1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wilder vs. Fury II: The Rematch is On on: February 27, 2020, 11:39:46 PM
Watch the fight again and witness the strangeness of Deontay Wilder's unsteadiness after the 1st round.
From the opening bell Tyson Fury was aggressive and taking the fight to Wilder and he was rocked badly and eating punches from the start and in the third round he was floored with a great over hand right and then he was wobbly throughout the fight and he was floored again with a body shot and he was completely humiliated and the biggest humiliation is the excuse he comes up for the defeat rather than giving props to Fury for been the better fighter.

With the return of Neil Wagner, New-Zealand bowling attack has become stronger again. Another obstacle awaits for India.
Let's see how effective Neil Wagner can play in the field.
The combination of Tim Southee and Trent Boult were more than enough to trouble India and with Neil Wagner coming back into the team it will be a really difficult battle for India to come back into the series, India dominated New Zealand in the T20 series but they were able to return the favors in the ODI and continuing the same in the Test series and India is struggling as their batsman are not performing as expected.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: February 26, 2020, 10:07:59 PM
Australia just made it look easy as they dominated the match, apart from the slip up in the second T20 where they were supposed to win but then there were not able to cross the winning line they made it look easy to win the series today as they dominated South Africa with the bat and the ball and to win by 97 runs in a T20 is not a small feat and that shows how dominant Australia was in this match.
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: February 25, 2020, 07:26:35 PM
Very bad game of cricket by David Warner. I still can't believe what he did. He came in top-order, remained not-out, and couldn't get the team to the small target. This is beyond pathetic. Should he even be included in the Australian squad of the T20i world cup? I don't think so. Roll Eyes
You really cannot blame Warner for the defeat, South Africa bowled really well in the later part of the innings and you need to give credits to that kind of performance to win the match from behind and considering the start they got i thought they would win the match easily but it was the other way around and i lost my bet as i never expected South Africa to bounce back like that.
5  Economy / Economics / Re: Using of Blockchain in Election on: February 25, 2020, 06:21:07 PM
Blockchain and elections can be a great pair, but first, they need to be tested. Well, in any case, this version of the electoral system also has its drawbacks. Someone can arrange a DDOS attack by simply scoring the network so that it cannot process votes efficiently, or even gain access to part of the votes, and thereby undermine the election process
If a country is building a blockchain integrated in their election do you think that the network will be allowed to connect globally to be afraid of the DDOS attack, so we do not need to worry about that someone will game the system as everything will be registered in the blockchain and you cannot fake those registry and the biggest question will be whether a corrupted government will allow these to be integrated.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: February 25, 2020, 03:36:53 PM
So if expectation does not meet the reality in cricket , it is termed as Match fixing.
If a team is not playing according to the expectation then the opposition is playing a much better game and the pressure of performing has taken the best out of them rather than match fixing.

India lost 3 ODIs consecutively to lose the series  and if they lost the 2nd test also, i think there would be match fixing in some way or the other.
If India looses the second Test then it is just a disappointing performance by India as the players failed to perform well outside the subcontinent and nothing else. New Zealand is a much better team in their background and to defeat them India needs to play a much better cricket to outclass New Zealand and with Kohli is not in good form someone has to rise to the occasion if not it will be another one sided encounter.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin declined 3% as the coronavirus spread in italy on: February 25, 2020, 02:18:28 PM
As the coronavirus spread in Italy recently, bitcoin market has dropped 3% and also the traditional market including all the top ranked cryptocurrencies. Can coronavirus spreading be the cause?
Are you implying that Italy is a huge market and the spread made a huge difference in the market, i not sure what made the market correct now but there was a huge auction in the past week and how much it affected the market is also puzzles me, what ever be the case the market was not able to break the resistance above $10k and hence we are seeing a slowdown and it is not necessarily because of the Virus outbreak.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wilder vs. Fury II: The Rematch is On on: February 25, 2020, 12:31:57 PM
I am not seeing him winning in the 3rd fight, not even split decision if it goes to 12 rounds.
If Wilder is smart he will fight others and then build up his resume once again and then call out Fury again, but i am also not expecting anything different if Fury and Wilder are to fight again.

I disagree on both points. Are we forgetting about the first fight where Wilder almost KO-d fury twice? Even Fury admits it was a miracle he got up. I think that's why I'm looking forward to a third fight even more because who knows what will happen. If we get the Wilder from the first fight vs Fury from the second anything can happen. Wilder still can throw bombs, but it was obvious something shook him from early on, but there wasn't anything particular deadly from Fury that you can pinpoint as to the reason why.
Fury changed his boxing style completely in the second fight and Wilder could not do anything substantial as he was punched to the pulp throughout the fight and there is no excuse about it and with the big ego Wilder is having he will find an excuse and he might go for the trilogy.
The problem with these is that, if you check back history all these intimidating fighters once they looses then they are never the same.

