161  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price On Way To $250,000 By Q1 2023: Tim Draper on: August 11, 2019, 09:47:29 PM
I don't believe in these predictions. In 2018 they were saying that we will have a new high by the end of the year. In 2019 they are saying the same thing.

I know that this prediction by Draper is more of a long term one but there are many positive predictions as there are negative. We chose to believe the positive ones because we want Bitcoin to succeed that's all. Try to be objective. 50 thousand would be a big achievement for Bitcoin even in the next 2 or 3 years.
There is a statement that thoughts are material. If the majority will believe and constantly think about the high price of bitcoin, then it will be so.But I believe around the should be common sense. And he suggests that the price of $ 250 000 is simply unrealistic.
162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Imagine that you're new to crypto now on: August 11, 2019, 09:35:22 PM
Imagine that you are a new player in the crypto world and have no idea about this topic.
What are you doing now? Read the book? You invest your savings in bitcoin, maybe you look at other coins (alts) or maybe you see that the price is falling and you're waiting to buy even lower. If so, do you know when to buy? What's your plan for this moment? Smiley
I would do everything in order. As everyone already knows, everything begins with the study of the material part. Here is with reading books I would perhaps and began. Then I learned the basics of trading. And only then invested in bitcoin and many altcoins. Here, probably, I would have personally started such a strategy if I were a beginner.
163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tone Vays has won me over: There is Bitcoin...and shitcoins. on: August 03, 2019, 09:36:55 PM
Perhaps it’s the absolute slaughter of altcoins. But I feel like we were all blinded in 2017. I have 20,000 Cardano, and all I see it do is lose Satoshi value. I feel like I’ve had enough!!

I mean seriously. What is Cardano? It does nothing. Nobody uses it. It’s one of about a dozen protocols that will probably never be used and never be wanted.

I’m 85% bitcoin. I’m about to make that 100%. Everyone loves Cardano...really? Why! It’s just another shitcoin. They are all shitcoins!!
I don’t think that this particular altcoin is worthless. How would you not want it, but the Cardano is a unique coin. Which by the way is in 12th place on the CMC.Yes, of course, it is better to store more assets in bitcoin, but promising altcoins will not be superfluous in your portfolio.
164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We Love Bitcoin symbol on: August 03, 2019, 09:19:03 PM
Pretty random one here, but I wanted to know for a few reasons if anyone knows the history of this symbol. Was this a business at one point, or just an old school symbol? I’ve seen this symbol in a yBitcoin magazine with nothing other than businesses using paid advertising space, which lead me to believe it may have been used by a business at some point.

Anyone familiar with its genesis?

(Image sourced google images)
I personally have not seen such a logo before. If You want to use it for your business, you need to check it for intellectual property. If it is just a logo created by a person who loves bitcoin and does not claim copyright, then You can easily use it in your business.
165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people or percentage has held at least 50 or 100 btc at one point? on: August 03, 2019, 09:05:02 PM
Right now the percentage of bitcoin users seems to be 3-5%, among them when we calculate about the people having 50,100 or more bitcoin will be very less. Most of the users with such a big number seems to be the early adopters. When it was a giveaway none cared about it. Further when growth progressed the demand increased same is the price and it went as an expensive investment.
Yes, I remember the story with the guy who threw his hard drive on the garbage that stored thousands of bitcoins. When he found out what the price of bitcoins became, he started looking for that hard drive in a landfill, but naturally he never found it. It's sad to hear such stories.I didn't have a lot of bitcoins just because there was nowhere to buy them.I just didn't know how to buy it.
166  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: The most important part of investing in bitcoin is timing. on: July 26, 2019, 01:57:57 PM
I disagree, as an investor the most important part of investing in bitcoin should be patience, timing comes second. Timing only plays a major role or works when you're a trader or speculative investor, investing for just a short period of time. For example, we have bitcoin enthusiasts who did invest when bitcoin was around $400-$1000 (you can call that perfect timing) but today due to lack of patience most of those investors don't have a single bitcoin due to impatience some might have sold at lost or little profit. As it's commonly said, "investors don't wait to buy (timing), they buy and wait (patience)".
As for me, time and patience are identical concepts (regarding investment).Spending time and patience, is difficult to guess where is the stop! Someone talks about the price of Bitcoin $ 100,000, someone says that its price is 0.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Flag For ICO Projects That Scam Bounty Hunters on: July 15, 2019, 06:39:12 PM
Most projects have a disclaimer of rules change. I think rules are subject to change except the forum will no longer allow projects change their bounty rules after the campaign. I also think kyc should be abolished for hunters as they're not investors.
I don't know why it wasn't done before. In principle, everything is possible to do.But please note that the power of the word will still remain with the project team that conducted the ICO.Regarding KYC, I am also against the participants of the bounty to pass it.I don't see the point.Just because I'm carrying a project signature doesn't mean I'm a fraud or a terrorist.
168  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto ? Suspects, frauds and conspiracies on bitcointalk on: July 08, 2019, 11:24:47 AM
Thank you for so much detailed and interesting analysis.A lot of different options and there is no one single and true. The text has the words Satoshi Nakamoto where he tells his colleague that ,,he will do other things,.I wonder what this man is doing now? Most likely developing a super powerful quantum computer. Wink Cool
169  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we officially consider Blockchain the new internet? on: July 05, 2019, 08:54:34 PM
I feel like Bitcoin is definitely the next generation of money but I'm unsure as to whether Blockchain can be considered the new internet. Although there's no Bitcoin without Blockchain... lol help me out here
Blockchain technology is simply an integral part of the new generation Internet.Without blockchain, cryptocurrency will not exist. Without a cryptocurrency, there will be no new, healthy society. In General, everything in our world is interconnected. Cool
170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be legally accepted in every country in the next 10 years? on: July 05, 2019, 08:18:50 PM
It is quite possible that Bitcoin will be legally accepted in every country in the next 10 years. Because people all over the world gradually know about bitcoin and now many people use bitcoin for many purposes. People show their interest in bitcoin and it becomes a modern currency for easy transaction. The use of BItcoin considers it as legally accepted in every country in the next 10 years. I think near future Bitcoin will be legally accepted worldwide.
You're just saying common words. In fact, I see a tendency that with the rise in the price of bitcoin, many simply can not buy bitcoin. The price of sending from 1 user to another is quite expensive.Because of this, it is not profitable to pay for micropayments with bitcoin.I think that it is legally unlikely to be able to somehow even characterize bitcoin. Therefore, in the next 10 years, bitcoin will not be recognized at the official level.
171  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ID Protecting Solution to FATF Crypto Guidance on: July 05, 2019, 08:10:12 PM
It's nonsense. You simply offer to collect data about all cryptocurrency users on your platform.I think the best solution would be simply to use anonymous cryptocurrency, than to deal with the sites that You offer.
172  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Used Computer Equipment For CryptoCurrency Unsafe? on: July 04, 2019, 04:36:55 PM
Going for new equipment is much more better than buying used ones especially when using these equipment for cryptocurrency. Buying used computers, routers, keyboard, mouse for cryptocurrency is not a good idea! To be on a safer side, buying new equipment is very important.
I can buy any supported item, but only if it does not belong to the category of computer equipment. When it comes to tools that have some value for You it is better not to buy supported computer equipment.Crypto wallets can suffer if they are used on supported hardware.Given that cryptocurrency is gaining trend, many hackers will use different ways to steal Your passwords.
173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people bought Bitcoin because of you? on: July 04, 2019, 04:14:04 PM
Hello Everyone,
My question is: How many people bought Bitcoin because of you?

