrid will be better if these players and medical staffs still remain.

everyone thinks so and it's a normal thing, they don't care about the performances of a single player, this is not an individual sport and if the performances of a single player don't help the team win i don't think they're important and they don't even do anyone any good, this is something that isn't very productive for Real Madrid.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: May 07, 2026, 07:06:43 AM
It doesn't seem like they'll win their next game though and As Roma are currently ahead of them in the league standing. Fabregas has indeed done quite well and he deserves a lift to the Champions League Competition.
He has raised their standards so high just in a single season since they move to Italian Seria A. If otherwise, there's rumours of big club's wanting his services. It's best for him to decide who he ends up with.

Roma is certainly an excellent team that deserves to go to Europe at least, the big clubs certainly all want to get to the top, and when the new championship came there was this new surprise which is Como which surprised everyone and made everyone a little more nervous, it is certainly an extra incentive to improve.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2025/2026 on: May 06, 2026, 06:22:39 PM
Like everyone else, I'm curious who will be the champion, but it's not just the title race; the relegation battle is also complicated. Tottenham won their last match and managed to move one point above the relegation zone. However, it remains to be seen what they can do in the remaining games. I would be very surprised if Tottenham were relegated. They were one of the most dangerous teams in recent years, but they've been playing very poorly for the last few years. Actually, they played well in the Champions League this year, but they just couldn't play well in the Premier League.

I hope it is enough to save Tottenham who honestly compared to the other teams i don't think relegation is necessary, they are much stronger and can do much better than West Ham, Burnley and Wolves, there are these teams that are much less compared to them and it doesn't give you an idea of what they can do.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2025/26 Season on: May 06, 2026, 06:00:35 PM
Congratulations to Arsenal for qualifying for the final, this is the second time they have reached the final, their match today was quite a thriller, although it only ended in a 1-0 win.
Atletico were made helpless by Arsenal solid defense, and there was actually one of the best moments for Atletico to equalize, unfortunately Sorloth feet were not in the right position to kick the ball.
With this result there is an opportunity for Arsenal to win two prestigious titles this season.

after twenty years, Artssenal has managed to access and play in the Champions League final, i have to say that I'm a little excited, I've never remembered a team like this going to the final and i also hope that they win it, it would be truly romantic and truly old-time football that excites me.
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2025/26 on: May 06, 2026, 05:50:07 PM
Honestly I don't even know who I would want to pick as the winner of this fixture, the only and biggest advantage Barcelona has is that they would be playing the match at Camp Nou, aside from that, with there injury among there heavy hitters, Yamal wouldn?t be available (the biggest attacking threat), Raphinha is also a bit shaky and Barcelona are having issues with there attacks, Roony isn't just doing it for them.

On the up side for Barcelona, it seems like Mbappe won't he available but Vinicius is also a threat. So I will be going for a Real Madrid win or worse case scenario, a draw.

Barcelona certainly has more skill to score more goals and this makes me calm, i think that Barcelona has all the ability to win the draw and can do it without too many problems, clearly the chances in the classic are all eliminated given that it is one of the most heartfelt draws in Spain.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: May 06, 2026, 05:38:00 PM
Since Inter Milan has already won the Italian League title in this 25/26 season, I think the other teams will now play with more dedication to qualify for the UCL next season. We can see that among these teams, that is, among the team's that have a chance of getting the next UCL opportunity, last season's Italian league champions Napoli, AC Milan and Juventus are ahead. I have been shocked by the recent performance of Juventus, who are currently fourth in the Serie A, as they drew against a team that is in the relegation zone. To be honest if they had won that game against Verona instead of drawing on May 3, they would now be in third place in the Italian league.

now Inter is out and i don't think they will put their heads and legs into it anymore, in fact most likely they will no longer commit as before and will let it go, now the teams to follow are those who are going or who want to go to Europe starting from Juiventus which to me dismembers the one that is the most knowledgeable and the most determined.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 06, 2026, 12:34:28 PM
People continue to see that PSG will appear at the Allianz in the same shape as they had in Paris. And I just, I do not believe that is the way this works? The open-play devastation was nearly all due to Kvaratskhelia who was simply running amok on the right side of Bayern. Obviously, he's incredible. But now you've lost Hakimi on the opposite flank so where's the width coming from? What is the second threat?

The way Bayern managed to lose 5-2 in Paris should be discussed more. They simply continued to play their football and pulled it back to 5-4. When they even it by the hour mark this thing is done. Bayern have come back from losing positions like eight different times this season in the league alone.

The only thing, which worries me, is Kane. Kompany rested literally everyone else against Heidenheim but Kane played the full ninety. Apparently thing cease to function without him dropping deep. A lot of faith in the legs of one man four days before the largest game of the season. Should his touch be even a little off, Kvaratskhelia will eat them alive on the transition.

In fact, i saw two teams that were totally open and ready to battle, but Bayern Munich wants to go to the final and i don't think PSG will be able to stop them, they know that whoever wins this match will most likely be able to win a final, it's almost certain, because the opponent is definitely not at their level
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: May 06, 2026, 08:57:21 AM
There is nothing to achieve for Lens this season. Ligue 1 has become impossible for them now. The biggest achievement for them this season is to make it to the Champions League, we will see a new team from the French League in the upcoming season.

The way they have competed at the top level this season with a relatively weak team, if their performance improves in the upcoming season, they may be able to do even better. I would like to see a better performance from them in the upcoming season and see a new champion team in the French League. The league will become more exciting if the competition is intense.

the lens is now gone, it's sad because they definitely should have believed in it more, but just being there for me is a miracle, isn't it, and no one can tell these players and this team that they behaved badly, they did an excellent job and they certainly didn't have problems with teams that are considered better than them.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2025/26 on: May 04, 2026, 12:55:05 PM
Realmadrid won which is good for them but do you think on a norm that Espanyol should be a problem to Realmadrid? For me I do not think it should be so but because Realmadrid has become a team that we do not know how to classify them although I'm happy for them because no team is small at this present time and considering what people think of Realmadrid, the winning should be celebrated but that does not mean anything because Barcelona is still very much in the game and will not lose to that point where Realmadrid will overtake them, i reserve my comment on Mbappe because he is not the only player in the team and I think a club should not depend on just one player for their success, it seem much is expected from that young man which is not coming forth.

Real Madrid now just has to understand what their limits are and play with them a bit, they have to do very well, have the possibility of doing much better than this, also because after all the investments made, not winning anything is really a problem for the club which cannot live forever on the profits of past victories.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2025/2026 on: May 04, 2026, 09:27:17 AM
Manu is reminiscent of its old days; they even beat Liverpool today. Michael Carrick truly deserved this season. He took the team from where it was and brought it to where it is now. They are in third place and will likely finish the season like that. I'm already very curious to see what they will do next season. I'm sure many people are extremely pleased to see Manchester United like this. One of England's biggest derbies was played, and it was truly a match worthy of the derby.

Remember the old seasons where there were incredible battles and where everyone went out of their way to beat Manchester United who were a great team, it's very exciting to see them like this, once again in great style returning to the Champions League, when they were the best you enjoyed it quite a bit
