Did anyone take back 3 btc

I didn't for sure! But I know that I saw someone in this thread that wrote that he did it.

No the only way to get some more back is trough the group action against KnC. 2 lawyers from Sweden and 1 from USA.
http://kncclassaction.com/

You realize if KNC goes bankrupt in the process you will lose your retainer ($1,500.00 ish USD) with these lawyers. You'd be better playing poker at a casino! Smiley

Have you been following the funding KNC is closing and following the company? They aren't going bankrupt very soon..

Well I've been hearing the opposite that they are merged now with another company and hope to control 40% of all bitcoin mining with their 1ckwh or whatever 16nm chip data halls...which is really gonna suck say in 2017 looking at knc with 40% of all bitcoin mining at that point..i will physically be ill on reading such someday (say it ain't so!)

Any reference for this mantra of 40% you are repeating over and over again, or just trolling? We need facts to make the right decisions when investing, not fantasy ramblings.

I hope you have enough knowledge to use a search engine and find an answer.

^^selling HashLast and KNC stuff. 16nm is coming?  Grin

I think he prefers to buy the btc with the money he makes from selling the neptune  Tongue    the 16nm will probably be ready somewhere near Q4 2015 - Q1 2016..
16-nanometer will be pimpin' the diff any day actually, but there will be no Public sales other than cloud-hashing contracts.

And that is how KNC (and other big mining manufacturers) are destoying the Bitcoin Eco system.

They have earned your trust in the old days and now they are revealing them self as the greedy criminals they are.
Wish I punched Sam Cole in the kisser at the Bitcoin 2014 conference in Amsterdam, too bad I did not Sad

Blane the lawyers here . they give the people who are to stupid to haldle a miner the possibility toe sue KNC...
the result will be they stop selling to end users! is that simple!
so in the end blame it on the short term bastearts.
Now oly chineese componys will sell to you they can not be sued , by stupid people so they can take the risk.

So its my fault that I got delivered a box of fkn broken pieces from KNC?  Bitmain never sent me one box with loose pieces in it.  Who the fuck are you to come in here and shoot your fucken mouth blaming the consumers.  Ive gotten fucked over by BFL and KNC, not the chinese!

It is never your fault. I blame low IQed people, who don't understand the difference between a consumer or business product for sale and stock. Nor they can apprehend why there is a LAW to protect consumer and businesses from companies like KnC, BFL etc. The easiest thing to do is use a button called ignore such individuals, because arguing with them will not solve anything. It is not possible for them to understand anything besides what they say is right and might.

I recieved my batch 2 titan finally after months of waiting. I requested a refund, knowing that there is no chance in hell i can get any ROI now. Since I've got it now, I want to send that thing back, and press on with litigation through Magnus Daar at Nova. Has anyone been in a similar situation where you you returned their titian junk back to them? I don't know where to ship the thing

Best to ask your lawyer and do as he advises.

There are currently two law firms suing KNC on behalf of customers. One is going as group lawsuit, and other is going individual. There is Pro and Cons for both, and about 80 people have filed against them. I am not sure if any new cases are taken by them (might be possible if you go solo), since both law firms have submitted their case to court and awaiting court hearing date. If they are able to get court decide all customers are consumers not businesses. It will be over soon. KnC would appeal but they can't appeal for next 10 years or so.

Currently KnC has about 30+ million assets. New investor group, came in to replace and exit out previous investors at strict terms. As I said in past, bonus Neptunes will be used miners from their DC to make room for new chips and better hardware.
We know the routine of them shipping used equipment when they have new tech to put in the datorhall, that's what the Frankenjups were.

What are the 30+ million assets proudpak??

I can only assume its mostly bitcoin, cash and mining hardware. But 30+mil is confirm, good for those who are suing them.

When they will shipped batch 2 Titan???.
Is over one month until batch 1

they won't say on the knc forums they reply promptly and killed a thread up since the paycoin pow saying it was a 'competitor' and also pipe in about
kurt the head mod of the forum site who left KNC in DEC 2013......

but

WILL NOT GIVE ANY INFO on when/if ever the 2nd batch Titan's will ship (to be fair the guys operating on the forum probably don't have a fricking clue
either ......in that their jobs in customer service/consumer sales/shipping and whatever are probably gone within a couple months or so in the data hall
arctic cloud commercial switch from consumer products)

and if possible they are even worse on Neptune owners (they really hate you guys imho)

on when the free bonus neptune (or titan if you chose such) will ship...it is like they just leave you twisting in the wind for fun

Again IMHO ..you will never see a physical Neptune shipped from the free Neptune offer...they will again imho offer a lame 6 month hosting of 3TH
on their arctic cloud mining operation with a take it or leave it ...take our bonus in this manner or move along...at this rate at best end of March at that point
you will be making dust BTC by that point in time

I really hope they are losing their ass on 'over expansion' with cex.io suspending cloud services and cointerra being sued by their provider ....a guy can only
hope they screwed the pooch due to greed as well.....(a lame hope but wtf got to wish for something)

You will get your Bonus Neptune, only when KnC is close to replacing their current Neptunes with Solar.

Please comment the knc prices on ebay:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=886033.new#new

It's a major fire hazard; I can't believe the prices are as high as they are!

In other news; has anybody translated the Magnus group legal action which has just been filed? If not is there anybody who can do a better job than google translate?

