I asked them to show exactly which bets used my real balance and they provided two bet IDs but those two bets are NOT losses.
Please post a screenshot of your Bets. It would be even good if there is a way to share your bet IDs through a link which lead to the platform itself to remove any doubt. I deposited around $600 and started betting immediately. Right after depositing, my balance showed around $900. So apparently a bonus of around $300 was activated, which I did not intentionally select or realize at the time. I was confused by the higher balance but assumed I could just bet normally. I then placed my first bet of $750.
How could you not realize an extra $300? If you have deposited $600 and chose to bet with $750, you are clearly aware of the additional funds. You should have contacted customer care immediately after deposit. Thanks for your response. All screenshots are in the Imgur link. I did not realize an extra $300 because the gg.bet interface sucks. Whenever I win a bet, it does not add it up to my real balance until I refresh the page so I assumed the page needed a refresh for it to update my balance.

BC.game is not responsible for your limits being butchered. It's their provider betby. Your VIP status is irrelevant. You could be Jesus Christ himself, you would still get limited. And this is standart practice for every casino/provider. Eventually you will get limited, especially if you win. I'm pretty sure you can find roughly same limits at another betby casino that has a comparable size to BC.game.
That’s not really how it works though. Even if Betby is the provider, the casino still has control on their side. Limits aren't some fixed global number that can't be touched. I've experienced cases where limits get manually increased on casinos with Betby provider. Even on a brand new account they can increase the max bet. So saying BC.Game has zero influence over it just isn't true. A match betting operator from bc.game could increase my max bet if he wanted to. But due to bc.game customer service being full of Indians that have no more rights than just opening a ticket, the site became unworkable. And honestly, I wouldn't even be complaining if this was just a normal limitation. I understand that eventually players get limited, especially if they're winning. The issue here is that I put in the volume to reach Diamond SVIP and build up those limits, and then everything just got wiped back to basically a new account level with no explanation at all. At that point it kind of makes the whole VIP system meaningless. If the limits can disappear overnight and nobody can even tell you why or do anything about it, then what exactly are you working towards?

Limiting your account is one way of saying that "we no longer need you here." Why keep clinging to a casino that no nolonger needs you for whatever reason when there are so many more out there? it's not like they made off with your money. Just move on to the next one.
I get your point, but it's not that simple. High betting limits on sportsbooks, especially for markets like CS2 are extremely rare. You don’t just "find another one." These limits are something you earn over time by wagering millions, building trust, and reaching VIP levels. They removed my ability to play at the level I built up to. On CS2 markets especially, low limits = no serious profit potential, so it completely kills the purpose now.

I'm posting this to warn others about my experience with BC.Game. I have wagered a total over $7.5 million on their sportsbook and reached Diamond SVIP status. Despite that, my account has effectively been restricted for over 1.5 years, with my maximum bet limit reduced to almost $0. Because of this I was unable to continue betting at all. My activity dropped because they restricted match betting on my account, I eventually lost my VIP host and all VIP benefits. After 18 months my account limits were reset to the same level as a newly registered user I have contacted their customer support (quite a lot of times). My VIP host and the so-called "CEO Inbox" feature which was supposedly created for unresolved cases like this and I have been ignored there for over a month and now they've removed the entire CEO Inbox button from their website. Nothing has changed. No explanation, no resolution and what makes this worse is that this situation has been ongoing for over a year, and no one at BC.Game seems willing (or able) to fix it. At this point, I can only conclude that high-volume players are not treated fairly and VIP status means nothing when issues arise. Support is also completely ineffective with only Indians working there lol. I'm sharing this so others are aware before depositing or committing serious volume to this platform. Creating activity on a gambling site will gradually increase your limits on sports betting. Wagering millions will ensure your account can have a x10 or higher limit on sports betting compared to a freshly registered account. Why I'm saddened by this situation is that I've got to start all over again on a different site and bet with shitty limits before I can place proper amounts on e-sports. Update: Thunderpick has released the money, and I was able to withdraw
Wow, that took quite a while, but It's good to know that you got your money back... in time for the festive season I just wanted to know, after that last verification attempt you did with them that involved holding a piece of paper, did they ask for any more information, or they were just ghosting all that long? Hey, no they did not ask for any more information. They ghosted me for a very long time and eventually got back to me with the news that my funds have been released but I can't continue to play on the website.