Yeah, I also saw that video but I think he is trying to condition the mind of the boxing world that he wants to invoke the third match clause and he wants to sell the third fight this early, but I doubt it will sell because the loss is very fresh, the two knock downs and the bloodied Wilder is still fresh in the minds of the boxing world, he should take a break and fight a different fighter like Andy Ruiz so he can recover.
The second fight was really huge and if they are to fight again in a short period then they cannot garner the same level of anticipation because everyone knows what will be the result as there is no doubt in anyone's mind who the superior boxer is even after the first fight and to come out and fight exactly how Fury was telling all throughout the fight week, it is legendary.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wilder vs. Fury II: The Rematch is On on: February 25, 2020, 11:45:35 AM
Why was Wilder not standing steadily after the 1st round? Was it the punch to the ear? The skeptical me reckons that someone put something in his water hehehe. Tyson Fury was also shown very relaxed before the fight and appeared to already know something hehehehee.
The excuse Wilder is claiming right now is that the walk out dress he was wearing was weighing 40 pounds and that tired his leg and so is the reason he was not able to perform  Cheesy. After a defeat a fighter will come up with a thousand excuses to feed his ego and if they fight ten times again Fury is going to win all the time.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin boom or burst ? how to analyzed? on: February 25, 2020, 09:03:06 AM
Bitcoin is a volatile currency that could boom and burst depending on the market analysis of the graph that bitcoin is currently showing. It depends on different tools and such as MACD, RSI, and to determine whether bitcoin is already overbought or oversold.
How will you determine whether bitcoin is already over bought or over sold with these tools and how can you determine whether there will be a huge investment in a short period of time and manipulation by the whales or big financial investment firms. These tools will help to a certain extend and in the short period of time it will not help in any way but it can give you an assumption with a lot of data and give you an idea how the market will move in the long run.

11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: February 25, 2020, 07:43:53 AM
Fair enough, i agree with this argument that they should retain inform players. but that's the same formula which team management followed last time in case of KL Rahul > He scored runs in IPL > got promotion in ODI and T-20 Team as back up opener> scored century against Ireland in T-20 and voila Test spot got fixed in England's tour. So question is, they should repeat same mistake again or they should bet on any new batsman? They opted for new player Prithvi this time because of simple reason, IPL and T-20 format is not the criteria to select anyone in the Test format.
The reason i see is that KL Rahul is a good batsman with a really defense which is really important in the Test format as there are not much rules that are favoring the batsman and it will Test the skill of the batsman including his patience and from what i have seen from his game KL Rahul has a good defense as well as offense, Prithvi Shaw is a future prospect but i have not seen him play, form of a player is all about confidence and once you have that then you can play any format.

Indians are trolling Virat for his statements  Cheesy
IPL is the biggest test for him as he never lead his team well even with super stars and my bet is that Dhoni will make a statement by winning the tournament once again so that there will be an outcry to put him in the T20 World Cup team.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this time to Sell altcoins before BTC Halving on: February 25, 2020, 06:30:07 AM
I think that new coins can grow even in a bear market, and the top altcoins only in a bull market. But their growth can be said to be "guaranteed" - they are known to everyone and when new users come to crypto in the bull market, in any case they invest part of the money in top altcoins.
Do we still have new coins that are promising, i am not aware of those, the top alt coins will move up in a bull market but it is hard to imagine that we will be having a rally anytime soon in the alt coin market. Right now what we see is that the top alt coins move along the bitcoin market and that is my expectations that the top alts move along the bitcoin market.

I am not selling my alts nor any coins unless i achieve the target i am looking for. If bitcoin is going for a huge pump then usually people usually sell their alts to ride the rally but this time around it is a waiting game to see how the market will react.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Ethereum reach the 1400$ mark this year? on: February 24, 2020, 11:58:24 PM
I do not understand people who use words like "impossible" when we are talking about crypto currency. No price is impossible in this market and you should have learn that by now if you have been here long enough. Price of ethereum could be 80 dollars by the end of the year or 2000 dollars, all of them are technically possible. All it takes for it to be 80 dollars is a bad news or something bad happening and everyone fear that and start to sell which triggers a snow ball reaction of everyone else starting to sell and creating a FUD.
The reason is because many coins that came died off and the price of ETH had a huge rally when the ICO market was in full swing and we all know the present situation of the ICO market to expect such a huge momentum in the upward direction, either we need to consider it as a speculative coin for the price to rise that much if not they need to come up with a revolutionary business solution so that the investors starts pouring in money and if we are not seeing that then you cannot see a huge rally in ETH considering the price we have right now.

