41  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2024/2025 on: April 27, 2025, 09:48:25 PM
Everyone was happy, especially Liverpool fans.
No one thought that Arne Slot could be that good this season in the title race, but he proved it to no one. The journey became easier when Manchester City and Arsenal were both inconsistent in their performance, so Liverpool could easily claim the title even though the season was not over.

This is clearly a season full of happiness for Liverpool and their fans, but disappointment remains when they can only get 1 title in all existing competitions. Liverpool, with the good performance of its players, ultimately had to resign themselves to failure in other competitions, unless the Premier League was truly mighty. But whatever it is, I congratulate Liverpool and all their fans on this forum. You have the right to celebrate it with joy.

Everyone was happy except Arsenal and their fans  Grin

I don't know Arne Slot before his arrival at Liverpool but I have read about him and I discovered that he's an excellent coach from Feyenood where he won the league even without spending so much money on his squad. Many of us here doubted him upon his arrival and expected him to go through difficult times before he could adapt to the league but he prove everyone wrong.

Congratulations to Arne Slot, Liverpool and their supporters for this magnificent achievement. Indeed, you guys never walk alone.
Yes, it has been an unbelievable season for Liverpool supporters, particularly given how things have happened. Everyone had thought that City and Arsenal would square off but Arne Slot truly showed himself when he took over. After all nobody had imagined how fast he would change and turn things around. True, it hurts a little to only win one crown in the end but winning the Premier League is no simple accomplishment. Despite their presumably mixed emotions, Arsenal supporters at least gave it a fair chance. Slot deserves all of the praises he has earned, so congrats to Liverpool.
42  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2024/25 on: April 27, 2025, 09:40:57 PM
Congratulations to Barcelona who managed to get their Copa Del Rey title this season by beating Real Madrid in the final with all the drama that happened on the field. The match was so hot because there were many interesting events.

Real Madrid has lost 2 Champions League competitions and the Copa del Rey, in La Liga they almost lost it because Barcelona was leading with the points advantage they had. This was a disappointing season for Real Madrid because they had to end the season without a title.
Congratulations to the barcelona team for becoming the champions of Copa Del Rey and I feel sorry for our great madrid to lose the final, but it's the part of football sometimes we win, sometimes we lose but never lost the hope. Our hearts is still full of love for the great real madrid. Angelotti delivered all of his possible efforts to win the match but he lost. Until the last minute I was in hope that real madrid will manage to win the match but unfortunately Modric wrong pass made the chance for the Barcelona defender kounde to seal the victory and become the champions of copa del Rey.
One things more I just want to highlight that real Madrid has won UEFA super cup already so we are not trophy less current season, hope we will learn form mistakes and through new combination and tactics will conquer Europe again 😉

I think that Angelotti gave it his all  but even though Real Madrid did their all sometimes luck does not cooperate. Barcelona absolutely deserved the Copa Del Rey championship this season because they performed with a lot of emotion and enthusiasm. Modric's botched pass was particularly devastating. Nevertheless as you indicated we have already won the UEFA Super Cup  so this season is not entirely terrible. I think Real Madrid will return better the next year since winners always manage to go back up.
43  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Vivek Ramaswami the ideal Bitcoin President? on: April 27, 2025, 09:31:51 PM
Ramaswami definitely does stand out from the rest these days. He has that calm confident vibe that is nice contrasted to all the loud frantic stuff happening. Honestly I think someone like Tim Scott may potentially be a good possibility, if he plays his cards well  Nikki Haley too if she remains focused and doesnt get drawn into drama It would be wonderful to see some younger new faces rise up also
44  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A university in Spain has now launched a master's degree to teach Bitcoin on: April 27, 2025, 09:23:23 PM
This is incredibly interesting, Since the majority of people still do not entirely comprehend Bitcoin, education on it is sorely needed.  In my opinion, the institution took a wise decision because Bitcoin is not only a trend but is truly becoming a crucial piece of the economy.  It will also aid generate more people who can work in the banking and blockchain industries.  In my opinion, more universities ought to adopt this road and provide identical courses.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto Mining - What's Next? on: April 27, 2025, 09:15:49 PM
Hey everyone. I've been driving into what's happening with crypto mining lately and I can't believe the shift going on in Nigeria, it's honestly wild! The government there has set aside a massive 2GW of energy just for mining, which is turning the country into a hotspot for big operations. They've got several 200MW projects underway including a 150MW hosting center in an industrial park that even comes with tax breaks which is a smart move. I also heard they're teaming up with local power plants to get direct electricity at great rates for only $0.04/kWh. It really feels like Nigeria is stepping up to be a major player in the global crypto mining scene and I'm curious to see if this could be the next go-to spot for miners like us who are always chasing efficiency and lower costs.

