You just texted that 10 will be member and full member but no member for the earning.
Could there be chance for member?

Sorry for the confusion. Member and full member both are allowed and will be paid the same, up until the threshold is met.

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: OroCoin [ORO] - The first currency with a block reward uniquely pegged to gold. on: January 04, 2017, 02:41:00 AM
interesting...newbie account..... BTC price goes up...number of ICO scams goes up....nuff said

Typical newbie launched ICO seeking quick and easy money.

I read someone said there's a high school project going on, that's why so many high school students create these scams hoping for a buck or two. I think "investors" are not as dumb as the students...

For us, this is not about "quick and easy money". This is a project we conceptualized with the goal of creating a 100% unique block reward system for a currency that can stand out among all the scamcoins, rip offs, and uncreative coins. ICO funds are for additional development and features, marketing, and things of that nature. Not spending money. Everyone on our development team has successful careers in other sectors and no need to create scamcoins for quick bucks.

If you are not interested in it, that is fine by us, but there's no point in coming in here to insult our vision. Just move along and find something else you would prefer to be involved in.

Either way though, we're in this for the long haul.

Serious project? with a newbie launching ICO for 2500+ BTC and virtually nothing new in the technology? Just a copy and paste coin? You got to kidding me. It is a shitcoin, and I doubt any investor will invest in it, just ridiculous.

Wow, Serious project? Dont make me laugh, you guys are scared to reveal your identity and here you are collecting free money from fools.
your roadmap is so shitty that even coins without ICO can do it.

there is nothing innovating that your coins has to offer that its not even worth spending to either you guys are here for a quick money or hoping you can scam millions of dollars

LOL. I don't think you two understand this project at all.  Huh  Huh   Huh   Cool
8  Economy / Services / Re: OroCoin Twitter Campaign - Earn up to 0.0009 BTC Just for Sending a Tweet! on: January 03, 2017, 10:10:39 PM
It's not about effort dude but people have reputation in their social media among their followers, tweeting about something unknown without any trusted background to more than at least 700 people is just absurd, so don't get me wrong when I get upset.

It's ok if you don't want to participate for now, but stay tuned. We may have something for people like you coming up soon too  Wink

Didn't they already say they were implementing a fix for the issue and working on it as we speak so this won't happen in the future and bets made using bonus funds will be restricted to the amounts the ToS require? Pretty sure they did.

Sure, but the fact remains that they still haven't fixed it or compensated people for the money they unfairly took.

I like how your last 6 posts have all been defending a quasi scam, I hope you're at least getting paid for it  Smiley

Nope, not getting paid for it at all. I'm just staying on top of these threads because I play there and have an interest in seeing the eventual outcome. I still don't see their actions as unfair though. Like I said, I play there and I know the rules.
15  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitstarz Removes 3.45 Btc Balance According to Breaking Bonus Terms on: November 26, 2016, 08:12:47 PM
Why don't you hire someone to manage your PR, You seem to be failing pretty hard at listening to players that aren't restricted to complain about things they want changed so it's not a industry wide acceptance that you can steal a large sum of money from a player!

I won't be playing at your casino in the future after your last comment. Gambling budget of 5-10k USD per month and any other player that has half a brain that reads that will be inclined to do the same.

Didn't they already say they were implementing a fix for the issue and working on it as we speak so this won't happen in the future and bets made using bonus funds will be restricted to the amounts the ToS require? Pretty sure they did.

It's also pretty disingenuous to say they "stole" a large sum of money from a player when it was that player who failed to follow the rules. Read the rules and ask questions if you don't understand them. That would save a lot of hassle. Regardless, if they implement a technical fix that keeps this from happening in the future, then that's pretty good on them.
16  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ BITSTARZ.COM - BTC & EUR Casino | Get 200 Free Spins + 5BTC Welcome Package ★ on: November 10, 2016, 09:48:24 PM
As far as ToS, if I don't read it then I don't bitch when I lose money because of my failure to read and understand it. Just like any other contract I agree to. That's part of adulthood.

I hope you can appreciate that when most people see a mundane contract or a "terms of service" they don't expect there's a need to get lawyers involved and just assume they're reasonable. I've logged stats of how many people click "Show Terms" before agreeing, and it's <1% of people even glance at it, let alone study it. This should be used as a chance to do right by your customers, not as an opportunity to selectively screw them.

Actually, this reminds me of Bank of America. They had in their terms:
a) If you use your account when you have no funds, you have to pay an overdraft fee ($35?)
b) They are allowed to re-order transactions that occur in the same day

So what they did was re-order transactions in such a way to maximize the amount of overdraft fees a customer needs to pay. They would put the larger transactions first so the account would be overdrafted, and then charge the overdraft fees over and over for all the small transactions, even though you really had funds in the account at the time.

It was totally allowed by agreements customers signed, and I'm sure you'd defend it, but it's total predatory bullshit. And the law seems to agree with me, they ended up paying a $410 million dollar settlement over it.

The same applies to bitstarz, I'm sure they think they're really clever with their little "gotchas" they left in the ToS, and I'm sure there was a lot of excitement when they realized they could take ~$8k USD from btcgambling's account because he accidentally broke a rule (that their software accepted), but excuse me for not taking the same interpretation.

