is there is anyway to send BTC without paying any fees ? I use blockchain.info and there is some small fees  Offline wallets use fees also ? You can modify the fees in blockchain.info by choosing custom transaction, Fees make more miners interested in including your transaction in blocks so the lower the fees the longer it take to get confirmation "imo can remain as unconfirmed transactions for days if no fees or small fees are paid". but apparently there are more "rules": if coins have enough priority and amount > 0.01 btc then you can send money without fees. Nope just received a 1 satoshi transfer few days ago to a website account "operators automatically list those as confirmed so I didn't care about when/if it will be confirmed. 0.00001BTC is big compared to other blockchain spammers transactions sizes.

like the way how coins drop here and everyone can see them, beautiful graphics too. the only complaint is that sometimes it gave a "Connecting..." message without any update and need to close browser and reopen until it works.

You can not pay but of course you would pay by the extremely long wait time to get confirmations, I agree the standard fee is high however.

I think the average miners set as the TX fee to include in blocks is 10,000 satoshi's and anything lower than that would take more time than the average 10 minutes for a block.
