We are community driven platform and content will be generated mostly by users (just controlled by admins).
That doesn't sound too comforting. The generated content can be modified/updated/deleted by the admins and won't be immutable. This is the problem blockchain should solve and not promote it. You either are a community-driven platform or you aren't, there is no in-between.

P.S :Change that react favicon you might have got with the CRA boilerplate.

Content is deleted only if it has big quantity of reports. Users decides what to delete. Content can`t be generated or updated by admins, they just look for reports. Also the same on bitcointalk
Yes and bitcointalk is a private forum with censorship and strict rules. The are co-community driven maybe but a lot of censorship and too much control to certain members do happen here. The only difference is, the platform is free to use. The fact that your admins can delete a post makes censorship, biased opinions and one-sided view much applicable in case of a disagreement.
1002  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Betfair meets the Blockchain using Ethereum smart contracts at SportCrypt.com on: November 10, 2018, 12:24:06 PM
Hey guys,

SportCrypt.com has been on the ethereum mainnet since last year with 802 ETH traded in the last week.  Would love some feedback from this community regarding the UI/UX as we aren't sure how to make it more intuitive.

You can check out the whitepaper here - https://sportcrypt.com/whitepaper.pdf

Thanks!
Don't want to go deep in the implementation part but just some UI reviews since you asked for it
1. The way bets are displayed looks vague and not attractive. Not-structured is the correct word I'd say.
2. Colour schemes are out of contrast. Use an online contrast selected to see which shade goes well with what.
3. The sliding/animation effects are too dull. The website needs a revamp man. Don't go about changing individual things, hire a UX guy and relaunch it.
1003  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ICOBench Adviser Douglas Lyons:asking 3 ETH for fake rating. on: November 10, 2018, 12:15:06 PM
These ICO rating sites should have been the ones helping to fight scams but rather help scam investors instead by asking fees to advertise scam ICOs.  in all fairness though they have also help some good ICOs succeed but then of course they got the fees asked. They wouldn't be listing anything if not for the fees.
True. There is so much potential for someone to just come up with an open source protocol like ICO-Bench which would be community driven and wouldn't be controlled by sock puppets like Ico-Bench admins.

Damn, you took it another level! And thanks for linking me the quote of the century

Don’t ever wrestle with a pig. You’ll both get dirty, but the pig will enjoy it.
I need to get that tattoed on one of my private body parts. Now we patiently wait for someone to take this crap seriously and actually use your template to launch a project. Technically, finding the scam ICO's has become easier than ever!
1006  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Historical Street Gambling Game on: November 10, 2018, 01:12:50 AM
I guess there's no way people can cheat in that way of gambling since everyone is watching around. And everyone has a chance to check the coin from its texture, how it looks and etc. And the tosser only needs to, of course, toss the coin until there's a result of 3 tails or 3 heads.
Did you notice one thing common in every game related suggestion posted above? None of the games played in real life can be cheated are publicly verifiable without the digital systems. Life was better back then I guess.

Yeah, probably what I witnessed is that the tosser really master his craft, that's why he also wins and bettors thinks he is cheating or something. This is really a old school street gambling games in the Philippines. Maybe time has changed what coins are being used today, but still the rules of the game is still in the same.
Rules of the games have changed in terms of the house edge. Back then, there was literally no house edge. The losing bets were the only source of income for the provider.
1007  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ICOBench Adviser Douglas Lyons:asking 3 ETH for fake rating. on: November 08, 2018, 09:06:07 PM
This is gold....

I've always been skeptical of the different "packages" icobench has to offer. What are the chances of them not giving you a good review if you go with the highest price package?

Good work OP.

Check out this:

https://medium.com/@filip.poutintsev/ico-bench-experts-have-been-caught-taking-payment-for-fake-ratings-e8ad0c710ec7
I wonder if they will now bribe the author to remove that article from the medium. Roll Eyes Don't be surprised if that article disappears within a week.

