when you change the adress can you see the new adress in the setings of BTC GUILD?

i have an old acount there im not trying to create a new i have NMC that i want to withdrow for first time (its alot nmc)  i create a new nmc wallet but when i go to change the wallet adress i have the problem that spoke before

I just log in my acount that i had left it for several months (stop mining since 04/2013)to change my NMC wallet in order to withdrow my NMC but when i try to change my adress i allways have an error its seems like everthing if frozen in my acount and i cant change anything . Any solutions ?
