I think it's ok if two partners post in one thread to get more information and opinions as two brains are better than one.

On the contrary, JackpotRacer does have a valid point; the thread should be kept clean and neat. Why not post a the first few letters of your prediction or do something similar to ensure clarity in the thread? Good luck!
462  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: bitcasino.io ? Trustable or selective payment? on: October 06, 2016, 04:55:19 AM
So far, nothing big has happened yet. Otherwise, the owner would have already had negative trust on his profile.

It is possible that some people cannot withdraw, however they are probably small incidents, if they did happen at all.

If you are really worried about them not being the safest option, why not bet on a more reputable site instead? There are many more sports betting sites out there that have a strong reputation.
463  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: E-Sport Prediction , share your prediction here on: October 06, 2016, 04:52:47 AM
Game: CSGO
Match: Godsent vs Pixel
Prediction: Godsent ML

Godsent is a tier 1 team, while Pixel is a low level team. Godsent definitely has the skills to win this one. Bet on Godsent.
Do keep in mind however that this is a best of 1, so anything can happen, so don't bet high; bet medium.
464  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: hello i need a partner to do bets on: October 06, 2016, 04:48:39 AM
i need someone who can invest like 10$ btc and we do bets i will give you the bets and you do it on your directbets account and then we share earning
LOL! Are you kidding me? Are you selling your picks and you just want the others to take the risk why you get money when your picks will win. That is not fair and no one will agree on that agreement unless you have a very good track record.

I'd assume OP has confidence in his abilities, he just doesn't have the capital to start betting.

OP, judging from the answers you have above, it seems like you already have received the answers you need; why not lock the thread? You can do this by clicking the "lock thread" button in the bottom left corner.
465  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much is the effect of house edge (0 or 1+) on your result on: October 06, 2016, 04:44:52 AM
i saw this topic about finding a gambling site with zero house edge and it got me thinking.
how much do you think 0 house edge is going to change your stats (win/lose)
obviously, you have a better chance of winning when there is 0 house edge but what do you think your result would be in long term if the house edge was 0 instead of 1% for example?

I saw that topic as well.
No. I don't think 0% isn't gonna make much of a difference over .05, .08, 1%. Over the long term, it may tip the win/lose stats but, it would still depend on how we play.

There would be other things to consider as well since it's either offered by a reputable/known site as a promotion/event or a very new site claiming to have 0% HE. Now if it was a promotion, then ok.

On the other hand, if it was a very new site/unknown claiming to have 0% HE, first thing to come to my mind is "shady". Makes me wonder, where they'd take their revenue from if not from HE. Are they just gonna bank on players always losing?
(I think they'll either 'fix' things to make sure of win/loss ratio or just find some other ways to take my coin.)
I'm not gonna gamble on that.

0% house edge is simply not feasible if it's not a PvP game. In PvP games, they can have 0% house edge as the house takes a cut of the player's winnings or deposits.

People are saying that 0% won't make much of a difference, but in reality, it does. No house edge means you have exactly 50/50 chance of winning if you bet at 50/50, which makes it possible for the gambler to profit in the long run. That's why there is a green slot on roulette, it's so you can't have truly 50/50 odds. You can read more about it here.
466  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What type of sports you love in sports betting and why? on: October 06, 2016, 04:33:46 AM
Many of us bet on soccer because for a soccer game from a major european league there is all the information needed before deciding on who to bet accessible to everyone. A lot of news, predictions and betting tips websites are there for you to check. Just don't be lazy and you will see that in the end if you always read the news and only bet on major events and well known teams you will come out as a winner more times than a loser.

The only downfall is lower odds which means even with higher number of wins you to be in loss in overall betting. But for me it's a risk worth taking and trying.
At this point I doubt you will find niche which is not covered in online articles or predictions - you will find info about every sport, team and match online somewhere.
Plus, it is better to bet on higher leagues - because I noticed that there are a lot fixed matches in lower leagues.

This is true with all sports, lower leagues tend to be less professional and have more potential to be rigged.

That's also one of the reasons why I don't always bet on sports where there's only 1 person playing, (i.e. tennis) as if there's only 1 person, it's very easy to rig a game. Games with 2 or more people on a team still can be rigged, but less likely so.
Yes, choosing a professional sport that it can reduce the risk of fraud in the score. I myself really like to bet on football betting professional league because I think the outcome of the match was very fair in my opinion there is no cheating. Because if there are indications of fraud certainly FIFA will follow up as in the case of the last in the league italy. Professional wrestling as MMA is also very exciting and it is widely used to gamble.

I find that even in professional leagues, there still is the risk of people throwing if it is a game with one person instead of a team.

Professional wrestling is very interesting to watch, but I find it hard to bet on as I can't really follow the scoring system, and like I said before, there's only one person involved so they could possibly rig/throw. However, it is very intriguing!

have you guys watched this overwatch game? it was on tbs e league in the
usa. Pretty weird game, I havent seen much gambling with it. Have any of you
guys played it or gambled on it?

Overwatch is a pretty fun game, however I'm not sure about how competitive it can be. It definitely has potential, but I don't think it is stable enough as an e-sport yet for bitcoin sites to allow betting on it, however I've seen fiat betting options elsewhere.
468  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟🎲🌟 MoneyPot.com on: October 05, 2016, 05:38:12 AM
I want to invest, will I get scammed as usual given the nature of cryptocurrencies or what?
Any advice guys?

I wanted to invest with doge but seems only possible to deposit bitcoin.

moneypot is running for quite sometime now so i can say they are pretty trusted for investments with over 1000btc but still all trusted casino that accepts investment can run anytime if they want to but i dont see moneypot owner running as they can make much more coins if they run the casino fair

but admins changed so not sure.. time re-syncs when admins change

yes admins changed last dec 2015 IIRC and they are currently running ~10months now but i still don't think they have plans to run with investors money but it is still better to be safe

The new admins are trustworthy and well known members on this forum, so no problems there.

