SERIOUSLY?!

WHERE ARE ALL THE SPAMMERS AND ATTACKERS!

"IOTA SPAMMERS" IS FAKE NEWS!

THERE ARE AND NEVER WILL BE!

DON'T TRUST THE LIES!

I BOUGHT IOTA BECAUSE I HEARD THAT THERE WERE GOING TO BE SPAMMERS WHO WOULD HELP ME MAKE MY TRANSACTIONS FASTER AND I WAS LIED TO!!!!

I WANT MY MONEY BACK SCAMMERS!!!!

You can sell your IOTAs at YDX.

If you just bought your coins they are still at ydx so you could just sell now for a nice win , you are pathetic if you are crying like this when you can sell now and have the btc + the profit in your wallet in 2 houzrs

Comparing iota to satoshi, there are 2.1x10^15 satoshi for Bitcoin and there are 2.78x10^15 iota for IOTA. Iota is not divisible like satoshi.
Satoshis can not be divided either

That is what I meant. They are comparable.

Ah ok , sorry Smiley

Dom :

Guys I need some beta testers for the latest release of the GUI which makes it possible to paste Trytes and do POW on them and then broadcast and store this transaction. Take a look here: https://github.com/iotaledger/wallet/releases/tag/v2.2.0

[1:59]
Here are the stops involved in testing this out:
```1. Download the GUI and install it.
2. Get some raw transaction data from `prepareTransfers`. This can either be a single transaction or an entire transfer (preferably you make a transfer to an address that you own, so you can see the transaction in your history once oyu've done the POW)
3. Paste the trytes into the module and wait for shit to happen
```

[1:59]
Needless to say, this is one of the key features to make IOTA work for exchanges  Smiley

Nxt a previous project david and cfb worked on is realy advanced in technology , when it launched on exchanges it went from a 50 btc ico to about 400million$ ath and now it is pretty much dead because the community did nothing and just waited for money

COMPETITION

Finally exchange! lets see which ones is iota going to be listed on?

anyone take a guess?
(edit 4)win 5Gi up to ???Gi if you guess it right first!
only posts below this comment on this thread counts!

competition closes when we have 5 listings or 1months from now (edit2:) or 1week after first listing.(which ever one is more)

you will only get one chance to play, so only your first qualifying post will count. edited posts do not count and will be void/not considered.
make a new post if you need editing and try delete the old post.
edit (only one winner per correct answer.)

this is the way its going to work;
write down in the correct order you think iota gets listed, for every order you get correct you win 5GI,
EDIT3: (Guys! Alot of creativity here but please, i do not consider ydx.slack.com as an exchange. please make new post as your guess no. with ydx.slack.com will be counted as a wrong guess.)
example.

Its not made by the devs and i dont think they care about 10gi too much ...

1.exchange lists iota 1st
2.exchange name lists iota 2nd
3.exchange name lists iota 3rd
4.exchange name lists iota 4th
5.exchange name lists iota 5th
6.exchange name lists iota 6th
7.exchange name lists iota 7th
8.exchange name lists iota 8th
9.exchange name lists iota 9th
10.exchange name lists iota 1oth
....etc

My guess:
1. Bitfinex
2. Poloniex
3. Kraken

This game is a trick. The devs will know before everyone else and use a suck-puppet newb account to publish  Cheesy

This game is not made by the devs and i dont think they care about 10gi too much

It is highly possible that in the next several months, we will start to see the narratives about how to reduce miners power, how to get rid miners, and how to get rid of the third party validators eventually in the research branch in this cryptocoins space.

It came sooner as I thought - http://www.coindesk.com/fire-the-miners-radical-ideas-emerge-as-bitcoin-fork-talk-escalates/

Someone should bring IOTA into their conversation.

They already wrote articles about iota http://www.coindesk.com/will-the-internet-of-things-need-its-own-blockchain/

Not here to FUD, I really like iota and I wish it succeds, but when I see all these guys repeating again and again about "partnerships with big companies"... I dont like hype and delusion in markets, so im going to say, it is about "proof of concept" projects, which basically means that they will test it to see if they can base a real life bussines model on it. Yes it is awsome achievement, for project from bitcointalk, but it doesnt mean they are going to use it. Maybe they will just find out what needs to be changed and they will create their own alternative based on results or decide to go with other tech they partnered with for POC.

Of course there are a ton of pocs , however with the big partnerships like innogy and ubuntu we are far behind the poc phase , read the announcement , they will use it , not just as a poc

a bunch of pocs have been developed for a LONG time

Pocs dont get published at all , they get published once they turn into real things

and a bunch of pocs that turned into real deals are not being published yet due to non-disclosure-agreements

Large amount of IOTA might be considered as frozen until we reach certain marketcap, so IOTA circulating supply is less than dozen Ti maybe. It's highly manipulative market anyway. IOTA initial distribution is not optimal at all (in that sense I prefer Byteball or Clam).

Iotas distribution is actually better ...

Note that this is using data from 4th februaray , lots of trading since then

Cryptox.pl says there are no planning added new coin.
cryptox is shit exchange!!
Exactly Yassin. IOTA does not need such exchanges as Mt.Gox, only reputable exchanges for the great IOTA. BTW your exchange is also very good for IOTA. This is the great opportunity for the newcomers to jump into the moving train at the last moment.

YDX is great. But the iota network sucks. Been waiting for iota withdrawal since more than a day from YDX. Hope it goes through soon. Cant believe such a crap network for iota with a marketcap of 50 million usd at current iota prices.

It takes so long because yassin can only do one transaction at a time when he has all coins in one seed so there is a line of withdrawals

This is intentional design because it allows offline / offchain transactions

Also the bigger the network gets the faster the confirmations

In the testnet there were about 22 txs per second , bitcoin can do 7 max and is currently battling at 3-4

Does that mean exchange like poloniex will need to have thousands of seeds/nodes to handle ten thousands withdrawals a day? Does not look ideal.

For the exchanges using iota will be as easy as any other crypto , exchanges often have many wallets and they can use basically the same software , all the exchanges are waiting for the exchange api

Also dom , one of the devs , was working on founding a crypto exchange as his first crypto startup so i think they will have thought about those things

Very shortly , getting ready for exchanges has been the main priority for some time now
