Had a nice run tonight.  Up 1 coin from my start today.  Paid back to much debt I had it wasn't even funny!

Proved himself trustworthy too. Sending a trust feedback. But still you repaid a few loans back late... Who cares Grin

bump. Inventory updated today

Newbie accounts? Seriously? You can just register a few and then post a few posts, and there you go: on sale for BTC0.02!
They can become member accounts once they make at least 60 posts each so they are not "normal" newbie accounts.

How aren't they normal? I thought all accounts are equal, you have to wait 2 week intervals for 14 activities.
They did not make 14 posts in each two week period, they made less. Your activity is calculated as the minimum of either the number of posts or the number of two week periods they have posted in times 14

I don't think that is true. If you miss out on activities, you miss out and never get it back again.

Also we fixed/uploaded the change that dooglus pointed out with regards to the strange multiplier rounding on certain payouts.

oh no, whats dooglus going to do now with his unlimited time Wink

You think that's the last case of someone or something being wrong on the Internet?

I'm sure I'll find something else upon which to exercise my particular brand of pedantry.

When doog talks, we listen. We obviously try to pay attention to all the feedback we can but a lot of it diffuses into background noise given the volume of issues that are reported many of which are often client-sided. This is intensified by a quickly growing userbase that we are quickly trying to scale to handle.

I've disagreed with Doog initially before but I don't think I've ever seen Doog critique something that turned out to be a mistake on his part or untrue after investigating it myself.

Stunna, pd still not working at my end. Maybe because I'm in Australia?

Is this because of hufflepuff?
If it is, why not increase the max bet, to allow him/her to lose all his/her balance quicker?

We don't have infinite funds and that would be pretty irresponsible on our end.

Cool. But it is probable that he'll lose it in the end, if he don't withdraw in time.

The problem with increasing the maximum bet when you've just lost half your bankroll that you're making it easier for someone to win the other half as well. While it seems like the obvious thing to do is to leave things as they are and hope that the big player comes back and loses it all, that's easier said than done when he's just taken half your coins from you. Your natural reaction is to protect yourself by reducing the maximum he can win at once.

To keep your risk of ruin sensibly low, you need to reduce your maximum bet as you lose, and only increase it when you win.

I'm no insider in keeping a gambling site, so I would agree with you.  Grin

Max payout is now halved to 20 BTC opposed to 40 BTC.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

Is this because of hufflepuff?

We don't have infinite funds and that would be pretty irresponsible on our end.

Also site has returned from maintenance, reload and roll away!

Cool. But it is probable that he'll lose it in the end, if he don't withdraw in time.
That's good to hear! Also I'm sending you a pm, please check your inbox.
EDIT: The site is still down at my end, please fix that.

Try reloading https://primedice.com not the maintenance page. Redirecting/domain type stuff is sometimes slow to propagate.

I did, and I even tried to load primedice.com/play directly but no, still not working. Maybe it's just me?

Few people on BTCJAM now looking for funding for Hashie which should be seen as a good sign.

Hashie - You should send an email to registered users advising of the Market.   Have you any more upcoming features you can tease us with?

This is a great idea. Maybe add a email confirmation to activate the account as well?
