You can receive a maximum of 14 activity each 2 week period, so that user was active for at least 4 weeks. I think to have 16 or even 28 points (theoretically at the beginning) two or three days, can be enough. 2-week period opens and closes in Tuesday. So if someone open an account on Monday and till Wednesday write 28 posts - can gain 28 activity points. yeah I see that. i got 50 satoshi but it says balance: 0 Not sure how that is but you might want to switch to faucetbox http://faucetbox.com They have easy steps to change it over to faucetbox and it will give you more option in the admin area.
