Yeah I realize that this sector is brutal and when things go south,it’s natural to hunt for someone to blame but honestly this region has always been risky and it demands a specific mentality to endure the waves. I agree with you not everyone is made for this and there’s no shame. in stepping back for a short. Getting a decent profession or doing something like farming even if it’s just a side hustle may definitely help take the weight off.
Lately I’ve been concentrating on learning more about coding and blockchain dev work. I think if I’m not making money trading I can at least build something or provide services in the sector  It’s better than simply sitting and fussing about charts all day

That's absolutely an odd outlook and I get where you're coming from especially with how unpredictable the world feels recently  Sometimes it truly does seem like everything's on the verge and people start seeking for meaning or preparing in their own method Even if it’s not precisely the end maybe this sort of thinking leads us to concentrate on what actually matters. If the world was ending what would we do differently. Who would we spend time with What would we let go of. Whether or if the aliens are genuine or the apocalypse is approaching maybe it's simply a reminder to live more mindfully while we still can

Yeah I actually went through that process last year and it was one of the most challenging but rewarding things I’ve ever done Mine was a mix of essays and personal reflections nothing too polished but it felt honest I did most of it myself from editing to designing the cover and used a self publishing platform.It took a lot of pushing through uncertainty particularly in the middle when I felt like none of it mattered but completing it provided me a form of closure I didn’t foresee 
Holding the first copy felt surreal like all those scattered thoughts had found a home I’d say it’s completely worth it even if only one person reads it and connects with your words

If you’re experiencing the desire to create then go for it You don’t need a faultless plan simply start bringing the parts together and trust the process