Submitted already many times, by many people, but they are not reacting.
Maybe the entire team is a part of it and that's how they make money?

These Ico rating sites are our new version of hyip monitor, of course, these ICO will have to pay for them to get listed and get a good rating, the bad part is we the investors and promoters are the one suffering from their deceit, I think they are part of the problems.
Of course mate! This generation takes anything seriously and dwells on these sources as their primary influence. They think their money is in the same hands just because a site has good ratings on another website.
1008  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Founding Team needed on: November 08, 2018, 09:00:19 PM
That's really a nice description you have put up there. (Many start-ups don't bother giving basic details and their threads like this are not taken seriously). I can assure you will find the desired candidates here but they wouldn't be comfortable with sharing any personal details with you. The one who will send your resumes, linkedIn profiles would be the market hunters just looking to make a quick buck. Most of the talented developers, managers, I have seen respect anonymity and would like to work anonymously. I know you wouldn't want a candidate like that and that's why you should try looking for people in real life as well.
1009  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Blockstream's new blockexplorer on: November 08, 2018, 08:54:00 PM
A few hours ago, Blockstream announced that their new blockexplorer is live.

For now, it doesn't have as many features as the other explorers out there but It's definitely looking good. What are your thoughts?
I'm really waiting for a good alternative to Blockchain's block explorer. I thought this one would hit the spot but no, it's very basic and doesn't really even have the basic features of what Blockchain has. The night mode is interesting and without the night mode, the website looks too dull. They should have least included real-time block logging or a view where debit/credit transactions are clear. For now, I don't really think have much to make a shift from blockchain's explorer.
1010  Economy / Services / Re: Seeking online verification help: $100/Btc or Eth on: November 08, 2018, 08:46:00 PM
I second this. If OP doesn't want to say a few words to the camera his whole profile is almost certainly fake. Why would you want to start a fake profile on an exchange? It can be anything from small level money laundering by a weed dealer, through a medium size deep web marketplace, all the way to laundering for a big organized group of smugglers, or car thieves. Do you really want your face connected to this mess?
Maybe he just wants to be anonymous for personal reasons. Why don't you jabs understand anonymity has nothing to do with criminal activities? One can just be anonymous because he doesn't believe in having his personal information over the internet? I don't see anything wrong with that.

I will pay $100 in Btc or Eth to anyone that can help me verify a cryptocurrency exchange account.
The process might include, video calling and holding a piece of paper downloaded from the exchange.
Will discuss more in private message.
Just find an exchange which isn't interested in knowing what do you look like in real life. It's hard to find them these days but I'm sure something's out there.
1011  Economy / Reputation / Re: Requiring action against Irfan_pak10 on: November 08, 2018, 08:38:07 PM
As I said I am not sure he is involved with the scam projects just like the Wapinter or other BMs you have negged but if Irfan_pak10 also involves the same kind of activity he will be tagged by you or not?
That's an intuitive conclusion here.

I think Irfan_pak10 also one of the reputed community member then why he should not research much about the team before taking the bounty management!
He did not? He isn't a god that he will be able to predict before time if the project's going to be a scam in the future. Fake team pictures and other lame stuff isn't the case here. Why you don't think that the bounty whores are equally responsible if they get scammed? Only an idiot will blindly participate in a bounty without doing a bit of research himself.
1012  Economy / Services / Re: LF Poster to Announcement Channel for ICO on: November 03, 2018, 01:52:40 PM
Thank you, this is amazing. I am not sure how to give you reputation but I'm very grateful.
You can't. You need merits to give his answer an upvote which you don't have. Glad you find it helpful though.