I received a response from ARN today on my Neptune refund.  I actually received BTC on Nov 17 but that was during a pending ARN investigation I opened at the beginning of October.

Even though KnC has already issued my refund, KnC (via Per Widman of Advokaterna Liman & Partners) cited a bunch of items in the letter to ARN that KnC was allowed to treat everyone as a business per their ToC (which was added to their ToC after the Batch 0 and 1 Neptune orders).  Liman & Partners also stated in the opening paragraphs that I was never a consumer because I hadn't taken delivery of the goods; I had a good laugh at that since I have a confirmed purchase order to a home address in the USA and KnC had no problem taking (and holding) my money.  My requesting a refund prior to shipment is WHOLLY within my rights as a CONSUMER in Swedish law.

Liman & Partners seems to STILL be trying to make the play that ARN should not be allowed to assist in these matters since KnC doesn't sell to consumers.  This was a letter dated Nov 28 2014 that I received today Dec 2 from ARN.

I am keeping the case open because KnC confirmed my refund would be in USD but issued it in Bitcoin instead, ignoring my wishes.  I am seeking to give the BTC back and receive a wire transfer.

Does letter state what made KNC to allow to treat all customers as business? I believe they are trying to make their point for customers (titans) to get their money back. Assuming they are all correct about their TnC any USA judge will throw it out from window because it was never linked or highlighted while making a purchase. I came to know their so called TnC way months after my order, because it was linked as separate page from ordering portal.

It blows my mind that KNC have "sold" non working titans worth 10-20 million dollars and get away with it... how is that fucking possible ?

Deterrent effect of a Swedish lawyer pre-order plus inability of the community to organize a well thought out group legal action.

I beg to differ around 50+ people have joined hands to file law suit against KnC. I am also seeking law suit via my lawyer

Which group are you talking about ?
I am also joining Magnus Daar's action against KNC

Charlotte C Lin who is running the US class action speaks very highly of Magnus Daar and the two firms are co-counseling.

I have an unopened box sitting in my office!
I will update as and when...

I used another lawyer as individual law suit are quicker to resolve. You may need to ship back titans to KnC on your expense since you accepted from UPS. I never signed UPS so they are still holding my shipment and waiting for KnC to respond.

The group of people who are working with Swedish lawyer for combined law suit against KnC. However my lawyer is also Swedish and filing my case individually.

Take it easy. Lets see some sort of legal opinion on the chances of such an action. All I heard from Magnus is to pay them $1,500 up in front. What are these fees for and what scenarios are on the table? Are there any further fees to be paid? Nova may well be milking us all.
Just think twice before joining, ask for more information on the tactics etc. Do not be stupid!

i asked him all the questions and the only reply I got from him is he wants $1,500 wired, no answer about how he will proceed, what grounds he will use for law suit, time frame. Where 1,500 will be used etc. I have been stupid once with KnC, am not looking to pay someone without answers.

Anyone with Titan order been able to get their refund from KnC?
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Contacting Authorities regarding KnCMiner Titan Neptune on: October 03, 2014, 08:51:05 PM
Hi,

I am also looking for legal advise, action against KnC for my Titan. I know there are lawyers who are asking for retainer money, which does not give any security or guarantee or my money to be returned. I am all open to sign up an agreement to pay 15% of refund money against lawyers  fee, expenses. I believe this is fair and if more people join in to file up a joint case for refund they will be making more money out from it. Since KnC is Swedish company, a lawyer from there would be better option.

PM me if anyone has information or working with lawyers for a refund.

Thanks

Thank You I have filed complain from the links provided.

Your first two links are broken. Page reports "bad request"

And it's not surprise with the in your face ranting you are doing which isn't healthy that KNC has decided to ban you from their site. It's OK we all get your up set with KNC's products and that you feel by the looks of it that you need to be compensated in some way, but I recommend you do it is a constructive way.

Thanks,

Well what a surprise.

You have been banned by Kurt.

The ban will be lifted on 30th October 2014.

KNC don't like the truth being posted on their site.  I must be getting under their skin. This is what I posted

I have asked to cancel my order for a refund as the product does not meet the specification and is potentially dangerous. Also there was no mention the product was non refundable anywhere on their website.

I reported KNC for both of these
Unfair terms here: http://www.konsumentverket.se/Vagled...avtalsvillkor/
For failing to inform their customers the products were non refundable before purchase

Dangerous products here: http://www.konsumentverket.se/Vagled...n/Farlig-vara/
400 watts a cube+ 1 PCI-e connector = FIRE. I uploaded a few pictures of burnt KNC connectors and cables

I'll be reporting KNC to ARN as well http://www.arn.se/ .
I've got A LOT of stuff against KNC to put together so it may take a couple of days, but the more people that do it the more they will take notice.

I would also report them here http://www.econsumer.gov/english/report/overview.shtm
I just found it and will do it tomorrow but I think the more agencies we can have looking into this "company" the better.

Don't forget to report them to the police  http://polisen.se/Kontakta-oss/Polismyndigheter/Stockholms-lan/
and file an application for payment with the baliffs https://www.kronofogden.se/Ansokaombetalningsforelaggande.html

I'll be doing that if my invoice isn't paid by its due day this week.

This is an interesting read http://www.millerrosenfalck.com/2013/01/debt-collection-in-sweden/

KNC are a bunch of crooks and I'm not just going to bend over and let them shaft me without a fight.
