so i have been mining bitcoins with my gpu on and average of 28 mhash/s (a geforce 9800 GTX plus) back in the days it was the fastest available...
however i noticed the temps can really run up high (85 degrees centigrade) causing my pc to shut down for security reasons...
my hdd also runs up to high tempratures, i am goign to buy some fans however i want to make sure my pc caps it's capacity when it reaches certain tempratures (hdd 48 degrees gpu 80 maybe even less...)
maybe anyone of you knows a good programme for capping it's capacity at higher temps...
