and then ICO booms then these places had become worst yet even scam project can pay them out just to list out those scammy projects

I think he's just saying a general thing. not complaining about a specific campaign. its same with almost every campaign. and he's right. campaign managers should not force this rule from beginning.

if the token still locked your transaction will be failed and your token will be back to you then the error will not be shown like that |

Why does this limit bother you? Withdrawals usually cost some fees, that's why sites usually limit the amount of withdrawals per month/day/... or have fixed withdrawal schedules, eg. once a week on Sunday.
I don't see any problems with 10 withdrawals per day (!), I don't think that the vast majority of users withdraw more often than eg. once a week.
actually, it does not bother me but i just ask why they had to limit the withdrawal to 10 per day? which is the first time i saw a gambling website had limit withdrawal |
