Got my deposit! Thanks Safedice. Will be back playing more soon Wink My favorite dice site, now more trustworthy than ever.

So yeah, I made a withdrawal from polo to my safedice.com deposit addy and they haven't shown up yet...was going to message the safedice admin but it looks like I'm not the only one experiencing similar issue. Would really appreciate some help with this...

XMR   287.16352122   46epANbzoZxWsSoWie1DuqBhj2oq8vLoXiPXPpXuCt843McNDMzXbSDGMdNMS6uSS3263evuvjeNqAS DW8nywsk8Nkekpqu   2015-06-10 01:47:28   COMPLETE: 4dbad9a4ad80bc5ab49b67b8d52df44b1921ce953a4c47f23b1012648372945d

the aforementioned is the successful Poloniex w/d TX info. Message ID matches the one provided by SD

I think you should email the safedice admin and create a Poloniex ticket as well. That's what I did. What happened was there was an issue with withdrawals so the admin did mine manually but didn't put the payment id. So if the safedice admin emails Polo and you create a ticket I'm pretty sure they'll figure it out. At least that's what I did, and I'll post on here when I find out if they can straighten it out or not.

Just FYI thank you for your assistance Safedice! I have a ticket into Poloniex.

Btw, Safedice has been absolutely great with the customer support on this issue. There's nothing more nerve-wracking than a withdrawal issue. When problems like this arise, this is an opportunity for a business to show its true colors and I have to say from what I've seen so far that Safedice is absolutely stellar!

Thanks for your help again!

Hey so I am new to Monero. Today I did a withdrawal from a casino safedice.com which supports Monero. Something went haywire during the withdrawal and safedice said there was an error and to contact the admins. I did and they said it was just a visual error and the tx went through but it never came to my account on poloniex.com

tx was 416ddff12d441adbc348f91f2541db3903f54f504af7a479ddd81461a3864cee

http://moneroblocks.eu/search/416ddff12d441adbc348f91f2541db3903f54f504af7a479ddd81461a3864cee
https://minergate.com/blockchain/mro/transaction/416ddff12d441adbc348f91f2541db3903f54f504af7a479ddd81461a3864cee

How do I tell this transaction actually went to 1) the deposit address of poloniex: 47sghzufGhJJDQEbScMCwVBimTuq6L5JiRixD8VeGbpjCTA12noXmi4ZyBZLc99e66NtnKff34fHsGR oyZk3ES1s1V4QVcB

And how do I tell it went to my payment id:
68e597ef70ec0d050a44b135766f56e6a261249c149bc334f10d28826c3acc77

Around 830 Monero of mine will be lost if I can't figure this out. Either their system glitched or poloniex has glitched or they are scamming, but I have no way to tell. The money isn't the end of the world, but I'll never be able to trust or use this coin again if there is no way to protect myself from this kind of situation. Please tell me it doesn't work this way and I can verify where the transaction was sent somehow? How would this ever work for anything otherwise? I can contact poloniex if it will help. Or what can I ask safedice to verify that they sent it to the correct address/paymentid?

Please help,
Thank!

The transaction hash and payment id should be enough for poloniex to sort it out for you.

Open a ticket with poloniex.

Thank you guys! I am on it. The admin of safedice is being really helpful. With so many scam sites, it is nice to know there is at least a trustworthy site or two.

Hey I just an an issue with the site. I did an XMR withdrawal and it said there was a problem and to contact you guys. I don't see the transaction listed or showing up but the account has been wiped clean. It is a lot of xmr. Please help..

Thanks!

Also, I want to thank you very much for fixing the annoying auto-bet issue. Now when I finish my auto-bet it resets to my original bet correctly. Really appreciate it.

Send them an email about the issue so you can have your problem fix in short time

safedice@protonmail.ch

Yeah, I did thanks. I'm sure it's just a Monero wallet issue or something. I once had to wait a couple days for some NXT to withdraw from Poloniex cause they said the dev had to fix a bug with the wallet lol.

Hello Rangor, I'm sorry there was indeed a visual glitch with the Monero transaction history, it has been fixed now. However your withdrawal should already been processed right when you withdraw them, please check your wallet again. I have replied to your email and sent you the transaction ID as well Smiley

Wth? I didn't get the deposit in my wallet. It should have deposited into my poloniex.com wallet? 47sghzufGhJJDQEbScMCwVBimTuq6L5JiRixD8VeGbpjCTA12noXmi4ZyBZLc99e66NtnKff34fHsGR oyZk3ES1s1V4QVcB
with my payment id.

