Wenn du dich genauer mit unserem Security Token auseinandersetzt wird dir auffallen, dass Ethereum für unser Setup suboptimal wäre: Bei einem Mindestinvest von 1€ und quartalsweisen fixen Auszahlungen von 1% reden wir von theoretisch von Transaktionen im Cent-Bereich. Die Transaktionskosten von ETH würden diese schlicht auffressen, unser Angebot ließe sich so garnicht abbilden. Zudem bieten smart contracts auf Etherium zwar spannende Möglichkeiten, weisen aufgrund ihrer Komplexität aber auch eine weitaus höhere Fehleranfälligkeit auf.
Oh pardon, dass man bereits ab 1€ investieren kann, wusste ich nicht. Danke für den Hinweis. Dieses Setup mit quartalsweisen Zahlungen würde in der Tat für ETH schlecht funktionieren. Soweit ich weiß, gibt es für dieses Problem die Möglichkeit, das Mindestinvestment auf 100€ oder höher zu setzen mit der Auswahl für den Kunden, auch später auszahlen zu lassen etc, je nachdem wie die Gebühren stehen. Aktuell sind es laut ETH Gas Station ~5 cent. Ich weiß eh nicht, ob sich Investments unter 100€ lohnen, das ist den Zeitaufwand für alles doch garnicht wert.  Danke für dein Feedback! Von einem Coin aus den Top 10 sollte man doch mehr erwarten können, so ein Design ist Bullshit by default. Ein System ist immer nur so lange gut, wie es funktioniert. Die Leute sehen oft nur, dass bei Shitcoins die Transaktionen günstiger und schneller sind als Bitcoin aber aber dass die Technik dahinter mehr verspricht als sie letztendlich einhalten kann, fällt erst auf, wenn die ersten Probleme auftreten. An 8% interest rate yearly is not that great. Surely you can do better? There fiat investments I have that yield 10%-11% per year. What sort of profit margin are you guys looking at in regards to what you share with investors?
yes it is not too good, but saving me annual interest is not a benchmark in bitbond projects. in my opinion there are many that we can benefit from in the bitcond project, I aim to save bitbond coins if it is already listed on the stock, then I will try traders using this coin. в группе ответил админ - точно не знают сумму,но 2% от собранной.100 лямов они вряд ли соберут.так что ориентируемся макс на 100к на всю компанию.
Я тоже говорил с админом и сказал что собрано больше 2 миллионов и проследить нельзя, так как депозиты идут в фиате, и проследить контракт как на эфире нельзя( Про 100 миллионов никто даже не мечтает, как я понял по тем разрешениям и докам какие есть про СТО то 100 миллионов это максимальная сумма которую могут собирать вообще СТО. И конечно есть еще не понятки по те 2 ляма что собрали до баунти, могут сказать потом что 2 мы и так собрали а вот с остального 2%
Сумма вознаграждения рассчитывается от общей суммы инвестиций привлеченных в рамках STO т.е. расчет будет осуществляться исходя из EUR 2 млн которые мы уже привлекли + все средства которые будут привлечены после этого. !НО! вознаграждения для "баунти хантеров" активируются только при условии что общая сумма инвестиций в СТО составит EUR 3.0 млн или выше. |

Mal eine generelle Frage: Ich finde die Projektidee echt gut und ich denke, dass die Menge des eingesammelten Geldes das auch bestätigt. Aber micht wundert, dass ihr euch als Plattform ausgerechnet für einen hochgradig zentralisierten Shitcoin wie Stellar entscheidet, selbst wenn der Markt weit bessere Lösungen bietet. Die naheliegendste wäre Ethereum (ETH), was auch den Vorteil hätte, dass es bestimmt noch mehr Interessenten gäbe. Mit den aktuellen Vorkommnissen wird Stellar weiterhin zurecht ein Nischen-Shitcoin bleiben, bei dem das Team zwar sehr finanzstark ist, aber wenn das System bei zunehmender Dezentralisierung mehrere Stunden ausfällt, dann klingt das wie ein schlechter Treppenwitz. Thank you for your interest in our STO What you will receive is a fixed annual coupon of 4% paid out on a quarterly basis (1% every three months) as well as variable coupon based on a share of the profits generated by Bitbond Finance (60% of pre-tax profits) throughout the entire maturity of the token which is 10 years.