What do you all think about this?
Honestly This is extremely intriguing. Nigeria is playing it pretty well by exploiting its riches to entice miners. I think the inexpensive electricity rate is a major benefit especially as mining margins are getting tighter everywhere else, also love the thought of tax breaks it makes the whole setup much more appealing. Personally I think if they can keep the infrastructure steady and political situation calm Nigeria may absolutely become a new mining hub  What about the risk though. I  mean the power supply dependability and certain regulatory unpredictability might still be a worry
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BONK? Another pumpfun thing? on: April 27, 2025, 09:02:24 PM
I think memecoins will absolutely have a huge influence in driving SOL price up because they are getting amazing traction lately, utility coming from BONK is shocking but honestly it makes sense if they want to be relevant and not just be a joke coin. I somewhat agree with you memecoins are evolving into a full culture in crypto now and it is going bigger than anyone thought, Personally I feel that we are just getting started and it is gonna be even wilder
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not everyone get dumped on by Trump coin, some made furtun on: April 27, 2025, 08:52:00 PM
For the past week, the most trending topics in the cryptocurrency market are the launch of the Trump coin and the Melina coins both meme coins saw significant growth and popularity among crypto profits hunters and traders who caught on the wave to take some profits but are worth knowing that both coins have crashed back to more than half of their all-time high, currently, Trump coin is at.
Honestly I think most of these meme coins are just short money grabs although you cant deny some people gained enormous profits. I feel sorry for the ones that bought at the top hoping it would keep going higher. When the market is this volatile you must be smart and not become too greedy, Personally I would steer away from coins like this unless I am willing to lose that money entirely. Lets see if they rally back when Bitcoin starting moving again.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I’ve never received token rewards, why? on: April 27, 2025, 08:44:59 PM
Now, the best way to earn most of this trending airdrop is through trading events.

it’s obvious that eligibility criteria now for most projects require TON fee and even at that, I’ve been participating in CEX platforms giveaway events but never got any rewards; maybe it’s not true

Moving forward, I came across an event on twitter called bot lucky star, where users participate to earn BGB and other incentives—I’m not certain this would work too.

Please if you know about this, let me know how to join and even the right way to earn this rewards.
I Feel you bro, I Have also participated a handful of CEX giveaway events but honestly never got anything real. I Heard about Bot Lucky Star aswell on twitter but not sure how authentic it is.  I think the best way is still grinding real trading volume if you can pay the fees, I would recommend login with a fresh wallet and never deposit too much simply to be cautious.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SOL = Ethereum Killer? on: April 27, 2025, 05:07:50 PM
Sol is really exhibiting strong moves again. Dex volumes rising up is a huge evidence that the network activity is real, Ai meta coming back will force even more buzz into the ecosystem. Memecoins usually provide fresh liquidity and SOL appears to benefit a lot from it, I feel like SOL has stronger momentum right now than ETH for sure but ETH has a large lead in usage and security, Maybe SOL can challenge it more seriously this cycle if it keeps up It is getting intriguing to watch for sure.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is SUI the Next BIG Thing? on: April 27, 2025, 04:55:44 PM
Although I'm not sure about the Pokemon partnership rumor, Sui seems to be receiving notice even without it. I think it's wise to keep Sui under the radar and keep a close eye on the development since this could actually turn into something significant. I think the hoopla over Sui is real for the time being because the data are indicating real growth. I also think the institutional interest is a good indicator because they normally undertake considerable study before diving in.
51  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 27, 2025, 04:48:53 PM
That is another word for luck in my opinion, because with what they showed in the match then it is the same as bad luck. Another factor that we must also be able to see is the opportunities that their opponents can create, Heidemheim only created 6 and 2 of them were on target and 1 managed to become a goal.

From other statistics that we can also see is how the home team dominated ball possession. Yes, it is true that by controlling the ball they cannot necessarily win and that is proven, but at least we can see how they controlled the match.
It would be very useless for Stuttgart who were able to control the ball more but none of their efforts became goals in the match so it can be said that Stuttgart really lost out on being able to control the ball more because in the end the home team could lose just because of one goal created by the visiting team, namely Heidenheim. And for me it was very embarrassing for the home team because basically they were able to hold the ball more than the visiting team so Stuttgart really had to make an evaluation after the match was over.
For Stuttgart, it seemed like unfortunate luck.  Sometimes simply too much ball control without success in front of goal makes things worse.  Even if they had less opportunities, Heidenheim was just more clinical.  Although possession by itself does not win games, Stuttgart also has to pay close attention to turning their opportunities.  Although they had a challenging class, I would think they can develop and come back more forcefully.
52  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 27, 2025, 08:09:35 AM

An interesting game will come soon between Inter vs Roma. Considering Inter has very good h2h against Roma, and not many changes happened to their squad. I believe they will win it soon. I think betting on them is the best choice now. I know very well how good Roma after they being appointed by Ranieri, but still seeing inferiority compared to them.
I'm betting on Inter (1.80), and probably adding BTTS as another choice considering both team may be scoring in this game. I hope god will help them to destroy Roma.
After the defeat against Milan, I can no longer trust Inter. Roma is playing a very good game and can beat them away. If they can't, I think they will draw, I don't think this game will bring Inter any points. They have been very bad lately and this game will be important for their breakthrough form. However, if they don't play well, this could be their downfall before the Champions League game.

