Wowwww so it's suddenly a whole different story?? How can this happen? I oversee so many cases here and on CH, have personal life with their own crisis, and personal business [this thing I do on the foru are for free and my way to "pay back" our mother fate] that has their own complications. And it's been a while since I consult to my notebook and write everything. I was given evidence of bets that become the root of the matter alongside with their narrative and supporting evidences and I inquire for further proof, as I am not convinced beyond reasonable doubt and require more. They were out of touch for several days and I have my own life at the time being, and when they give the supporting evidence, I recall the narrative from the top of my head. Mistakes happened, I owned it, I straightened it. The narrative never changed, it was bet on similar outcome, and betting limit circumvention, it was me who remember the details wrongly. I guess I need to begin writing everything down again. This is INSANE! [...]
So now a friend around the block was involved? Classic. Next narrative as per the guideline should be your mother's brother's son. Well, it's not only that you remembered the narrative wrong. You also changed the story from 3 accounts to 2, which is also a weird and not unimportant detail to get wrong. I do think it would indeed be wise to start writing details down. I'm not saying a friend is involved. I was thinking of scenarios that could possibly fit into their story and this is the only one I can think of. That they see via geo-location or something that there is another account not so far away. It is completely legal and normal that friends recommend betting sites to each other. I don't see what would be wrong or weird with that. I repeat: we did NOT work together in any kind of way or place the same bets. And his account is still completely open and active. And that is the weird thing: if he was involved then wouldn't they disable his account too? So don't put it on me now as if I'm admitting now suddenly a friend is working with me. I am doing the exact opposite. I want to prove that this friend did NOT have anything to do with my own bets. So, tell me, is this 2nd person 2UP is talking about Axie2025 (his username) yes or no? Then we will put the list of his bets next to my list and we go compare. That is the most fair thing to do, and if you are convinced of your story then I will look like a total fool in here with the proof against me. After we have done that I will shut up. I'm not even asking you to post screenshots at this point. I have asked Axie for his screenshots and he will give them to me. Then all I need is to get back the login of my own account and we can make the fair comparison right here in public. Nope, I didn't change the narrative of two or three accounts being involved here. Three accounts are involved. Betting on similar outcome with minuscule time differences are involved. Account being warned that only one account per household to avoid bonus-abuse is involved. Axie or not-Axie is no longer a matter, nor a thing to confirm or deny. Shared IP across multiple accounts was evident, being in the positive [by many folds] was evident [otherwise, I'll fight for return of initial deposit], a warning to not abuse bonus and to stick to original account was evident, a flag about multiple account betting on same outcome, where one looks limited and other are not, is evident. The verdict was made not without heavy burden in my shoulder, but it is made nonetheless. It is made with heavy consideration from evidence showed, and it will not change. Three accounts is absolutely impossible. I only know one other person who plays at 2UP and that is this Axie2025. And I repeat that I do not work with him together. He recommended 2UP to me about 2 months ago and that is it. As I said I placed only about 10 bets on my account. He places much much more bets than me and much higher stakes. Maybe, possibly, 1 or 2 out of those 10 bets were the same ones. Certainly not more. I would not call that clear proof, as there are only 2 teams to bet on: A or B. It would be even more coincidence that out of 10 bets there would be zero the same bets statistically. And maybe the bet placement time is not that far off from each other because almost all people who bet on MLB live place their bets in the time-outs between innings. So you are always gonna see that those are the peak times of bet placements. We cannot possibly have used the same IP as we obviously have our own internet connection both. As I said, maybe via geo-location it will show up as being around the same location on the map because thos locations are not super accurate. Yes, but is that forbidden? Can 2 people not have both an account in the same neighbourhood? I think it's a rediculous harsh decision to confiscate my deposit even because my friend is in profit over his account lifetime. What can I do about that? Two big questions remain: - if Axie2025 is involved, why is his account still open and usable and why did he not even get any message about this situation? - you were talking about "hundreds of the same IP logs". Do you realize I only placed about 10 bets on my account? How can there be so many logs then? Or are you even denying that I placed only 10 sports bets on my account?

So MrGambler531 had two accounts. One was already limited and he created the second one to circumvent the betting limitations and bet more than he was allowed to. Bets were placed at the same outcomes from both accounts and the same IP addresses around the same time. Besides that, one account already received a warning for multi accounting and casino bonus abuse.
@MrGambler531, is any of that true or will you deny everything/some of it?
See my response above. It is not true. I have a friend who recommended 2UP to me and I decided to join. But his account is still open, not limited and we did not log in from same IP, not from same device and did not place the same bets. The only thing in common we have is that we live close to each other and both like baseball. But if we objectively look at the list of bets and list of logins I am sure every reasonable person would see there is no overlap and to confiscate winnings and deposit for this reason is a major overreaction and totally unfair.

