all these signs clearly point to a scam, evidently this is a shitcoin and not worth investing at all!

Check the 2 week chart.  I think people are about to go FOMO when they see how sexy the alpha looks and well before jan 20th. So to conclude, for those reading this thread and new comers here is a quick summary :-
The below are the points raised by either one or multiple members / investors (Full disclaimer : I am an investor in their lending platform)
1) No escrow account for their claimed 1400 BTC Investment. : Dev's Official Answer : No answer or Escrow is not required. (Read however you like)
2) Earnings from their Bitconnect Lending Platform has been auto converted to BCC coins without consent or option to withdraw from original deal (Used to be BTC withdrawals) : Dev's Official Answer : No Answer.
3) Address / Company Proof of existence : Dev's official answer : No answer.
4) Exchange Listing of BCC Coin : Will be in place by Jan 10th.*
5) ICO was extended by 10 days. Reason quoted officially was "Due to christmas and new year holidays".
Those are the 5 points that I could pick up.
The way I look at it, they are using some of their earnings from members lending platform account and terming those as "investments" which is a part of the 1400 BTC that is claimed (I am speculating). Hence no requirement for escrow.
*Original exchange List date was supposed to be in Dec, however, Bittrex pulled out. No comment from BitTrex on the "Why's".
Some of the ones that are defending BCC, are being paid to do it, via campaign managers as part of their ongoing promotion. Other supporters include investors and onlookers.
Those that are claiming this ICO / BCC is a Scam are onlookers, investors, doomsayers.
Last response from Dev was a few days back.
Please feel free to correct the above. But keep answers either concise or in brackets specify if its proved, claimed or speculated.

If he actually help to create money liquidity at start / turnover, it might happen.

I did not say the distribution was unfair.
I simply stated that the rules for the distribution of remaining coins are unknown and they depend on one entity. If it was a multisig or foundatiuon, it would not be better. It is still one priviliged group of people who can decide on the future distribution parameters. This is a distribution without clear rules.
With good coins you can see the rules that were set in stone from the beginning. Subsequent changes (for example in mininig subsidy) were possible but a large consensus was necessary, most miners had to agree etc.
I I were tonych I would not give the funds to multisig. Too dangerous. He can lose control, he can get under pressure from people who only pretend interest. It is his creation.
Instead he should improve the rules of the future distribution, make them finite and follow them to the letter. The undistributed coins should be frozen in an address where anybody can see them.
It is unfair, it is the game of lisk, waves and iconomi, let this coin die, the most unfair distribution I have seen, normal investors got almost nothing. |

I doubt it, unless a good reason is provided. While Bitconnect still has to provide an update on some things, I believe that they are trying to establish themselves as a respectable business. On the contrary, if something unusual happens after the 9th, we will need a concrete explanation. I do hope bitconnect will continue doing well, we'll have to wait and see what happens. hopefully there will be no extension after the end of Ico 9th. and we can wait five more days Yes, then they will dump all of the tokens and ran away with the collected ICO money lmao Not sure, I hope they never do so immoral thing, maybe they had never 1k btc, it is obviously all faked figure. Maybe 100 btc is likely. |

Stratis is stable on poloniex, it is hard to accumulate for whales. A small buy will drive the price to 8k.
