Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Favorite altcoin exchange?

Interesting thread.
- Cryptsy: Great exchange, huge amount of coins to trade (especially interesting for miners to sell the coins), nice layout. But the support is horrible, they need weeks to reply to a ticket and mostly reply with "we are working on it, please be patient". Additionally it's a pain that many coins' wallet remains in maintenance for weeks.
- C-Cex: Didn't use it very often, will need to take a closer look at
- Polo: Good amount of coins, great new layout, will do more trades there
- Bleutrade: I'm missing many established coins from a miners point of view, but with BTC, LTC, Doge, USD and HTML market there are many different trading opportunites. Layout is nice and easy to use. Volume could be higher. I like their Bleutrade shares. Like GH at Cex.io but you don't trade mining shares, but dividends of their fee earnings (pays every 4 hours). One of my favourites.
- Allcoin: Not bad but the same, missing some established coins as a miner. Volume is ok, Layout, too.
- Comkort, Allcrypt: Low volume but you can find some older coins where you hardly can trade somewhere else. Allcrypt takes higher fees than most other exchanges.
- Cex.io: Don't like they layout and usability. Disappointed, thought they have more volume. I only exchange the coins I mined at GHash or collect payouts due to low withdrawal fees.
- EmpoEx: never used, don't know.
- SwissCex: Tiny volume, removing more and more coins, layout is nice but you might wait weeks to get an order filled.

havelock seems to be unreachable ore down right now...anyone else ?
Works fine for me. I cannot log in to amhash. So annoying... I am getting this: An error occurred.
Sorry, the page you are looking for is currently unavailable. Please try again later.
If you are the system administrator of this resource then you should check the error log for details.
Faithfully yours, nginx. Has anyone had the same problem? I think there will sometimes occur errors as they are developing new features for their system and expanding the whole system. For me, it works fine.

i just wish price would go back up to atleast 0.001 so wont be so bad, this new prices good if you bought here not so good if you got at ipo price i know wishful thinking wont happen If Hashie wouldn't be so stupid, they would probably still sell at 0.012 per GH/s. If you invested a lot of money at that rate (I didn't know AMHash or Havelock before), it's really a pain as you now can buy nearly twice as much for the same amount.

Jesus, why and what is this bastard trying to achieve again?
Several reasons. There's a member of BCT trying to blackmail pool operators, coin devs and other service providers. He sends them PMs and asks for 0.5-3 BTC. Another possibility can be competitors who want to get rid of someone who attracts investors more.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XMG] Coin Magi |1st PoS-II |1st PoM | M7M CPU only [HARD FORK SOON]

Tomorrow is friday and friday is for some pump and dump groups to starting point. So either there is someone trying to dump the price in order to accumulate to a bargain price or in need of BTC for pumping another coin. There COULD be a correlation to the PoS change as some whales probably got a nice stake they want to cash out. Nothing new for PoS coins. Don't be scared, Magi is strong enough to recover and this provides us a good opportunity to buy cheap. Heads-up for anyone thinking of using Betasharex exchange.
Just don't.
I sent some coins to them for trading. They did not appear in my account. I double-checked the address I sent them to was correct. I raised a support ticket. Now over 21 hours later I have no reply.
I am branding this lot as a bunch of crooks. Fortunately I only sent a small amount of coins initially as a "tester", but it is enough to be really annoyed about.
On another note, whoever dumped a load of XMG in one go last night was an idiot, selling at ridiculous low prices (to people like me) when there was better value to be had elsewhere. The reaction in the market is entirely predictable. Cheap XMG to be bought at the moment folks. Get in (but not at Betasharex).
Thanks for sharing, Spexx. I'm gonna contact them immediately in order to resolve this issue. Could you please PM me the TXid?

Economy / Service Discussion / Re: The best cloud mining site !!!

so what the best cloud mining site?
To be honest, the best cloud mining sites are the ones you stay away from. There are currently two types of cloud mining services: 1.) the ones that don't have any hardware or mining shares as a reseller = scam, stay away 2.) the ones that own big mining farms but with the current low BTC and LTC rates, you are far away from being profitable. Most cloud LTC mining services are close to cancel their contracts and with a falling BTC price the same will happen to BTC cloud services, too. You better wait for better prices. If you really want to risk your coins, I can only recommend: Hashnest.com AMHash.com (currently sold out, you could buy shares through their reseller havelockinvestments.com (called AMHash1).

Also ist Coin-Swap in Zukunft eine Plattform von und für Scammer? Lass mich die Frage so beantworten: Is that the same person who announced a guaranteed price of $20 per XPY? Yes! Alles klar?

so is it a good idea to invest here still or no ?
Investments are always a risk. If you want to take a risk to probably make profit, try it out. But only invest an amount that you can afford to lose. Valid for all investments, not only this one.

wow so is hashie done then? someone bruteforce their way to 20 bitcoin reward and now hashie is going to be all like " well we will take it under advice for next time" does that mean the next scam is already lined up and victims already being buttered up for the dog and pony show all over again?
Come on, you usually seem to be a smart guy, I like most of your posts. Did you really believe something else? That's the way they handled everything the last week. "Ooops, I'm sorry for you". They claim that they lost 90 BTC, their shareholders got their cut and the operators themself got their cut, too. Only the people who invested in them get nothing but "Sorry for you". Not only that, but he's looking for partners to do it better next time Take care, my feeling says he/they might be involved in the next scam coin (together with a real developer).