Wowwww so it's suddenly a whole different story?? How can this happen? This is INSANE! First it was 3 accounts betting on opposite outcomes, to which you pledged you had seen the irresputable evidence of, and now it's suddenly just 2 accounts and betting on the same outcomes.......that is a 180 twist just like that.
Can you imagine how I feel now? I submitted the dispute to get it researched in a fair objective way and then I hear the story is being changed just like that. From irresputable evidence to suddenly other facts. Can you imagine that I now doubt how irresputable that evidence actually was? And with that doubt I now also question if the evidence to the current story is actually that irresputable? Not trying to be mean and I appreciate your efforts but you have to understand my skepticism now, right?
Let me be clear about this, I do NOT have 2 accounts. I have only 1 which I opened in the beginning of August via the VIP transfer program of 2UP as I stated before. They manually approved me and accepted me. And if they wanted they could have possibly checked with that other bookmaker where my VIP transfer came from for my personal details and then they would see I'm a unique person who does not have a 2UP account yet.
The only thing I can mention is that I do have a friend who plays at 2UP too, who lives close to me, a couple streets away but not in the same household. He is the one who recommended 2UP to me since he was very satisfied with 2UP and is a Ruby 2 VIP. But I just asked him and he says his account is still fully active, not limited in stakes, not banned in any kind of way. In fact he recently could still claim a monthly bonus and that was way after my account got disabled. So I cannot imagine it's that account you are talking about. His username is Axie2025, can you tell me if this is the account you are talking about? I find it hard to imagine because this person is a long-standing VIP who has an account already for a year with 1.6 million in total sports wagers. And if it was this account, then I would think it would be disabled now too, right?
It's not uncommon that people join sportsbooks based on mouth-to-mouth recommendations, right? Me and Axie2025 did NOT log in from the same device, did not log in from the same IP, and did not place the same bets. The only thing that could possibly come up is that, if 2UP uses some kind of geo-location, it will indeed show us being close to each other on the map. But that is simply due to the fact that we live in the same neighbourhood as I said, that is not forbidden, is it? So, please tell me if this is the account you are talking about so we can get that sorted out.
IF the second account that is being meant here is Axie2025 then we can compare the list of bets and list of IP's next to each other and see what is actually overlapping. So please tell me if this is case and then we can move further from there. That account is the ONLY thing I can think of that is in some kind of way tied to me, but literally only because he recommended 2UP to me via mouth-to-mouth recommendation, not even via referral.
Let's get to the bottom of this together. I think that is the least thing you owe me after making such a big mistake in the irresputable evidences which were understood wrongly, for which you have apologized.
So tell me, is it Axie2025 yes or no, and if so, then why is his account still open?

@2UP, please post your comments in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5592798.new#newI am being accused of supposedly betting on the same game simultaneously on 3 different accounts all on different outcomes. This would make no sense at all as it would be a guaranteed way to lose a lot of money, due to the bookmaker house margin. You are invited to post screenshots of the allegation so you can show everyone what happened. If you are right, it will only bring you good.

@holydarkness has made the final decision; he stated very clearly that the casino showed him proof. Given his vast experience and great reputation on this forum, I trust @holydarkness, and I think you should accept this outcome as well. Regarding showing proof here: if you have any proof, you can show it. The casino already provided proof to Holydarkness and from what I gathered from Holydarkness's post, it was convincing proof. If the casino were in the wrong, they wouldn't have provided proof or even responded. Therefore, it is clear that your side is the one that is in the wrong.
Normally speaking, I would agree with you. If it would be a believable story plus screenshots, I would trust Holydarkness' assessment. But the explanation of 2UP is SO not making any sense at all, that I think it would be very welcome to get some screenshots posted here. Somebody willing to lose money on purpose, in 3 accounts simultaneously, by betting on the same games on different outcomes. It does not sit well with me that Holydarkness is just buying this story so easily. I get the feeling he has way more experience with casino than sportsbetting and 2UP is taking advantage of this. The feeling that Holydarkness does not have much sportsbetting experience also comes from this remark which he posted in the final statement in the Contesthunters dispute (to be seen here: https://contesthunters.com/disputes/32): "We have received substantiative evidences from the casino that the situation is not like what you depicted. Your account was tied to two other IP, bound by same IP, that put bets at the same time, on opposing results, with deliberate omission to mention other identitive flags that lead to a detection of you creating a loss-less situation". I am very curious what is being meant by a "loss-less situation". Normally speaking I would translate it as lose, but less. But this would make no sense and I believe he meant a "situation without any loss" as in a winning situation. Would you please clarify what you meant by this Holydarkness? Is it the former or the latter?

