it wasn't your problem, it was hosting company's.

I did a server file transfer a few days ago on a new server.
There was an issue with hardware (SSD) on their end, but they solved it pretty fast after I contacted them.

This server is twice more powerful and it has a SSD.

Lags/spikes have been eliminated for the most people.
