Hi tspacepilot thanks for your input, after i had posted my comment i realised Mz was the gentleman above.
Anyway forget that file i mentioned. As you were saying about installing Linux and running Bit-coin core that way, that is what i intend to do.  having and still am having a lot of hassle installing Linux on my desktop machine. It is n XPS630i and for some reason it does not like Linux, a lot of talk about it on the net  i think i have tried about ten distros so far but sure i will get there. Thanks. stay  safe.

Hi tspacepilot i Hear what you are saying m8, Windose does what windoes likes, it is not a problem for me to install a distro on my desktop that is doing nothing anyway, so linux it is. For some reason when you said MZ that got my attention lol. Off topic as i am having trouble logging in . I have come across this file .https.everwhere.js . Did a google on it and it says http://pastebin.com/j4SfgBJh  .Script from fake Bitcoin hack (scam) by Mohammed Jihad
I do not know anything about coding. Should i worry about this file. Thanks in advance.
BTW i do not think the problem has file owner ship problems.

He forgot to mention that when you register your kids at birth in the UK, (i don't know about any other country) You are signing ownership of your kids over to the state. Ever wonder why they can come take your kids with out even batting an eyelid. If they wanted to send them to war, or jail. you can't do a thing. This is a good one, your car in the UK the one you just paid a 100grand for, does not legally belong to you , as you registered it you signed ownership over to the DVLA, thats why it says you are the keeper even if your name is on the log-book you still might not be the owner, no mention of legal owner. I know, i have tried asking them who is the legal owner, they say ohhhh ehhhhhh this is sort of a grey area. Well i know for sure the DVLA owns EVERY motor vehicle in the UK, as i went to a civil lawyer ,swore an oath, and asked the lawyer to put on the paper that i am the legal owner, she said sorry i cannot do that. Ever got in trouble and had to go to court, well that signature you put on your lawyers paper to represent you , you actually gave the good old court the right to jail you just because you signed the lawyers paper to defend you.
The pot just gets thicker and thicker.I could go on all night with stuff, hold it back for another rant some other time.
keep well all.  BTW always call a police man or woman constable, not officer, also ask them if they are standing UNDER there OATH , before you start dealing with them .

And you wonder why i never go in my eldest sons room, when he is playing that bloody X-Box one.
Spots you as soon as you walk in the room, never mind the person who is playing the game, lets get a screenshot of the person who has just entered. Tracks on to you like a radar. bit like the face ID and finger print ID for comps, never trusted them either.

Hi just to let you know i had the same problem for about ten days last week. This is what i did to finally get it working , i backed up my wallet first. Uninstalled bitcore, deleted all things associated with bitcore, installed bitcore again as admin, copied over my wallet. All going ok for a good few hours crashed again, came up with the same error you had, so instead of closing it down with the error report i hit file exit, tried to get the programme to close off it's own accord. Pressed start again, it said it could not lock on as it might be still running which i knew it would so i hit file exit. All closed down gave it time remember, then started it again , got down to about when my first transactions started to show up, crashed again, so ignored the error messages, hit file then close, fingers crossed started it again, sure enough started syncing again. Then it crashed yet again, closed it as before same way, IGNORING all the error messages and closing the programme, started it again, this time froze on loading wallet, left it for about an hour, as i knew it was doing something CPU was at 99%, all kicked into life finally synced ,still ok. Fingers crossed. BTW even had the error in there saying that there was no blocks to lock onto or sync with, nightmare, what i would say is always try to get the programme to close it's self even if the error, ignore retry abort is there, just go to file and close down bitcore first then close all the error messages first. hope this helps in some way . All i can say it's a nightmare.

Hi all i did not realise that when i installed bit-coin core that it was going to take so much room, and resources.
I installed it on my laptop, yet i have a tower sitting next to my miners that is doing nothing, also it has alot more Ram and space than this laptop, Bit-coin core has crashed on me yesterday, we bit of a panic as i see no bitcoins in my wallet, but after a little reading up they should show up after it has finished re-indexing the blocks on the disk,  Undecided I hope anyway, also hit my first bitcoin after 8 months. Taken a long time for bitcore to catch up.

12  Other / Off-topic / Price crash of antminers on: January 12, 2015, 12:05:38 AM
Hi peeps, I am sort of new to Bitcoin, but what i have noticed is the price crash on fleebay on s1/s3s.  A couple of months ago an s1 was about £100, now about fifty, But the s3 ,wow £170 ish, One went today for £83 Cheesy, Has it hit the point of not making any money,  Is that a rhetorical question? I have a rough idea what it is costing to run the hardware,as in what you earn, What do you think peeps?
13  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Can't find Antminer S3 IP address - won't reset on: December 25, 2014, 02:03:20 PM
Try pushing the reset button.at the same time as you cut the power to the ant.make sure
There is no power at all ,keep the reset button held in for about 30 seconds.
That's about all i can help you with. To be honest i thought my ant was dead aswell.
I sent mine back to the guy .he put my details in it for me and worked a treat.so the next
Few i bought the guy helped me with the info i relayed on to you..
Goodluck m8.

If it's an s3. I did notice that the reset switch doesn't line up, On mine anyway , i have to tilt the pin i use to reset it . But am sure you are feeling for the button sort off clicking. Personally i think they are a pain in the a*se to setup for someone that is new too them, good luck.

16  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Can't find Antminer S3 IP address - won't reset on: December 24, 2014, 10:17:00 PM
Hi guys,  I am also new to setting up these antminers .took me ages to set them up. So i will try and help you out. You might have done this already, But worth a try .
Ok i am assuming that your using windows. So start bar control. Panel. Networks. Change adapter settings. Right click local area connection. Then properties.
Go down to where it says internet protocol version 4. Click on the box for use the following ip address.  For ip address. Enter 192.168.1.1 subnet mask 255.255.255.0
Default gateway 192.168.1.100..then click ok .connect your pc or laptop too the miner using your RG45 Cable.open. a browser and type 192.168.1.99 You should get into the miner. After you set your miner up mind and reverse the adapter settings in your network adapter setting the ones that you changed.
Like i said you might have done this already .but i used ip scanner and all that, till i did it that way.good luck hope it helps .

Hi all, Thaks for taken the time to look at this, I have just started using bitcoin, silly me i knew about it a very long time ago, installed the software and never ever gave it a thought again, But thats life.
What i am wondering is what hardware would you go for as a start up, I'm not looking to make thousands,am just using the comp as it is not doing much. I have a ENGTX295 G card, I have overclocked it a bit, i bought that before i realised that Nvidea is not the best for mining,I have been looking at a few things on flee bay ,ASICMiner Block Erupter USB 330MH/s Sapphire Miner,,RockMiner NEW R-BOX 100 -110 GH/s ASIC SHA-256 Miner ASICMiner Gen3 100-135 Watts Total,,Antminer S1 - 200 Gh/s Bitcoin Asic Miner,, thats a few i have been looking at , i'm not looking to spend alot of money all at once, but lookig for something i can add too,,Thaks very much for reading , any advice o what you would go for would be a real help, sorry i have not put the pc specs down ,as i cannot seem to find where it goes ,thanks again ,garry.