I was invited over DM by the OP to take a look at this case and share my thoughts. As I told MrGambler531 over DM, I have never had a reason to doubt holydarkness and his decisions, and I can't remember reading a case where he intentionally harmed a player by making an (in my opinion) unfair decision. Misunderstandings can happen.
holydarkness claims that he has seen evidence that ties your IP to other accounts and that those accounts made bets on opposing results, at the same time. Why you did that (if you did) is not for me to speculate. Only you know that. I haven't read 2up's T&Cs but I am pretty sure that they would classify that as an activity that isn't allowed.
Just to be clear: I'm not saying Holydarkness harmed me intentionally by making such a bad judgment call. He probably is honest but does not understand a thing about sportsbetting and 2up took advantage of that by selling him a bulshit story. If he did then he would first think logically and see that there is no advantage to bet on opposite outcomes simultaneously within the same bookmaker. It would be a suicide strategy for the player to get some guaranteed losses. So this should already set off alarm bells for him as to why any player would do this. I have no way of seeing their "proof" of hundreds of logs from same IP. But I know it cannot be true as I was the only one betting. From my phone with my mobile internet (no VPN). And the amount of bets I placed was around 10. So hundreds of logs cannot even possibly be true. I am telling you all, 2UP have fabricated their fake logs and this is VERY ALARMING. They are a scam operation and I guarantee things like this will happen more often in the future. Be ready for a lot of scam accusations to pop up in the future when a casino starts to fabricate fake logs.

Unfortunately, it is what it is. They provided me ample evidence of shared IP and bets placed that was mere seconds apart. If it were just shared IP, you can claim that you and your friend happened to be in your household and your friend placed a bet [though technically it's still a violation to ToS], but the other evidence that seal the case was the bets being placed mere seconds apart, from same IP. I can't share the evidence here as it is propriety to the casino and not yours. Within what they show me [and that was hundreds of logs to be cross-matched], lies their detection algorithm that got triggered when you and two others placed your bets. The verdict is firm and solid, and it won't be changed. I feel helpless. I am telling you, 2up has tampered with those logs as I am betting alone and just for myself. And now it looks like I am lieing, this makes me feel terribly sad. You are talking about hundreds of logs? Then how can it be that I placed only about 10 bets on my account? Or are you even disputing this? Just think logically, what advantage could it possibly give any user to bet on opposite outcomes within the same bookmaker at the same moment? You know they have a winning margin, right? That is how bookies operate and make their profit. Their odds are 1,83 vs 1,83 margin and if hypothetically I would bet 1000 on team A @ 1.83 and my friend would place 1000 on team B @ 1,83 simultaneously the loss would be 170 guaranteed. If I wanted to bet on both outcomes simultaneously I could just have done it in 1 account, I would not need a friend for this. The bookmaker will happily take my loss and be happy with such a stupid player. Holydarkness, it seems you have ZERO knowledge about how sportsbetting works (probably only experience with casino) and that you fall for such a nonsense theory makes me feel very sad. Please show me ANY screenshot showing how it can be advantageous for a player to bet on opposite outcomes at the same moment within 2up. You can black out any username for privacy reasons or just take the screenshot not being logged in. Please.

Well, after waiting 4 weeks I just heard the final verdict of Contesthunters and I am STUNNED by it. https://contesthunters.com/disputes/32They are saying I bet on opposite outcomes within the same book (2up) to create a "loss-less" situation I have never heard such a weird accusation. Since 2up have a 20% win margin on MLB, offering odds of 1.83 vs 1.83 on a 50/50 proposition, everyone placing a bet on opposite outcomes within that same bookmaker would lose 0.17 usd per every 1 usd staked. That is a 17% guaranteed loss, you would be insane to do that. For example if I would bet 1000 on both outcomes, the return would be 1830 and the total bet amount would be 2000, meaning a guaranteed loss of 170 euro no matter which teams wins. Contesthunters, can't you see that any customer using such a strategy would be the DREAM CUSTOMER of every bookmaker? I repeat, I didn't use this strategy but if I did the bookmaker should thank me and laugh in my face for my stupidity. They wouldn't even need to confiscate my balance as I would run out of funds myself very soon using this method. And it does not matter if the opposite bets would be placed on 1.83 vs 1.83 odds, it can be other odds too. All their odds will have this same 20% house margin. Betting with such a strategy will guarantee you lose your entire balance after a certain period of time. I am absolutely lost for words that you let yourself talk into such an explanation and then even agree to it, and conclude that the confiscation of not only my winnings but even deposit is fair? Please, respond here and show proof of the IP-addresses apparently belonging to each other, because I only bet on my phone with my regular mobile internet (Netherlands). Show me the IP-proofs as I am stunned by this accusation. And also please, show me betting history screenshots of bets placed apparently on opposing bets at the same time, and show me how allegedly it gave me any kind of advantage, as mathematics would suggest I would only create a losing situation by doing such a thing. I am giving you permission to post it all in this topic, even if it would possibly intrude my privacy.

