or he can just get the buy button ready, watch his computer tick, and click.

Wasn't it stated earlier that missing a bus because it is late is worse than waiting a for a late bus?

Are you naive enough to think that just because its scripted its going to magically happen on :00?

It will if it is written correctly.

The very things that can happen with humans can happen with computers.  Part of the reason things haven't fired correctly in the past is because GLBSE is choking.  A script won't fix that.
942  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] Pirate Pass Through Bonds! on: June 14, 2012, 10:16:10 PM
The option to place an order at a given, precise time, should be in the trading platform itself. That's the only way of doing it right. Anybody has asked Nefario if he plans to implement it?

That we have asked for.  I've not heard when it will be done.

945  Other / Off-topic / Re: Chicago Roadtrip to BFL Facility on: June 14, 2012, 09:42:22 PM
Does BFL even allow tours? Seems like a huge waste of time for them.

You're right.  We should be GLAD they take our money, lie about when they are shipping, and offer no real information on what to expect until after its already been figured out.  Oh yeah, don't forget to wait for the big announcement tomorrow.  Lets just hope its just as exciting as last week's big shipping day.
946  Economy / Services / Re: Gigamining / Teramining on: June 14, 2012, 09:39:08 PM
Why are we discussing this anyway?  Mining bonds really aren't "bonds".
947  Economy / Marketplace / Re: ["WAIT LIST"] BFL Singles Order Date / Ship Date on: June 14, 2012, 05:01:08 PM
Just got an email from BFL a few hours ago and they will be shipping my order soon. YAY.... Smiley

soon™ Wink

Cease and desist.
948  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: imsaguy's Enormously Interesting Extended Investment Opportunity on: June 14, 2012, 06:08:04 AM
Updated availability.  This Sunday is dividends for both plans.   Plan A will pay out/reinvested according to user preferences, Plan B is currently pay out only.
949  Economy / Lending / Re: Bitcoin Savings and Trust is probably a Ponzi Scheme: A Petition on: June 14, 2012, 12:42:42 AM
figure I otta keep an eye on this in the event someone has something real and factual to say.

Is there some sort of contest going on that no one told me
to see who can come up with the most convoluted way of
saying 'sub' ?

shortstop.
950  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BitForce SC - full custom ASIC on: June 12, 2012, 11:40:39 PM
I'm sure some people care, but I don't think most people even know to care, much less care.

Really?  Then it doesn't matter if I'm running a ponzi just as long as I keep paying.
951  Economy / Marketplace / Re: ["WAIT LIST"] BFL Singles Order Date / Ship Date on: June 12, 2012, 11:35:25 PM
Coming soon!
952  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BitForce SC - full custom ASIC on: June 12, 2012, 10:36:55 PM
Well what if they needed $1mil to create ASIC wafer ? You can't just get a loan like that easily.

They don't need loans these people here have already shown a willingness to give them hundreds of thousands of dollars and wait months on end to get their machines that are already bought and paid for, they'll just do it again for the ASICs.

I am more than happy to give BFL my money because they have proven to me that they can deliver. I did my due diligence and found them to be upstanding business men who make mistakes.

If anyone here doesn't make mistakes, please let yourself's be known to the rest of us so we can castrate troll you when you do.

Back again are you you bitter little troll well here is a couple for you. Why would you care about giving them other peoples money next to no risk in doing that. Sure you could be on the hook for paying out to your bond holders for equipment you never get but that is what you are doing right now anyways paying bond holders for equipment you don't have in your possession and hashing. http://gigamining.com/mgpumon/ Which at the time of your announcement over two months ago was 45gh/s now down to ~15gh/s as I write this. So just how does that work anyways do the payments come out of the BTC they have already invested with you? As well be nice if they would prove to the rest of the people that have had orders in for months that they could delivery what they have bought and paid for.

I think no one cares where his coins come from as long as people get paid.

Not true, just ask pirateat40. (Please don't take this as a shit on giga, only that the source of coins DOES matter)
953  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Problems running 3+ GPUs (bounty) on: June 12, 2012, 10:22:35 PM
I am still having issues.....I recently tried to get 4x 7970 working, but for whatever reason the 4th GPU is not getting recognized.

Anyone with experience on this issue that wants to help would be greatly appreciated!

I'll work on this for you right now and document the steps I'm going to take on a new rig. Smiley  I just bought 8 7970s and will be running them on Win7x64.

I think you've wasted enough of our time, feel free to close this thread.

Yeah, sorry lolwut, he sent me a pm yesterday saying there was a higher offer and i immediately discarded this thread from my mind as a giant waste of time.  I should have said something to you.

I had a power outage due to some wicked lightening the other night, turned my rigs back on and these two cards are no longer seen by the rig it was in.

Cannot see them in Afterburner or Windows.  Did not try them in any other machine.

I am not sure if they are fried or what ... too lazy to figure it out and don't care to try.

If you want them, even for the fans, or the chance the might work again, make an offer.

It will cost me no more then 3 BTC to ship them in the USA ... so make an offer over 3 BTC and I will probably take it.

Don't be a dick and say 4 BTC lol  Tongue

3.4 BTC
