The blockchain wallet app on my phone says it can't verify the pin I use because the server is down and asks me for the Main password. I don't remember a Main password. Did I have one for sure? Can I ask for a new one or something?

OK, back up done.  About the malware, what program do you recommend for mac? I recently encrypted my harddrive, does that help?

All the stress came because I wanted to back up my wallet in the first place and keep it all safe before going to sleep. Now I have to wait days until I dare use my computer again. I used it yesterday for firefox and firefox is acting weird so I decided to let it sit until it's syncs up.
Thanks a lot. I can finally be normal again. I wasn't human these last days because the guy who sold me the coins didn't say anything reassuring at all, and I read some posts that said that addresses are lost with encryption, I don't really know what that means.

I have been playing around with different wallets and until now everything was easy. I wanted to back up my new bitcoins on a pendrive but wasn't able to with the wallet I was using (hive) so I downloaded QT. I tried to send my coins to my new Qt wallet and then encrypted my QT wallet before receiving the deposit and it wasn't yet synced either (and still isn't because it is taking for ever). Have I lost my bitcoins? I don't think I have ever been so stressed out in my life.

I tried to withdraw 0.339 BTC and my account went to 0, I confirmed the email and was notified that the exchange had worked. My Kraken account didnt receive the amount so after couble checking the address and waiting a day, I checked my aclurEX account and found there to be 0.339 BTC there again. So I repeated the whole process again but in the very end aclurEX tells me the transaction needs to be done manually because my account is going negative. Now I have -0.339 in my aclurEX account and 0 in all my other accounts and wallets. Kraken support has replied saying all is normal on their side. aclurEX doesn't answer me. What should I do?