Update, they still did not let anything hear. I believe they will never make a final decision and keep the funds frozen for a lifetime. Really shitty move tbh. I'll have this thread published on social media to draw attention.

Keep updating us OP. I am interested in this case. I went through something similar these past 4 days, but in my case it went smoothly.
This is the recent contact with them. Always the same excuse.

Most probably they are doing an investigation on those sports events in which you had placed your bets.
If the casino had a good reputation, then maybe OP would have been optimistic about what's to come next. But they do not have a good reputation on the forum, so it is normal for OP to expect the worst, which is that his money is lost. Their email contained the message: "We are contacting you from Thunderpick Customer Service. In order to complete your account’s verification process, we'll need to verify your identity and address". They asked for full address verification, my ID and me holding my ID next to my face.
I can imagine how frustrating it is to go through this sort of stringent KYC verfication, only for the platform to stop responding afterwards. It would definitely feel like a "double loss" if it was me, loss of funds and personal data. Yeah I pretty much doxxed myself and lost quite a relative big amount of money 💀💀

~ "Unfortunately, your account is still under review and you will be updated via email once review has been completed." which is strange as they stated they require 1-2 business days to review the documents in their first email. ~
Most probably they are doing an investigation on those sports events in which you had placed your bets. Any sportsbook will do some investigation on your bets if you win 19 bets consecutively after making your first deposit. I just checked your video and noticed that you have won one bet with 10× odds. And the bet was on eSports event. This one: Perhaps, they are trying to find out whether those eSports events were fixed or not. Don't forget to inform us about their final decision. Thanks for your response. In tier 1 games, match-fixing is really not a thing, I'm sure they're aware of it as well. At this moment, I'll either never receive a response or they'll just craft a reason to not give access to my account anymore. I will for sure update this thread whenever they give me any update(s) by email.

Their reputation is pretty messed up here in the forum, but maybe let's just have some faith and hope they will get back to you after making a review. How long ago did you make the last submission that they had requested from you? I mean the one where they wanted you to hold a piece of paper with their website and date?
Thanks for your response. I have 0 faith in this, I have already accepted that my money is gone. It was 10 days ago from now (20 Oct) that I sent the last additional part of KYC which is holding the paper with their website and date.

I am aware that others had posted their story about Thunderpick last year and that there is most likely no solution to having this problem fixed. I am still posting this to warn others about the site and advise them to stay away from this website. I created my account on Thunderpick on October 14th. Basically because there was a CS2 event happening (CS Asia Championships 2025) and literally no other bookmakers were providing live odds at day 1 of the event. Thunderpick was basically the only website that managed to have live odds on the first day of that event. I deposited $500 to play around and ended up winning 19 bets in a row. After this win-streak, they decided to suspend my account and ask for additional information regarding my identity. Their email contained the message: "We are contacting you from Thunderpick Customer Service. In order to complete your account’s verification process, we'll need to verify your identity and address". They asked for full address verification, my ID and me holding my ID next to my face. After having provided them with the information, they got back to me after 6 days and told me that they weren't able to verify my account with the documents I provided and asked me to hold a piece of paper with their website and the date on it. After having sent this information they never got back to me again, I keep bumping up the case every few days but I keep getting the same response "Unfortunately, your account is still under review and you will be updated via email once review has been completed." which is strange as they stated they require 1-2 business days to review the documents in their first email. After doing some research, I found multiple threads and complaints from other users describing the exact same pattern: once you win a large amount, Thunderpick freezes your account, demands excessive KYC, and then ghosts you.
