@V.Lace I'm wondering the same : why no others Green Trust members pronunce about this Right now it appears to be nothing more than a matter of poor customer service. However, if this issue is not resolved in a timely manner, I would not rule out leaving shdvb a rating that references this incident.

I'll have to give it some more time a bit later. I'll change that rating to neutral for now.

This site is appears to be either a scam, or incompetently run. Either way, I'd advise trusting it with any money.

If you have another way of protecting ourselves if I trade with someone not trustworthy please do share. This is the only idea I have of preventing myself from being sent $1 and then not having any way of proving to escrow I was scammed. Of course the sender then has your physical address, so I'm not sure if that's such a bright idea.

I'm assuming you meant that you have $40.36 worth of Bitcoin (approx 0.1627 BTC) and you want $55 PayPal, no?

Is there any certain requirements? Though I'm regular escrow agent here, I'm probably the wrong person to ask. I actually created this account as an alt of my main so I could talk shit to other people without tarnishing the rep of my primary account. That being said, we could always use good and honest escrow people. I think there's maybe like a half dozen "go to" people on this forum, but 24/7 coverage isn't always possible. Sometimes we'll get hammered with multiple escrow requests at once, and often times when we're away from our computers. My advise is to just participate in the forum community for a while. There's really no hard-set amount of time that would qualify you -- you just have to develop a rep as a good trader, or one who offers tech advice to newbies, or contributes meaningful ideas to improve the protocol Good night, and good luck. OK So I contacted Western Union today on live chat and the funds were stopped and Seller is trying to deny that was stopped and he did not get refunded. We did the business over Skype and I had done business with him because he seemed trustworthy with all the feedback he has. I will post the images of the proof and My TX ID for the OP to see. If I do not get my bitcoins returned I will get other parties involved. Seems fairly straight forward from the screen caps. I'm curious to know if shdvb's money was refunded, why hasn't he sent your Bitcoins back? shdvb, can you weigh in on this?

cryptsy has been around a long time, i havent logged on there on over a year and I was able to log on fine just now, pretty sure youre just here to badmouth a company. I even was able to withdraw the 0.002 i had on there from way back. I tried logging in (haven't logged in for almost a year, IIRC) and got this message: " This account is locked due to 6 months of inactivity. Contact support@cryptsy.com to unlock."

lol he threw away a 2011 account for 1 BTC? hahah
Is a 2011 hero acc worth more than 1 BTC? *here's the part I get beaten* I've been offered 100 BTC for mine, though Quickseller can probably chime in with a more accurate going price for a 2011 hero account.

I'm still trying to understand why you don't actually owe Marica420. Please explain it to me like I'm 5.

|
|
No SSL, JS errors all over the page, inconsistent localization. This smells pretty fishy...

Please demonstrate where you paid back Marica420 at his requested address FMXX49dentewzuaGnifCG8PnHqkzDhYtVt.

Pro Tip: You're going to want to withdraw your PayPal funds to cash, then buy via cash deposit or bank transfer. Nobody is going to sell you anything via PayPal. Also, don't be fooled by the PM's you're about to receive from newbie accounts who will take you up on your offer. They're going to insist that you send first, but once you do, that's the last you'll hear from them. Well, they might send you some followup PM's stalling for time while they withdraw your money.
TL;DR: If you're dealing with PayPal for BTC, you're going to get scammed, or you're a scammer yourself.