However, like people have pointed out, you will have to stick with your investment long term in order to guarantee a profit. If you really need your money and need to use it in a short time period, don't invest.

MP is a great and trustworthy site to invest in, but there are also other options as well that you might want to do some research in, as not to keep all your eggs in one basket if you are skeptical. (Search the forum, there are a few other sites that allow investment)

OP, if you don't have much money to bet but feel your predictions are correct, why not check out the directbet free bets promo in the games and rounds section? They offer BTC prizes if you can correctly guess scores of games and it's free to enter, definitely worth a shot!
oh i didnt know that im new on the bitcoin coumunity can you please share the link of that game on directbet

here are them. it is not really easy to win but it is worth it to try

Soccer Prediction
Basketball Prediction
American Football Prediction
Ice Hockey Prediction

thanks for links yes its not easy also they put this Newbies are no longer eligible to participate. im a newbie so i cant participate

That's a shame, but I guess it is necessary to put that measure in place so people cannot abuse their giveaway.

However, just because you are a newbie now does not mean you'll be a newbie forever, why not keep constructively posting? You'll be a jr member in no time.

Hello all,

We added some new features and a new magic number bonus. Please see first post for details and see you on Weclick !

I like the new spinner, but unfortunately withdraws are still manual. What is the limit before we can withdraw our funds?
473  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: All Things Hockey on: October 02, 2016, 05:33:04 AM
As a fan of the NHL and hockey in general, I feel that hockey is not appreciated in the United States, at least not as much as football, baseball, or basketball. With another hockey season upon us, who do you think will hoist the Stanley Cup this year? I think the two favorites are the defending champion Pittsburgh Penguins and Chicago Blackhawks, but I will go with the Tampa Bay Lightning to win it all this year.

I'd say it is way too early to predict, however it is very possible for Tampa Bay to get the cup.

Currently, in these early preseason NHL games, I'd say not to bet at all, or bet low on the underdog as upsets are very common in the preseason.
474  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: All Things Hockey on: October 01, 2016, 04:56:23 AM
Perhaps make this a general hockey thread instead of just Ice hockey. I am sure a lot of countries have that sport played and people bet on those as well.

Well I started this thread with the idea in mind about tipping ice hockey in general. I don't have any interest in field hockey and to be honest I haven't seen anyone here interested in this kind of sport as well but should such interest arouses I will gladly expand the thread to include more kinds of hockey. At the moment the main focus will be on ice hockey though.

Regards.

Good to see an ice hockey thread, I haven't seen one around here. Just one thing I want to clarify; is this a discussion thread or a tipster thread where you post your picks?

Also, is this all ice hockey, or just NHL?

my investment is negative Sad

Wait it out if you don't need that money at the moment. Generally, your investment will profit in the long run, so you should leave your investment there unless you really need the money you invested and want to cut your losses.

300 SATs for my email nah you have to do better than that.

I think that the email is necessary in order to prevent spam and scams to OP's website. However, I think that OP can maybe add a feature where you can see the website before you sign up? Right now, we can't see any actual gameplay/how the site works until we sign up, so maybe this might be something to look into in order to attract more customers.

I want to be able to try out the site before I commit to registration. 300 satoshi is a bit low you should make it like 10000 but make it so there is a wage requirement but make it reasonable. I think this will attract more interest and gain you more members.

Or, make a demo version where we can play with play credits to test out the site. That way, OP doesn't have to give out too much of his pocket money, and we can still see what his site is like.
477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: E-Sport Prediction , share your prediction here on: October 01, 2016, 04:28:26 AM
My prediction was correct, as Kinguin won 2-1!

Next match:

Game: CSGO
Match: G2 vs Astralis
Prediction: Astralis ML

This bet is a bit risky, as G2 is slightly favored here. However, I don't believe that there is too much of a difference between the teams, and since it's a best of 1, anything can happen. I'm betting a small amount on Astralis, the underdog, as if they win, I'll make a nice profit.

Another one of my bets won, 2 in a row! ESL New York is ongoing, so the match-ups should be interesting and fun to bet on.

Next match:

Game: CSGO
Match: Flipsid3 vs Tengri
Prediction: Flipsid3 ML

I don't think Flipside will lose this. They have the experience, firepower, and more teamwork compared to Tengri. I'd say it's safe to place a mid to high bet here.

I like to bet on sport that i watched, i particularly like to bet in badminton because i am a badminton fans, sometimes i also betting in MMA, but still the most interested sport to bet still soccer, it is so fun to watch and betting at the same time, and i can do extra bet while the game is play, so i can do my prediction while watching the match

Badminton is pretty fun to bet on, unfortunately, I find that the betting options are pretty limited for the sport, which is a shame. What site do you use to bet on badminton?
479  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Need bustabit advice on: September 30, 2016, 04:09:38 AM
I've started playing bustabit since past week and lost around $45. Is there any script that works? or it is just a game of luck?
i think you are not using your money for growing your profit . you are involving in gamble and it is a way to lost . there is no trick to gamble it is only a luck based game .

This is very true, if you have a decent amount like $45 to bet, perhaps you should save your money or invest. You can invest in real life, or even in bustabit. Check out moneypot.com, it's a good site to invest into.
480  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What type of sports you love in sports betting and why? on: September 30, 2016, 04:04:48 AM
I bet mostly on soccer and e-sports, as they are the two sports I know best. I also bet on other sports sometimes.

I'm not sure if it's just me, but I think that soccer has some of the best odds for games. For example, even on the overdog, the odds are still pretty high, so if you bet overdog, you can still make a decent profit.
