Is the user monbux's situation¹-² resolved? What's the 1Broker staff's view of that situation? This should be resolved and monbux promised to remove the bad rating. (I will contact him again)

Dont you think 0.0015 withdrawal fee is insane and goes against everything btc stands for ?
This is indeed a very high fee but we had to increase it because withdrawals often got stuck for some hours in the last weeks. With this increased fee, which is also the max. network fee, traders can be sure that withdrawals are confirmed in less than an hour; even when transaction backlogs exist. (We currently use a txconfirmtarget of 3 blocks) Sorry

With yesterday's update we added a copy trader page, which contains basic information about this new system: https://1broker.com/?c=en/content/copy-traderAs always, we also deployed a lot of other smaller improvements and changes. Here is the full changelog: - Added badge to mobile UI when there are unread notifications.
- Bumped withdrawal fee to 0.0015 BTC because of the increased Bitcoin network fees.
- Upgraded Bitcoin daemon to the newest version.
- Outgoing transactions are now RBF (replace-by-fee) ready.
- Added warning text to the copy dialog, when it is possible to run out funds.
- Changed the way shared trade and trader lists are ordered.
- Made the 1Broker logo an actual link instead of using an onclick handler.
- Added profit/loss percentage to position close notification for shared trades.
- Trading idea page (shared trade) now shows if Trailing Stop Loss is enabled.
- Links in comments are now clickable.
- Added a throttle to AJAX poll if the internet connection is weak.
- Fixed paging issues when navigating back/forward with the web browser in certain components.
- Added a basic future rollover system. (More updates coming soon)
- Dozens of minor UI fixes and improvements.

Update February 13th: Higher Limits! We continuously improve the performance of our trading engine and our risk management strategies. This allows us to increase our limits from time to time. With today's update we raised the maximums for nearly all markets. We also adapted the overnight financing rates for our BTC/USD market. You can find a more detailed insight of these changes here: https://1broker.com/?c=en/content/blog&id=53

I lose 0.020btc lastnight. I dont know if this is intentional or just their website bug. Imagine I opened a long position against a bullish candle position so it should be a gain. But it doesn't credit to me and keeps giving me a negative store.
Onetime I put two simultaneous order: a short and a long order, against a bearish position. But to my surprise both gives me a negative score, when the one position should give me a gaining score. I read a couple of horror stories of 1broker from reddit, and I think its true.
Please contact us directly (and provide the position ID) if you have any questions regarding your trades; especially if you are not sure why the position closed with a loss. Based on your description it is hard to tell what happened here, but I guess that you did not consider the spread, the difference between the bid and ask price. This causes positions to open at a small loss. Especially when holding positions only for a short amount of time this can lead to unexpected trading results. I agree with this.. I've used 1Broker for a while now, but still not much has really garnered my interest compared to WC and SFX..
I'm sorry that you did not like our service. Feel free to give us input of what we can improve.

what is about copy trade and commision referal 15-25% 25% from deposit, or 25% from lost in my referal, or 25% from wager(volume transaction trade) and how copy trade system, and trading can use metatrader 4 or not
The copy-trade system works similar to the referral system and pays the same rewards: 25% of the spreads. Metatrader 4 is not supported by our platform. best regards!

We had to remove instant order execution, after someone demonstrated a way of abusing this feature.
We will try everything to re-enable this feature again as soon as possible; I cannot give any estimations when this happens, however.

The BTC/USD limits and market restrictions are certainly not a long term solution for us. However, in defense I have to say that there is generally no "right" to open a position on our platform, especially on our BTC/USD market, which is still in "experimental" mode. We try everything to avoid this, but if we are out of funds to hedge positions there is no other solution.
Additionally, we have a different risk management strategy/pool for every market; so we cannot simply cross-finance our BTC/USD market with reserves from other markets.