i can do that and also moderate that thread for you if you want , just dm me on telegram https://t.me/titanslayerz
Sure. You are willing to do something which they can do himself by buying a copper membership. You should help people instead of taking their lack of awareness as a business opportunity.
would i violate some rules about that? cite it
You don't. You violate the basic rules of moarlity which is using someone's lack of awareness to make yourself some money. That is my personal opinion and doesn't have to align with what others think.
give the article of your so called basic morality on your personal opinion
At this point, your stupid ass is making this post-off-topic. I would give you the article if I had given two flying fucks about your existence. You indeed are showing a typical behaviour of scammers who are cancer to this forum. Now, go fuck yourself and stop derailing the thread then it already is.
1013  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Parkingcrypto - SCAM - Plagiarized whitepaper on: November 03, 2018, 01:43:44 PM
As much as I support your scam finding abilities and always take them seriously, this one seems a bit off. Why? -> There are tons of white-paper writing authors who usually write white-papers for these low-class ICOs. Is there a chance all these white-papers are written by the same author in the same format?

1015  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [Looking for Beta Testers] Trailing stop loss bot on: November 03, 2018, 01:39:31 PM
Provide more information about your project including

 - Is the code open sourced or verifiable before installing in the local machines (it should be)
 - What will be the reward for the testers? They aren't going to test them with their own monies anyway.
 - Are there any rewards for bugs if found and reported in testing?
 - Your website link.
1016  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The KYC scam on: November 03, 2018, 01:35:29 PM
I saw this and was being complained by most of the bounty hunters.

I don't think they really have the intention to scam the bounty hunters but it just so happened that their requirement came with the wrong timing.
The requirement always comes when it's the time for sending out the payments. I'm not fond of supporting the bounty hunters but anyone in their right mindset would ask very first questions to the team their KYC requirements. The team can introduce any ridiculous rules if the project investment is a hit and they want maximum profits for themselves.
1017  Economy / Lending / Re: Don't sell your Bitcoin us it as collateral for a loan on: November 03, 2018, 01:31:13 PM
You are right I don't have 100BTC what I do have is I work for a company that does stock loans and did their first loans on Bitcoin in 2017. Here is the link about the article outlining those first loans. http://www.digitaljournal.com/pr/3568286
So? You don't even own a business, what does the company have hired you for? Conning people into giving them free monies? It's better you research more about the company you work for and see how they can be using you to lure users.
1018  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Historical Street Gambling Game on: November 03, 2018, 01:25:45 PM
It's hard to figure out from the description what game are you referring to but I hope it's this : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shell_game

Even today especially in the third world countries street gambling games are quite common. I've played them myself and it's way better than online gambling in terms of probability fair and stuff. Like I recently saw a video where a rat is allowed to run randomly into a number of holes with bets on them. Now this can't be made rigged by teaching a rat to run only in the selective holes.
1019  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks are maintaining dependence on: November 03, 2018, 01:15:04 PM
banks are sneaky. they won't show any interest now and then suddenly you will see they are in. you may find some news here and there but nothing serious until someday you see they have adopted bitcoin.
The day they truly adopt bitcoin is the day when the term banks will be taken out of financial dictionaries. Banks and Bitcoins two separate things, the adoption of each other just means destroying the underlying concepts and vision. Banks will adopt a centralised blockchain but not bitcoin.
1020  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Finally - Khabib the Eagle vs Floyd MayWeather on: November 03, 2018, 01:12:53 PM
We don't know about that. Khabib is great but he has the disadvantage at the boxing ring especially it is Floyd Mayweather he's fighting. Dana is against it but I think Khabib really wants it.
That doesn't matter really. As long as his match with Gregor was concerned, it could have been a fixed match and Gregor lost for winning a huge sum of money! Things wouldn't be the same with Khabib because he isn't as money hungry as Gregor is.

I will go for Khabib if Dana White accepts the fight of the two. I think if that happens, Dana is confident with Khabib fighting but based on the link, I don't think Dana will approve of this. We know Floyd and he will not be fighting Khabib at the octagon so I don't think a two-way fight will happen. There will only be one fight and if it is finalized, it will be a boxing match.
Why do all the MMA fighters have to box some cocky chump in a ring? This works only in favour of one.
