Alternatively, open a private/incognito browser window and go directly to scoras.io. This should take you to the correct website without the old cached information interfering.

We have seen this happen with some users after the migration because their browsers still have information from the old website stored locally.

Our objective isn't simply to fix the current issues. We want to come out of this upgrade with a significantly better crypto payment system and get back to the very fast processing times our users previously experienced.
