The "This American Life" store has it at a much better price - they appear to be shuttered for renovations ATM.
I'm not sure I'd have time to read a massive book like that... but I will try to get my hands on a copy.
I noticed that it's written by NPR reporters.
I just looked at my copy -- it's 30 pages.
The long and the short of it is this: that you're telling a story. That the story is the person and what they're doing or what is happening to them.
Just listened to #18 -- talking over product differentiation w/ Jeremy is an example of what I'm talking about. Thumbs up!
