1  Other / Politics & Society / Re: After 13 Years with No Charges, British Prisoner at Gitmo Finally Released on: November 09, 2015, 06:53:24 AM
Not just concrete evidence. There is no evidence for any of that. The bush administration admitted that. That is what happens when prisoners are tortured for information. They lie. And what happens when americans pay ransom for prisoners. The northern alliance is paid for some people they capture. How many did they get rid for their own reasons?

Are you claiming that this guy was innocent and was framed by the Northern Alliance? If so, what was he doing in Afghanistan? He is originally from Saudi Arabia and later received the British passport. He had no family/work connections to Afghanistan, and at that time even schoolchildren knew that traveling to that country was risky.
In a free society we should give everybody a fair trial. Theymust of sent him back because they could not pin any specifics on him.
2  Other / Politics & Society / Re: two chinas meet today on: November 09, 2015, 06:46:54 AM
If the future when China become the most powerful country and USA as 2nd most powerful. Taiwan would unite China without any war.

without democracy PRCHINA has no chance to be the most powerful nation in the world, it goes without saying that

Why do you say that? Being a free society helps in social issues, with the economy, etc. Without it it's harder and takes longer. But it's possible. Especially with america and europe becoming less free and more corrupt. Not a lot of competition coming from there anymore.
The smarter, productive people will leave to the free countries eventually. That is why communist goverments struggle to get ahead.

A better investment would be to purchase your own miner, unless you have a really high lighting bill.

Most of the cuts are fair due to the BTC price changes. bitmixer left their rates the same so that is generous for the full members in that campaign.

actually price is dropping very fast... few hours ago it was on 476$ by Preev... look now... 410-415$...

On BitStamp, the price has been up and down all over the place for the last 24 hours - under $300 to almost $500.

I will be happy if it stabilizes at around $400ish. This is just a mini bubble it seems.

19  Other / Off-topic / Re: 0.5 BTC reward - smart enough to tell me what is wrong with this book cover? on: November 03, 2015, 10:25:24 PM
ants don't carry leaves, but only  a part of it, in fact they have a mouth with tooth for this!
I have lived in Central america in the past and I have seen large ants that were totally capable of handling entire leaves.

Perhaps entire leaves, but you do very, very rarely see them with the stem. Perhaps every once in a blue moon, but not that often.

They definitely wouldn't hold them by the stem either.
Well in costa rica there are thousands of little shits swarming my yard and they get into my house too. Maybe I will take some photos next time I go back to see if any have stems.  X'D