For me it's also a good company. Initially I had some problems with very low withdrawal limits but they have been fully solved. Nothing to complain about this casino and I will happily keep playing here for months/years to come!

Unethical, shady and Deceptive behaviour by 2up.io for sports bets odds on bets placedI have been playing on 2up for past few weeks, and i came across a Very deceptive practive by 2up. The odds that are shown are different (higher) than the odds which are put in betslip and eventually saved. See below screenshots- This is for multiple sports, live and prematch both. I have checked MLB,TENNIS,NFL. Example:Markets for US open match swiatek vs podoroska - And now look what odds are put in betslip when i select- Bets placed on lower odds when the higher ones are still on display/offer- I noticed this by chance, who knows how many bets were placed on lower odds than what was shown ? They are cutting good 8-10% of potential profits. I am not in huge profit on 2up that they need to do this, maybe few hundred up at best, if not in loss. How many other people have they done this to ? I am sure many people dont even check what odds the bet was placed on, very very scammy behaviour IMO. Even bc.game does not do this and offer odds exactly as what the bets are placed at. I have not contacted support yet, i know what their answer will be, some BS about clearing cookies/cache etc. Here is another screenshot of incognito tab showing the odds are still the higher ones, about 15 mins after i placed my bets on lowered odds: As a sports bettor for more then 10 years, i highly advise everyone to not use 2up for sports betting, or be very very attentive if you do. Who knows what other shenanigans they might be upto ? This is basically stealing money from us. You are not the only one....they did this to me too. Took about 8% off my odds after I clicked them. 2 becomes 1.92, 1.50 becomes 1.46 etc But that wasn't even the worst part. When I requested my withdrawal they confiscated my entire balance (deposit plus winnings)! DO NOT PLAY AT 2UP, IT'S A SCAM SITE!!!!

I contacted LittleMouse as he is/was the contact person of the signature campaign of 2up and he advised me to submit the complaint to Contesthunters.com so I will be submitting my case there right now.
I hereby cordially invite you to raise your dispute in our platform, but know that we will need your written agreement and consent that the final verdict, upon reviewing both sides' evidence, will be binding and you are not allowed to jump to other ADR to get a different verdict. Please confirm this before raising your dispute, as I can see that you haven't lodged your formal complaint to CH yet. Okay after sleeping over it 1 night I decided to go with Contesthunters as my only ADR, with a binding outcome for both parties. I will now submit it and you will have it within an hour. Thanks for your time and dedication.

