I say the coin is way more valuable than Bob anticipated and I'm a troll/FUDder? Yes, that makes sense.

I guess you don't enjoy logic. Bob's out of the coin. Best way to keep him out is to hold your coins and wait for the ride up.

You guys are really something. You think Bob is the only whale in this? Well, guess what? He's out of the coin. He's the one who dumped. Want to know how I know?

Because his MO is buy at the ICO, put up a huge buy wall to confuse everyone.... in this case, his buy wall was 100 BTC. He did the same exact thing with VIRAL. He then continues to put in buy orders all the way up, pumping the coin until the point where there is too much resistance, and then he sells off all his coins and makes a profit and moves on to the next coin.

In fact, he almost moved on here. For just a few minutes after he dumped, he took down his buy wall and revealed there were only 5 BTC of buy support after he dumped, instead of his 100 BTC. Look here for a screenshot when it happened:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1089933.2740

The PROBLEM here is that this coin has intrinsic value, unlike the other coins he's been in. He anticipated everyone would dump cheap coins onto him. Yet after the dump, no one sold below 10k.

What happened? Look at the chart. The price went to 21k sats, then someone dumped. It happened again, then another person dumped. In fact, it happened four times in a row. Until finally, someone (i.e. NOT Bob) dumped 50k coins, then I watched Bob tried to bring the price back up with his bots yet again, but people were putting coins below his bots. That spooked Bob, and he dumped, then removed his buy wall. Then he put in a huge 125 BTC buy order at .00000001 Sat hoping everyone would dump to nothing and he could repeat his pump.

NO ONE DUMPED and either he or the other whale just pumped it back to 19k Sats. So now Bob is out of the coin. And now he's posting like he's still a whale because he wants you to be paranoid he's still in it and dump cheap coins onto him. Well guess what... that is the way to guarantee he sticks around.

This coin is way more valuable than Bob anticipated, and now he's going to regret dumping. The funny part is how you people think he's this mastermind, and he takes credit all the way. If you think the coin has value, then hold it. If you think it's another garbage coin, then sell it back to Bob.

I think Viral is a great concept, and I hope you will allow me to ask a few questions here:

Is there something your supporters could be doing to help you market this outside of these forums? Which specific forums/sites should they spread the word to? I haven't seen anyone in the auctions from outside of BTCTalk and it seems like there would be a lot of demand from marketing professionals in the mainstream/tech industry.

How often do you plan to post to the social media accounts? Seems like followers would get burned out being subjected to too many tweets. Is there a limit?

I agree that auctions can be overdone. Auctions seem like a good way to catch a deal for the buyer, but what if they were limited to once a month or even bi-monthly until demand outstrips supply?

Congrats on the success of your project.

Alright, if it's a fake account then it's a pretty good one...I buy that it's real. I guess I consider this good news. It'll look good for CANN if HWC sells out of their daily limit. It should get a lot of press and bring big investments. It'd be cool to hear what other places are lined up to accept CANN, but I'm sure that's coming Monday. It's gotta be strategic so the price doesn't drop too hard after the event. Back to sleep.

This is great news, and wonderful strategy on the CANN team. This will get momentum going, which will attract media attention, and will bring other big members on board. The plants are in VEG state, which means I assume only a few months before full production, at which point the price will be close to parity, especially after the coming proof on Monday that CANN will be accepted!!

YES WE CANN!!!!!

ATTENTION NEWCOMERS OF CANN!

First of all, welcome to the CANN community! There are many people who are very excited about this coin's potential, which is why CANN skyrocketed to #12 in just a few days on Coinmarketcap.com! But the unfortunate reality of any Bitcoin-based coin is that there are several people who make a profit off of YOU by creating posts on this forum with the sole purpose to spread "FUD": Fear, Uncertainty, and DOUBT. Read this wikipedia article for more info:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fear,_uncertainty_and_doubt

The more popular altcoins become, the more FUD that magically appears on these forums just as the price is skyrocketing. Why?

1) There are professional FUDders who are hired by devs/members of competing coins to bring down the prices of similar coins.
2) There are people who want to keep prices low long enough so they can save enough money to buy in at a low price.
3) There are traders who sell high, then create FUD, then sell off enough coins to create momentum in the market to drop the coin's price low enough that they can make a huge profit. They do this over and over again and make tons of money off of your fear. Look at the chart for CANN, and you will see that all of the dips in the price have been right after FUD.
4) There are sadistic people who literally get pleasure and feel power from causing others pain. If you search the web for the terms "troll" and "sociopath," you will find research covering this topic.

These people are experts at honing in on any possible negative outcome simply to create fear in investors, which actually drives the market price down.

We do not know everything that DeltaNine has planned for CANN, but he spent an entire month travelling to various dispensaries across the country in order to build alliances. This could mean he has multiple dispensaries already lined up already. From what I have seen, he is smart enough to not lay his cards on the table all at once, especially since there are competing coin developers who have already stolen his ideas in order to make a profit.

Once the price of CANN skyrockets, many more businesses will be on board because, in addition to being a good investment for us, the early adopters, CANN solves many problems.

Looking forward to the media coverage on Monday's historic transaction.

And to the regular CANN members--you do more harm responding to FUD. Resist the temptation to debate these people--they could be sadists who simply enjoy controlling your emotions and watching you suffer, in which case you are giving them power/joy. Please, if you want to respond to FUD, I ask that you copy and paste this message whenever someone creates FUD, instead of responding to their points individually.

YES WE CANNNNNN!!!

If we don't answer it means that that we tacitly agree with their statements.
Don't forget. Any FUD makes the coin stronger. FUD means that SOMEBODY is AFRAID of this coin which equals "THE COIN IS STRONG"
It happened the same with XST. The worst FUD ever. XST is better than ever with a STRONGER community backing it.
The result ? We bought tons of cheap coins and sell it 3 days later for double price.
I'm not afraid of some more cheap CANN until Monday.

People engage in pages upon pages of debate with FUDders attacks, which is what investors end up seeing when they come here. If you think the original FUD is bad enough to dissuade new investors, then don't respond to it, or respond with a canned response explaining FUD, either mine or someone else's. If FUDders only create one post, and are essentially ignored by users who copy and paste a canned response, then they are emasculated, and will get buried in the noise of the forum and will eventually go away. Otherwise, if you respond to them, and especially if you quote their points, you amplify their voice ten times what it was originally by going back and forth, repeating their original arguments over and over to anyone newcomers who want to find out more.

It's the same psychology you use with a child who throws a temper tantrum--ignore them, and they will stop. FUDders love negative attention, so don't give it to them in any form. Notice that if DeltaNine doesn't respond to them, then why should any of us?

FUDders are sociopaths who care nothing about truth--they only seek to control others and make a profit.

Perhaps there can also be a webpage we can point people toward that has a list of commonly used FUD points that can be debunked one by one.