14  Economy / Speculation / Re: Halving Bitcoin price skyrocketed to $ 90,000. why not? on: February 24, 2020, 11:35:34 PM
Unfortunately, but it can be quite the opposite, because miners may state that mining costs are too high. This means that their earnings are too low to pay for upgrading mining rigs. This may result in the capitulation of mining farms and the mass sale of mined coins, which instead of increasing the price, may cause its decline and a total disaster on the market. Of course, this is the worst possible scenario, but it is still possible.
That is a real possibility if the miners are not able to get the benefit then they will be selling off the hardware if they are any buyers, if the hardcore mining farms are not able to earn a profit then who will be purchasing those junk hardware is the biggest question  Cheesy. But that can be a hypothetical situation but that still does not force them to sell of their coins all at once as they too can hedge for the future.  As for the crazy rally prediction, i am not buying those as it is not a  realistic price considering the scaling shortcomings we have.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The bitcoin halving to increase cryptocurrencies prices. on: February 24, 2020, 10:46:09 PM
And based on history, the price of bitcoin will pump several times after halving. This is what crypto enthusiasts have been waiting for. Cryptocurrency is full of things that are unthinkable, so it's not certain that history will break. But it doesn't hurt to be involved. Do the best analysis to get the timing. My hope is simple, I hope this time BTC will also have a positive effect on all sectors, including altcoin and bounty, as well as other investments.
Historically we used to see the price of bitcoin rally multiple times after halving but we have to remember that those were the initial period and now i think the market has matured, i am expecting a rally this time around too considering the same facts the OP mentioned as the supply is reducing but i am not expecting a huge rally like we used to see in the past.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wilder vs. Fury II: The Rematch is On on: February 24, 2020, 10:14:19 PM
They're both big and strong, Fury is probably weaker than Joshua overall though.
What do you mean by weak, not having a body building kind of body Tongue, i bet Tyson Fury will win against Joshua simply because of his boxing skills and the confidence of an undefeated fighter and he always rises to the occasion.

However, the size and reach difference should be enough to compensate for that, plus Fury has a chin sculpted out of granite.
There is no doubt about his chin and he took the hardest punch of Wilder where no one was able to do and went into aggression mode after that.

I think if AJ and Fury went toe to toe, Fury would probably know him out. After all, AJ goes KO'd savagely by Ruiz, there's no way that midget would do the same to Fury.
There is no point in having a fight between Ruiz and Fury but Joshua is the next big fight for Fury and once he unifies all the belt i am sure he will retire from boxing as he achieved everything he started and will reach a legend status that no one achieved.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: February 24, 2020, 09:39:26 PM
It seems like the Ahmedabad cricket stadium (which is the world's largest cricket stadium) has been inaugurated by Trump today.
Any idea when we're going to see that ground in action?
So Trump is in India and i have seen the videos of the worlds biggest stadium been constructed and good to hear that it is already completed and what i heard is that the stadium can accommodate over hundred thousand people which is really really huge by any standard and hope the ground is bigger as well and when they are planning to play the inaugural match as i would like to see whether they can fill a stadium this huge.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Simpsons talks about Cryptocurrency on: February 24, 2020, 09:03:40 PM
It's amazing that cryptocurrency is also being shown in an episode of The Simpsons. I remembered that they have also mentioned Bitcoin before in an episode, I just forget what episode. But what's more, fun is that we're aware that there are times where The Simpsons predicted the future.
I am sure this is a recent video and so is the reason you will these reference and it is not about predicting the future, as already mentioned comedy works in relation with the recent global events and hence the top financial topic is cryptocurrency and hence it is mentioned in an episode.

The last line got my attention because it says "we know who Satoshi is, but we're not telling." I don't know whether to believe this or not because it's just a mere cartoon but this part is really interesting.
You need to watch comedy to understand the real comic behind these words Grin. It is simply the writer taking a dig at the hunt for Satoshi.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wilder vs. Fury II: The Rematch is On on: February 24, 2020, 07:51:03 PM
What we need to see now is a unification bout between Fury & Joshua. Wilder was outclassed so a trilogy fight between him & Fury is of no interest to me.
That is the next fight to make Joshua and Fury could break many records and it will be the biggest fight in terms of revenue rather than a trilogy with Wilder as Fury defeated Wilder in the first fight as he won most of the rounds even though the judges called it a draw we all knew what was the real result and Fury came out and performed exactly what he said he is going to do in the fight before the fight and everyone laughed at him and he executed exactly what he said and there is nothing else to prove with a fight against Wilder and i am sure the Wilder team will advice him not to revoke the rematch clause within 30 days.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: February 24, 2020, 05:52:13 PM
Okay Rahul name popping so.. We should not forget that management already tried him as test opener in South Africa, England and Australia and he was part of the team for 2 long years. he failed miserably there except one occasion where he made a hundred (England) in losing cause after 8 inning or so. this 100 saved him despite it was not very important inning in the match situation. then his bad form continue in Australia that's where Mayank got the Test cap and Rahul got kicked.
You have to take into consideration about the form of a player, KL Rahul was in good in this tour and they should retain players who are in good form rather than experimenting too much even when their regular opener Rohit Sharma is injured, even in the limited overs KL Rahul did not have a designated position and he was a floater and still scoring runs.

The Indian bowlers were rusty except Ishant Sharma and the series depends upon how the Indian batsman could rebound from this loss and start scoring some runs and if that happens then they have the bowlers to defend the score.