Hello all The website 2up.io confiscated my entire balance of 124mbtc last week, which consisted of 90mbtc deposit and 34mbtc winnings. First of all: I did NOT take any deposit bonus, I did not use a VPN and played all of my bets from my home IP on my phone. Also I do not have multiple accounts, this was my first and only ever account at 2up.io and I clearly regret signing up there. I created the account on August 3rd via their VIP-transfer program. This meant I had to send a screenshot of my VIP-status in another casino and based on that I could enter at a higher VIP-status. It was approved and I got assigned a VIP-manager called Blaire. I deposited 90mbtc and started betting. Since MLB is the only ongoing major sport in America, I bet on this and over a period of 3 weeks I placed about 7 or 8 bets. I won slightly more bets than lost, which brought me 34mbtc of profit and a total balance of 124mbtc on August 21st, when I requested my first withdrawal of 30mbtc. The next day I logged in and saw my withdrawal was rejected but my 34mbtc winnings had been removed and only 90mbtc was sitting in my account. The reason for the removal of winnigs was called "adjustment - sports payout". I was shocked by this but because I had a family weekend ahead and didn't want to have this on my mind I let it rest for a while. On Monday 24th August I logged back in to start a discussion as to why my winnings were removed. But to my horror I could not even log in, it said "account locked, please try later". So I sent an email to ask what the issue was and this was the response: Following a comprehensive review of your account, we regret to inform you that your account has been permanently locked and the remaining funds, including deposited funds, have been confiscated.
Our investigation concluded that your account violated Section 2.3.2 of the Terms of Service regarding arbitrage and prohibited betting activity. As a result, the account is no longer eligible to use our services, and the enforcement action has been applied in accordance with our Terms of Service.
This decision is final. https://ibb.co/HTbnMwMrI was very mad after reading this, because I did not do any arbitrage at all. In fact I never bet more than once on the same game, let alone opposite outcomes. And arbitrage betting is not even possible as 2up.io offer odds of 1.83 vs 1.83 so that means you have to pay 20% of juice on each side. There is no way that arbitrage betting is even possible. And then to conclude this even on a sample of 7 or 8 bets, is INSANE! Also worth noting is that they do not have the word "arbitrage" mentioned even ONCE in their terms. If you look for it via the search function you will find zero results. In the section 2.3.2 there is no word of any option to confiscate a deposit. It only speaks of voiding winnings, in the very worst case. I will now quote all of their terms under section 2.3.2: 2.3.2. We reserve the right to declare any bet or transaction void partially or in full if we, at our own discretion, would deem it obvious that any of the following circumstances have occurred:
the Account holder or people associated with the Account holder may directly or indirectly influence the outcome of an event; the Account holder and or people associated with the Account holder are directly or indirectly avoiding the rules of the Website; the result of an event or the bet has been directly or indirectly affected by criminal activity; the odds of an event have significantly been changed due to a public announcement in relation to the event; bets have been placed that would not have been accepted otherwise, but they were accepted during periods when the Website have been affected by technical problems; due to an error, such as a mistake, misprint, technical error, human error, force majeure or otherwise, bets have been offered, placed and or accepted due to this error. If they are gonna void winnings when they feel you are beating them in sports, it's very very sad. But if they are even gonna confiscate the original deposit then there is no other word for that than STEALING. So, I asked them to re-consider their decision and explained that it's not in their right to confiscate the deposit according to their own terms and then suddenly they changed their position and said something that can be summarized as "ohhhh....well....let's throw it it under general terms like fraudulent, collusive or fixing then": We would like to clarify that the decision was not based on the wording of Section 2.3.2 alone. The account action was taken in accordance with the broader provisions of our Terms of Service concerning prohibited, unlawful, dishonest, or improper activity and the Company's rights to suspend or close an account and take the applicable action against the account balance.
In particular, Section 2.4.9 states that users must not engage in fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to participation in the Games, and that 2UP reserves the right to invalidate or close an account in the event of such behaviour. Section 11.3 further provides that where fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest or improper activity is identified, the Company is entitled to block the account and forfeit the account balance.
Accordingly, the enforcement action should not be interpreted as being limited to the voiding of individual bets under Section 2.3.2. The relevant provisions of the Terms of Service apply to the account and the conduct associated with its use.
We have taken note of your comments regarding your betting history, your deposits, your VIP referral, and the external escalation you have mentioned. However, these points do not alter the outcome of the account action. https://ibb.co/5xBC2B2MSo to be clear: a person joins via the VIP-transfer program, plays about 7 or 8 bets on the MLB, the biggest baseball league in the world. He wins a small amount. First it's called arbitrage, then suddenly cheating in general, and even the deposit is confiscated in full. What exactly is fraudulent about betting on the biggest baseball league in the world, on the odds that are offered by them? The odds provider did NOT void any of my bets, they were all just settled in a normal way. I have given 2up a week to change their decision and realize they are walking the wrong path this way. But they insist that stealing the deposit is a fair outcome. The VIP-host on Telegram kept referring me to livechat and email only, and there they were just sending me these generic responses with copy-pastes of some vague rules. I advice everyone to STAY AWAY from this scam book as if they can do it to even a VIP-member, they will do it to many more others in the near future! Also, changing terms which a confiscation is based on, is a terrible look. I will now create a flag against 2up so that at least they will have a big red warning above their ANN-topic forever.

I joined Vega.bet right now, used the referral link of Rbynxx, just by chance I picked that one. Let's see how I like Vega, I get a good feeling by the site layout at least!

Jonathan Kuminga has agreed to a two-year, $13 million deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Minnesota is signing the young athletic guys. They should be exciting to watch in the upcoming season. I’m not sure how many games they’ll win, but with Kuminga, Ant, and LaMelo, they’re going to have some highlights.
That is gonna be an exciting team indeed. But if it will lead to many wins or even a conference final, I doubt it seriously. I also feel this will be Edwards final year in Minny.