To avoid any misunderstandings: The overnight charges are listed on our Fees page ( https://1broker.com/?c=about_fees) and the exact amount of charges for open positions can be calculated (in advance) with our Overnight Financing Calculator ( https://1broker.com/?c=overnight_financing_calculator). Especially with high-leveraged positions the overnight charges can get quite big and I suggest to trade with smaller leverages, if that becomes a problem. However, we only charge around 4% per year (for forex markets). Compared to other trading platforms, this is quite low. We have no plans to reduce this specific rate in the near future. I also want to take this opportunity to cite our help page, which explains why theses charges are necessary: Leveraged positions (leverage > 1) are a margined product. You are in effect depositing only a small fraction of the overall market value of the trade, which allows you to hold much larger positions than if you were buying the shares outright. So for instance, currently just 1 BTC would be needed to buy a contract representing more than 5,000$ worth of blue-chip shares. You are effectively 'borrowing' the difference from 1Broker, hence the financing charges.
best regards!

In case you missed the recent entries in our blog ( https://1broker.com/?c=blog): Volkswagen AG & Scandinavian pairsYou may have heard about the Volkswagen emissions scandal which affected 11 million vehicles and lead to global news coverage. Volkswagen's stock price did not remain unaffected; it plunged in value by a third in the days immediately after the news. This opens the possibility for an interesting investment or other speculative trades. We do not want our traders to miss this opportunity and added Volkswagen AG (Symbol: VWO) to our list of stocks. Additionally, we added two new forex pairs for our Scandinavian traders: Happy trading! Monetizing your API applications
In the past, it was quite difficult for developers to earn something from applications, which were built on top of 1Broker's API. To generate an incentive to create even more and better applications, we added the possibility to set a trader's referral ID via the API, when an order is opened. The profit share is equal to our traditional referral system: 15% of the spreads are credited instantly to the app-developer.
While this sounds like a minor change, we believe that this system has a huge potential and hope that some talented developers use this opportunity to create amazing software.
Visit our API documentation for more information on the technical part.

If we can offer a BTC/USD contract long-term, 24/7/365 trading is definitely coming.
Again: this market is in experimental mode.
|
|
|
To clarify this: There are daily overnight charges for BTC/USD positions from Monday-Friday. -> https://1broker.com/?c=overnight_financing_calculator_btcusdOn Saturday and Sunday there are no charges, since the market is closed. As mentioned the BTC/USD market is in experimental mode; these things are going to change. Sorry for the confusion!

I would like to trade more frequently than once per day is it possible?
Markets are closed during the weekend. Usually it only takes some seconds. Here are our current market hours: https://1broker.com/?c=market_hours

It also happens in Firefox and Safari, so the fault should be in the JS code...
With today's update a new AngularJS version is used. (it will become active in the next ours when the cached files expire) Let me know if this fixes the problem for you.

@cnblue we usually try to hold our limits, so B. However, if there is an extreme rise (e.g. to 10000$) I can't guarantee that.
@Lemz Yes, such features will come long-term. We have to focus on improvements for the trading platform, API and mobile app in the coming months, however.
|
|
|
Exactly the opposite. Withdrawals are only possible in Bitcoin.
|
|
|
@b-trading: Click on the withdraw button? @Jojatekok: Basic API support will come this month! @cnblue: It fluctuates of course, but usually below 8-10% of all users' funds. A mobile app is in the pipeline, but we will put all resources in the release of the API first. @others: I collect all feature requests and market wishes on a list and these things will be definitely considered. Especially the "%-amount" feature for SL and TP parameters will definitely come. Thanks for your great feedback!

I agree that the original Roboto looked very fuzzy and rendered bad. When Linus said that in 2013, he was right, of course. However, since yesterday we use Roboto New ( http://googledevelopers.blogspot.co.at/2014/07/the-new-roboto.html) which is much much better, imho. @nycgoat: The sad face was removed due to some complaints... You want it back? @cevarius: We are currently not working on that, since we have to implement several things with higher priority first. I cannot give an ETA, without lying.

With the newly introduced type=number fields, some browsers only allowed full integers (1, 2, 3. ...) to be used as an amount. This is already fixed.
Minimum withdrawal is 0.01 BTC.
