61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SCAMMERS NEVER GET TIRED on: August 23, 2021, 12:54:13 PM
Thanks a lot for warning, as I can be inattentive sometimes or too naive, but of course when I receive letters that say that I won flat or phone, I just ignore, but in case with crypto, I participate in many airdrops, so it will not be weird for me to receive a letter that I won some coins. We should be very careful when confirming something in our wallets on strange web-sites.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you make your HODL or dump decisions? on: August 22, 2021, 06:04:26 AM
The first rule of investing in new coin without any antecedent is to never get emotional with such coin.  You said and I quote ' reflections are delicious and community is nice' This phrase is a sign of emotional attachment,  if a coin is performing below your expectations,  the next thing is to cut your losses if you are in one otherwise sell and revise your projection!

You are right, I made such mistakes several times that I just enjoyed being in that community, so I trusted this project. People there said that this project must go to the moon, but then it was hacked.
Also emotions are dangerous when you see how tokens increase and you think that you will not have time to earn, so you buy on highs and then losses. It is a greediness of people and if you want to earn you should get rid of such emotions.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will governments prohibit developers from creating a new coin? on: August 22, 2021, 05:59:19 AM
Today it is also seen that devs are anonymous, so they don’t necessarily say who they are. Nevertheless, it decreases trust from users.
On the other hand, there are countries where laws are very unstrict, so developers can work from there.
You noticed correctly that authorities were not very happy with crypto, that is why they are trying to replace it with digital state currencies, but it is completely another story.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the crypto hype over? on: August 22, 2021, 05:53:19 AM
I can’t name the previous bull run as the hype. It was an ordinary bullish market, and now it is a bear market. Crypto “winter” was predicted and I wait for it, as I strongly believe that we will see many new valuable projects and tokens, so I will invest in them. And then when the market gets warmer and people invest in Bitcoins and other coins, I will get money from newbies.

66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Tether crash to $0? on: August 10, 2021, 05:31:41 AM
Back in 2017, the topic of stablecoins like Tether completely crashing to $0. Is Tether still safe to hold your funds on?

I strongly believe in Tether and use it. According to their quarterly report (30th of July) all the $62 billion have collateral, so it seems to be safe. Moreover, it has the biggest trading volume of all stablecoins, so people really trust and use it. In any case, you shouldn’t forget about diversification, so try to use other stablecoins as well (USDC, DAI, BUSD).
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Elon Interested in Dogecoin? on: August 10, 2021, 05:18:09 AM
The main reason why he is interested in dogecoin is that he can use it as a tool of manipulation the market and use it as speculation instrument. He can’t raise Bitcoin or Ethereum by 100 times using just his twitter, nevertheless he can do it with shitcoin, so he uses this strategy to make money. Some people will object that he is too rich to do so, but can money be superfluous?
68  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you know the difference between Bitcoin and bitcoin? on: August 09, 2021, 04:45:36 AM
I don’t care about grammar at all. The only place where I had to think about how to write correctly was school. Now I also try to write without mistakes, so that people don’t consider me to be illiterate, but what comes to the first letter of Bitcoin, I don’t care about it at all. I always write Bitcoin with the capital letter. But sometimes I am too lazy, so I write it with lowercase letter.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to buy? on: August 09, 2021, 04:33:04 AM
Currently the crypto market has started to stabilize, this can be seen from the number of altcoins that have gone green, of course now is the right time to buy altcoins, because prices have not gone up too high, especially altcoins that have a top 10 rating in CMC, these altcoins have the potential  give profit in the future.

You are right that it is the perfect time now to buy some basic currencies that are placed in the top-10 coinmarket cap table. Moreover, I think that it is always a good time for them. I mean, my strategy is to buy more every month, as I can invest more than half of my salary in Bitcoin and other altcoins every month. Now I buy Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, Polygon, TRX on a regular basis.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: another bullrun before 2021 ends on: August 09, 2021, 04:26:52 AM
I personally believe that there will be another btc bull run and alt run before 2021 ends.  what you guys think about it?

btc to 80000 or 120000 USD

Judging from the chart and that Bitcoin has been increasing for two weeks, I can say that a new bullish run is quite possible. And we know that Bitcion can increase by 2 times, we have already observed this. What comes to chart, Bitcoin’s price has broken through a powerful resistance level, what it tried to do several times earlier. Personally I have already bought it for 34 000$, so now I am waiting for the moon.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins replace Bitcoin?!?!? on: August 08, 2021, 02:56:21 AM
Altcoins are never going to replace Bitcoin. It is not going to happen
Altcoins may provide better alternatives to bitcoin in terms of transactions cost, speed and reliability but BTC will remain the major cryptocurrency with the largest market share.
When all the BTC blocks are mined completely, the price and value will even go a lot higher

I agree with you that altcoins are unlikely to replace the king of crypto Bitcoin. It is said by economists that Bitcoin has become an integral part of the modern financial system. After all, Bitcoin is the reserve currency in China today. It provides offshore yuan. Moreover, all altcoins follow its trends, so I don’t think that any of them will replace it.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The regulation of the cryptocurrency market will become more serious on: August 08, 2021, 02:40:17 AM
I have no idea how authorities want to control blockchain. I think it is impossible, because it is decentralised (I talk about Bitcoin and Ethereum), so you can’t come to the head and order to ban transactions or close different defies.
They can do so with centralised exchanges or centralized exchanges, but when it comes to the transfer of Bitcoin or Ethereum for example, they can’t ban such transactions.
73  Economy / Economics / Re: Have you been grateful for today? on: August 07, 2021, 06:11:03 AM
I just opened Facebook and read a short, but meaningful post. in the post it says

Quote
A mountain of gold would not be enough for a greedy person.
But, a plate of food is enough for a grateful person

I ponder when I do daily trading in the crypto market, I often get profit even though it is not too much, But I am always annoyed and irritated if the profit I get is not on target. I forgot to be grateful and hopefully, I can be a grateful person even though I get a little profit from crypto trading.