Can one person make a difference? Until today more than 10 people bought Bitcoin because of me and I want to know how much influence do we have on people around us so we can understand how effective we are in spreading Bitcoin worldwide.

Let's See who is the most influential person Smiley

Thanks for participating !!!

I have never recommended anyone to buy bitcoin.I was just talking about its advantages and the future that will be interconnected with bitcoin.Charging positive many of my friends and acquaintances still bought bitcoin. At the moment, 5 people have bought bitcoin and 2 are already thinking about buying.
174  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: whats happend to india and the world on: July 04, 2019, 03:52:40 PM
i heard about india and actually whats happend to cryptocoins not just india but in some other countrys too ithink that take about bitcoin a wrong idea and theres tunisia too their gouverment sayed how that use bitcoin make big toroble that how world move ifeel so sad about that
Recently, the representative of Russia also expressed the opinion that cryptocurrencies will never be officially recognized on the territory of Russia. But nevertheless, a lot of investors in cryptocurrencies are in Russia.I think that all this news is a temporary phenomenon. Cryptocurrency is the trend of the entire 21st century. It is an inevitable fact and many countries will still have to use cryptocurrency.
175  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Netflix is gonna film documentary about crypto on: July 04, 2019, 03:44:36 PM
First of all, I think it will be a great educational video that can explain much for newbies and secondly, this movie can push bitcoin's and altcoin's price reach the sky (don't perceive it literally). What do u think?

the source: https://thebitplex.com/?p=198
I do not know why there are still not many movies about cryptocurrencies yet.Perhaps netflix, creating a quality and competent film will really attract many people to the world of crypto.I look forward to the release of this film.

177  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Youtube bitcoin advertisements everywhere. on: June 27, 2019, 11:40:40 AM
I see bitcoin advertisements on youtube vids, everywhere. Definitely a good sign

Prepare for a new ath, ones bitcoin reaches a new ath the media reports on the ath will push it to like 25-30k.

Screen below

This is due to the fact that many people are interested in the topic of cryptocurrencies and most importantly it is monetary.I believe that cryptocurrencies will change the lives of all people regardless of how much bitcoin will cost.
178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if you can have a dinner with Mr Satoshi on: June 27, 2019, 11:26:43 AM
I would like to know his forecast bitcoin price for the next 10 years.I would have asked him the question that torments all crypto community-Why would he hide his identity).(if he told the truth-then I'd have to hide Grin Grin Cool)
179  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Am I screwed? on: June 27, 2019, 11:18:13 AM
I sold at $7550, am I screwed or will it at least go back down to $7500?
You screwed up or not depends on what course Bitcoin was purchased. Now many can say that they screwed up when they sold bitcoin across price $ 1000 and $ 2000.Throughout 2018, everyone said that the price would be more expensive, but  one listened and sold. Now many are disappointed. You are to blame for this). But I have good news for You.The price will be even more expensive within 1 year.So keep bitcoin in your wallet as long as possible.
180  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why It’s Good News That Crypto Companies Are Stepping Back From The US on: June 27, 2019, 11:10:08 AM
Only after facebook announcment about Libra, regulators decided to wake up and they will make some changes in the near future when it comes to regulating crypto.

I wonder where have they been all this time?
It's very simple:all on the planet Earth use cryptocurrency from 0.5 to 1% of all inhabitants of the planet. And Facebook has a daily audience of 1.53 billion people worldwide.Accordingly, this social network can seriously hit the dollar. This is where regulators come into play.