How do you tell in a Monero transaction what address the withdrawal was made to!?!

And how can you say it is just a "visual" error when I never got my deposit? There must be something else wrong here. The tx is not even in your history page. The last tx in there was my deposit. What's up with it? You must have the deposit address and payment id in your database (every Monero withdrawal I've done has been to the same deposit address I believe). Please help!!!

Man, this site just screams scam...

No one would release a site for real money in this bad a shape would they?!??

I think it's possible it was coded so poorly that they couldn't even figure out how to cheat people correctly.

Also, having a built in exchange for BTC and Monero in the site would be so awesome. So for example I would like to be able to deposit BTC, exchange for Monero, play with Monero, and then withdraw Monero.

Why not, the website could get a little profit from this exchange and slit the profit between investor and the house  or the website could use shapeshift.io service for this but then the will be able to accept like 20 altcoins too  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

On-site exchange is good idea but very hard to implement.

+1 to adding shapeshift.io to the deposit window. Shouldn't be very hard to do that.

Although other, more urgent things for now should be:

- fixing referrals for Monero (doesn't work/display properly atm)
- implement Monero tipping on chat
- smooth switching between BTC and XMR, without having to log off/log back in

For me the auto-betting issue is way way more important cause it actually affects my bets in a detrimental way. I have to watch that bet amount field like a hawk whenever I stop to change something.

I like this site. One thing I noticed that's annoying is when you do auto-betting, the bet amount doesn't get reset to your initial amount when you stop. It will be set to whatever your last bet was when you stopped it. That can really screw things up if you like to stop and start upon occasion like I do. Please fix this.  Thanks!

I have to say that many of the users at gethashing are real fucking pussies. They have no problem discussing how fucked GAW and Paycoin is and what a failure it is and probable scam, but they don't have the balls to come here and admit it and admit that we were right all along and they were wrong. They had big balls when they came here and bashed us and demanded they were right and we were just either jealous, nervous or spreading FUD. I see there are a lot of users from here over there. I have zero interest in joining their new little safe haven for ex accomplices. Someone should ask them why they don't have the balls to come here and admit they were wrong and we were right. A real man admits his faults and owns his failures.

Attitude like this might have something to do with that  Grin

Nobody likes to be kicked while down, and that's what would likely happen to someone attempting to post here even with the best intentions. Aside from some "told you so" satisfaction that wouldn't do much good to anyone I guess.

Eh, they were living high and large and treating us like crap when they thought they were at the top of ponzi. Only when Josh fucked them over too did they turn on him. If he shared his ill-gotten gains with them, the19 would still be over there at HT consuming every drop of his bodily fluid from every orifice of his body.

C'mon, I still have faith. Maybe he said 20 bucks but in his head he was thinking satoshi... ?
Not a bad theory at all.

I look at the XPY price that way.

it's at 449134 sats at the moment. I can see if falling 1000x more at this point! The crash has hardly begun!! See you at 100 sats! (don't expect me to do math - I'm a gaw investor!)

I wouldn't go over there. They call themselves the "19" or some elitist crap like that. It is a joke. They are just slightly less bad that Josh if they really looked themselves in the mirror. But at least they aren't as bad as guys like bitcoin-bar who surely would happily be following orders and gassing Jews if put in the right opportunity!

After learning that some poor lady bought $24000 worth of paycoin at $14 a piece, I thought I'd never say this....I hope we are all wrong just for the investors sake. History and SEC investigations don't help any though. Some people on that forum were mentioning some people actually took out loans to buy this turkey.

And that sell wall(80BTC), I was watching in real time burned through in around 2 min, due to the relative small size I'd say it's an individual. If it were GAW themselves it would be more like 500BTC or 1000BTC to stop the losses. I've never seen that ever period. I guess there may be some money to be made if you wait until it tanks more and then sell slightly up at the inevitable mini-pump before Feb 1st's "announcement" whatever that is. Man...those poor people. We've all been burned at one time or another but wow this is almost criminal.

It's not like we didn't warn them HOW MANY TIMES?!