You can keep calling it "predatory" or "little gotchas" or whatever else you want. The bottom line is it's extremely common among online casinos. I play in many different casinos and this is a very common rule. Seriously, get the fuck over it and move on.
17  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ BITSTARZ.COM - BTC & EUR Casino | Get 200 Free Spins + 5BTC Welcome Package ★ on: November 10, 2016, 07:25:43 PM
Every single site you ever go to on the internet has terms and conditions. It's your responsibility to read and understand them. If you fail to do so, you lose the right to bitch about shit when it doesn't go your way.
I'm not bitching about shit that didn't go my way.  In an unregulated environment I think the players need to speak up if they think they are being treated unfairly.  It's the nature of the business that the casino is trying to make as much money as possible.  They're going to push the limits untill the players push back.

Regardless, BitStarz already said they are working on a solution to restrict those bets from even being possible when using bonus funds, so they are actively addressing the issue people are complaining about.

Seriously, stop whining and bitching... you just look ridiculous.
They've already taken steps to make it better by making the terms more visible.  That's great if they implement the automatic restriction.

Are you mad because fewer players will have their funds seized?I don't get it.

LOL I'm not mad at all, I just think it's stupid that people are still claiming they are some kind of scam because of a user who didn't read the terms and conditions. They've paid thousands upon thousands of winnings and people cash out there everyday without any issue, but as soon as someone doesn't understand the rules all of a sudden other people start making ridiculous scam accusations. Someone complained, the company addressed the complaint, improved their terms and conditions, and even agreed to implement a technical solution to the problem. That's great. Now people should shut up about it and stop shitting up their promotional thread like they have been for 3-4 pages now, lol. Personally I think BitStarz handled it professionally, so let's move on! Smiley

They certainly don't seem to be rushing with the solution. Doubt it would take them very long if they were dedicated to it. Would like to see some progress being made!

Also, do you read the ToS carefully on each and every site you use? As was stated earlier you should be able to assume the rules are reasonable, not that you have to be scared you might lose your funds because you missed something written in the fine print every time you play somewhere.

I can't speak on whether or not they are rushing on a solution because I don't work there, but I'd imagine these sort of technical solutions take some time to implement, especially if it has to be coordinated with the game developers.

As far as ToS, if I don't read it then I don't bitch when I lose money because of my failure to read and understand it. Just like any other contract I agree to. That's part of adulthood.
18  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ BITSTARZ.COM - BTC & EUR Casino | Get 200 Free Spins + 5BTC Welcome Package ★ on: November 10, 2016, 07:37:00 AM
Sure, and many people have reported their own experience where BitStarz let them slide even though they violated TOS. BitStarz has to make a decision in each case. That is, to let someone slide or to penalize them for violating the rules. They've said themselves (and it looked like others confirmed) that they give people a free pass if they do it once, but when it looks like the user is repeatedly abusing the rules, or they have reason to believe they are setting up alt accounts to get away with the same violation multiple times, THAT is when they don't budge.

Wake up, they aren't letting it slide out of generosity and they don't enforce it because they are confident the player is acting maliciously.  They let it slide when it's small because when they enforce it they know there's a good chance that player won't be returning so the seized funds should be more than they expected that player to deposit in the future.

It's a business. They can't run a successful business on empathy, and it's not fair to the users who do follow the rules to let others break them without any penalty.

Are you drunk?  Are you intentionally contradicting yourself?  Or am I misunderstanding something and your intention is to point out that Bitstarz is unfair.

Also, there's nothing unconscionable about their terms of service, from a legal standpoint.

The players have no legal stand point.  There are no rules to protect players and there is nobody to enforce them even if there were.  They can do whatever they want and the only way a player can protect them-self is by not shutting the fuck up.

That being said, I agree that calling Bitstarz a scam is a stretch.  I would easily rank them at the top of the long list of softswiss casinos.  After dealing with several of them, Bitstarz is the only one that doesn't try to bury complaints in spam, blatantly ignore me or accuse me of working for another site.

You're quite the hypocrite though for saying this:
Quote
LOL I'm not mad at all, I just think it's stupid that people are still claiming they are some kind of scam because of a user who didn't read the terms and conditions.

after leaving this feedback:
Quote
I felt inclined to provide this feedback/review after seeing some scammers giving Bitstarz bad feedback and trying to blackmail them into paying.

Bitstarz is A++++ in my book! Don't listen to the scammers.
New feedback

There's nothing hypocritical about my feedback. It's the same thing I've said here. People tried to blackmail them into paying for the users' own mistakes. I play there and have had no problems at all. They are, indeed, A++++ in my book and all the complaints in this thread are ridiculously stupid, especially from people who weren't even affected.

I understand that people have different views, but I really have trouble understanding your position. The vast majority of users will never read a sites Terms of Services, and rely on it to be reasonable. Even if they did read it, it's simply not fair or just that someone making a small mistake (that the site accepts!) leads to confiscation of (unrelated) funds.

It seems to be to be very basic empathy. If you, or someone you cared was acting in good faith and was screwed out of thousands of dollars by a technicality, I have trouble believing your reaction would be: "haha, yeah! Should've studied those terms of service and had it reviewed by my lawyers first! They got me good on the fine print"

And besides, the whole "Terms of Service" thing is complete misdirection and wouldn't stand up in any court system that I'm aware of. There is a well established legal concept known as unconscionability which would invalidate such a one-sided predatory condition like this.

It's a business. They can't run a successful business on empathy, and it's not fair to the users who do follow the rules to let others break them without any penalty.

Also, there's nothing unconscionable about their terms of service, from a legal standpoint.