I Understand why some people are losing confidence in Inter after their Milan defeat. I Feel Roma under Raneri looks more solid and dangerous now, I think this match will be very intense since both teams have a lot to prove. I Believe Inter has a good record against Roma but recent form matters a lot too.
53  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Indian Premier League #IPL Cricket on: April 27, 2025, 07:33:26 AM
Yes, Punjab king's batting performance was very good, today Punjab's Prabhsimran Singh batted very well, he scored 83 runs in just 49 balls, and Priyansh Arya was also good, he scored 69 runs in 35 balls. Anyway, in total they gave a target of 201 runs, which is not very low.

Kolkata Knight Riders have come out to bat now, but after finishing only 1 over, the match is currently suspended due to rain, the match will resume after the rain, but let's see what happens in the final over, because both Punjab king and Kolkata Knight Riders have performed well, so anything can happen.

The match between Punjab Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders was important for Punjab Kings as they were in fourth position and if they had won the game with a good run rate,  they would have been in third position and make their position stronger towards the playoff games. However, many games are still left to improve their position.

However, if we analyze KKR, it was their essential game to win, but still they got a single point. It is still good for them, as I don't think they would be able to chase 201 runs. They have fewer chances to qualify for the playoff round, so let's see what happens.

Indeed Prabhsimran Singh had a great innings today.Likewise, Priyansh Arya performed really brilliantly with his rapid fifty.  I Agree this match was very crucial for Punjab Kings to climb up the table, even if KKR got one point it will still be very difficult for them to qualify, I hope we get to see a full match after the rain, it is getting very exciting.
54  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are trading psychology rules? on: April 26, 2025, 08:52:56 PM
Indeed, trading is a mental game and most people are unaware of how much your own thoughts influence your choices.
It's strange how taking responsibility changes things, once you stop blaming others you start fixing bad behaviors and actually see improvement. Self awareness is in a way, the hidden weapon. I used to blame the market too, until I discovered that I was the one pushing buttons.
55  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Conference League Discussion Thread -- 2024/25 | SFs on: April 26, 2025, 08:13:18 PM
Before the 2024/25 season started, with several teams cutting the number of players, Chelsea did the opposite, they continued to add ammunition, making the team fat. On the one hand, this strategy can save Chelsea when the injury storm hits, but on the other hand, it has less effect on the team's performance this season to achieve more consistent results, and even Chelsea is still less competitive with underdog teams like Nottingham Forest who were almost relegated from the EPL in the previous season. What Chelsea did only worsened the team's financial condition.

And back to the focus of the discussion, namely Chelsea's match in the UEFA conference league, I think facing Djurgarden in the semifinals is not a difficult opponent, considering the depth of the squad, Chelsea will most likely be able to easily advance to the final round, even though the first match took place at Djurgarden's home ground.

Yeah It’s incredibly upsetting to see Chelsea struggle while having such a strong group. They have so much skill but sometimes it feels like they can’t pull things together on the field. The Pressure on the owners and management is immense since with that team they should be doing much better, I Agree they should have an easy road to the final in the Conference League but at this moment nothing feels guaranteed with them.
56  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how do you avoid being stress in gambling? on: April 26, 2025, 08:04:06 PM
So how about you? have you ever felt stressed because of gambling? if yes, what did you do to overcome it?
Yes, I have experienced anxiety on a few occasions when I have bet excessively, It seems that the more you play, the more you begin to chase losses, which just makes matters worse. I came to see how important it is to establish boundaries and know when to go.  I was able to clear my head and prevent gambling from taking over by taking breaks and concentrating on other things.
57  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2024/25 Season on: April 26, 2025, 07:56:32 PM
The semifinal match between Arsenal vs PSG is difficult to predict. Both teams are equally good this season and their journey in the champions league is also very impressive, Arsenal was able to beat Real Madrid even though we know Real Madrid is not in their best form this season but in essence Arsenal's mentality has been tested in that match. PSG lost to Aston Villa in the second leg I can understand it because PSG underestimated Aston Villa in the second leg they often have a good aggregate so they almost failed to qualify, this is understandable because PSG underestimated their opponents in the second leg, their game is very different from the first leg when they played against Aston Villa.

But it is true what @hanadawa said that PSG is very good when playing with a strong team with an open game, if you see both legs when PSG played against Liverpool maybe you will change your mind not to doubt PSG in this semifinal. Because PSG's game is very impressive, even PSG is very clinical when thwarting Liverpool. So when playing against Arsenal, PSG will use the same strategy and spirit as when playing against Liverpool.
Yes, PSG will face challenges, but they have a good chance.  Arsenal's performance against Real Madrid was outstanding, and they undoubtedly have the home advantage.  However, PSG has proven they can compete with major teams like Liverpool, therefore I believe the second leg will be determined by who can withstand the pressure the best.

Workplace Environment may either make you grow or break you down severely, having a good manager and happy people around you makes all the difference.  I think getting away from poisonous areas is not weaknes. It is actually self respect and survival
60  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Monitoring the market on: April 26, 2025, 07:30:48 PM
Since Bitcoin never moves the way people would have expected, it is all about patience. The best thing is to be cool and focus long term instead of chasing rapid profits. when everyone believes it will explode and often dips and when none is looking it pumps hard.