I adhere to the philosophy that we should always be grateful, only this way we will have success. Because if you don’t accept with gratitude your little fortunes, you will not be given big.
According to this quote, every person has their own idea of luck. When I am happy with 100$ of earnings, a professional trader will consider it as failure, so everything is relative.
74  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is Bitcoin an independent property? on: August 07, 2021, 06:00:45 AM
If I had some bitcoins before I got married, and used bitcoins to buy houses, cars, etc.
When the price of Bitcoin went up, I sold Bitcoin. Is this my money my own? Or is it shared by husband and wife?
When I get divorced, do I split up my bitcoins?

Everything is regulated by marriage contract. I don’t know if you have such a thing in your country, but in my country newlyweds sign a contract where it is written what belongs to whom and how it must be divided between wife and husband in case of divorce.
If you don’t have a marriage contract, you also can leave all Bitcoin to yourself if nobody proves that you have them
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where Are You Next 5 Years? on: August 07, 2021, 05:53:37 AM

What Is Your Placement In The Crypto In The Next 5 Years?[/color]

First of all I will definitely continue long-term investment. As I am building up my capital with every salary I will buy more and more Bitcoins and other fundamental currencies and as a result I will earn more.
In addition to it, I am going to work full day in crypto. I want to become a developer and join a team to create a new project or to develop a working one.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in cryptocurrencies. on: August 03, 2021, 05:21:15 AM
Some say cryptocurrency is a low risk investment but high return and also does this digital currency have a fundamental value so that it is feasible for investment?
What do you think ?

When I worked in the stock market, all investors there say that bonds are of the lowest risk, shares are of the middle risk and crypto are of the highest risk. It was this way because they were not really into this market, they know only about its  mad volatility compared to stocks. Now I don’t completely agree with them, but there is a truth that crypto is quite risky because of its unpredictability. So I don’t know who convinced you that crypto is not risky.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to judge whether newly listed coins are worth investing? on: August 03, 2021, 05:13:44 AM
Any investment is risky, so how should we distinguish between empty coin and MLM coin?
Aircoin is a white paper written casually by the project team, and the official website packs and collects money.
MLM tokens are mainly used to obtain reward tokens through pulling heads and offline multi-level development, or to obtain tokens by recharging members of different levels and purchasing virtual mining rights of different levels.
How do we know?
1. The attributes of the project itself: public chain currency, Token token
2. Token issuance method: does not rely on the issuance of a specific currency institution, and is generated through a large number of calculations based on a specific algorithm, which is a decentralized issuance method
3. Trading method: Digital currencies can be freely traded on exchanges. There will be multiple exchanges supporting transactions for the same currency, and coins can be deposited and withdrawn freely. At the same time, different people can conduct peer-to-peer transfers and transactions.
4. Implementation method: The token itself is an open source program and is maintained in the Github community. The open source code shows the parameters and methods of its total limit
5. Whether to provide a link to the source code: Generally, decentralized digital currencies will give a link to the source code in a prominent position on the official website. This is to show the operating mechanism of the currency system openly and transparently
6. Does the official website start with https: Generally, the official website and transaction URL of decentralized digital currencies start with https. The purpose of such websites is to protect users' data from being stolen illegally.
Do you have anything to add?

You have listed different methods, but what do they give you? How do you use all this information?
Personally I, when seeing a new token, I start with investigating docs, ideas, team members, partnerships, community and tokenomics, of course. I just estimate the web-site, read what people say in their chats and look through documents. And usually when I see that idea is too complicated and unclear, I don’t invest.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will blockchain networks with zero incentives survive in the long term? on: August 02, 2021, 04:58:27 AM
You are right that nobody wants to work for free, so maybe you didn’t delve into properly. I think that miners all the same receive some rewards from commissions. Otherwise, I also don’t see any reason for them to provide their energy and storage on their computer. As there are a lot of blockchains that offer rewards as you said, so they would sooner switch to them.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to market my coin please help on: August 02, 2021, 04:47:06 AM
I want to market my coin and want to do fundraising. please tell me how can I do this, how can I go for ICO/ IDO.

You should organize an IDO as this way you just instruct a corresponding platform and they do everything instead of you. And you focus on your product and interaction with users. On the other hand, in case with ICO you have to do everything on your own. In addition to this, people trust more when popular platforms offer them a presale. Really good platforms are MakerDao and Coinlist
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best token for staking right now? on: August 02, 2021, 04:37:31 AM
Huh Huh Huh
Where is APY better. What have you heard about Near and whether it is worth staking this token

You can try Ethereum 2.0. staking.
To become a validator you can:
1 Launch your own node by staking 32 ETH;
2 Via non-custodial validators (p2p.org);
3 Via custodial services (crypto exchanges);
4 decentralised pools.
Lido creates an on-chain asset, stETH (staked ETH), which is issued in exchange for ETH sent for staking on Eth2. stETH can be bought, sold and used as collateral in DeFi protocols, increasing capital efficiency and the ability to generate increased income. So your Ethereum will not be locked this way.
