641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of meme coins like dogecoin, dogebnb, shib, etc. on: September 25, 2021, 07:47:51 PM
~
You have ETH? There are a billion other projects that requires you to use ETH as transaction fee, same with BNB, now it will be same for ada, dot, matic, sol and many others. Long story short all others have a reason to buy it, what is the reason to buy Doge? Just hopes of making a profit and that's it.
If you come up with the same logic, then what is the point in purchasing, Bitcoin, Litecoin as there are no other projects created on top of it  Tongue.
The reason Dogecoin is getting all the hype is simply because it is a hype market and majority cannot understand why other coins are moving higher even if we talk about looking at them a store of value and the meme part is taking over the market when someone trolls the rest of the market. Another aspect is that, Dogecoin is the only meme coin that is accepted in majority of the cryptocurrency based casinos.

I have no idea about the rest of the meme coins in the market as i am not following their development and the only reason for them to pop up is because the price of Dogecoin rallied.

I thought RR would win today. But they lost 2 wickets for 6 runs in just 1.1 overs. At the end of 7 overs, RR's collection is 28/3. They need 127 runs from 78 balls. It is not possible to predict the outcome of the match.
Even i was expecting Rajasthan Royals to win the match but they already lost 5 wickets and as long as Sanju Samson is in the crease they have the opportunity to win the match as he can strike the ball well and his captaincy was the reason they won the last match and even though their asking rate is 19 runs per over.

Damn another wicket is gone, now it is an impossible task as he cannot bat without anyone supporting on the other side.

The way CSK has been performing in this season of IPL I feel they will take the cup this time. This might be the last IPL of Dhoni and he as well as the team are performing very good. Last season they struggled a lot.
If Chennai super kings wins this edition of the IPL, i think this will be a fitting end for Mahendra Singh Dhoni and he will be retiring from cricket for good. If there was no pandemic i expected him to be in the team and the team giving him a grand send off but now he is in the IPL and he is the most successful captain for India and he needs a fitting end to his career and hopefully we could see some great innings in this edition for MSD.

I remember the terrorist incident at Christchurch. 51 people died and a few of the Bangladesh players narrowly escaped from getting shot at. But the difference here is that the Bangladesh government decided that it is safe to continue with the tour and conveyed the message to the BCB. In case of New Zealand team in Pakistan, it was different. The directive came from the New Zealand government to abandon the tour, and CNZ just followed the order. So these two incidents are not directly comparable.
If the Bangladesh government or the Bangladesh cricket board thought that and made a decision that it is not safe for Bangladesh players to play the series when there was an attack in New Zealand they could have called the team home but they never did. If New Zealand government and their cricket board feels that there is a threat to the team, then they can call the team home and that is what they have done.

Diaz vs Lawler fight will show not who is the best striker, wrestler, well prepared, but who is just in a better shape.

Nick Diaz record shows that it is hard to knock him out; Lawler is a perfect striker. This weekend will see how one veteran beats crap out of another. It will be hard to watch, as I predict that Nick will eat all punches Lawler throw.
I am expecting the fight to go to a decision unless Nick Diaz comes up with a submission move and surprises Robbie Lawler. The problem is that Nick Diaz is not fighting from 2015 and his last win was in 2011 and i must be dreaming to see someone like that to win after 10 years and the last win for Robbie Lawler was in 2017 and that too against Donald Cerrone who was moving up in weight. My pick will be Robbie Lawler because he was facing high quality opponents while Nick Diaz was retired even though it was not official.
646  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant on: September 23, 2021, 11:52:12 PM

The drama made it more appealing to the media, it doesn't even matter whether whose fault that was I just wanna bet. Caleb seems confident but I can't see him winning when Canelo is still a very young man as he is. You can tell how fast the response to hit back after a slap to his face.
Everyone in social media is now talking about the face off event and how crisp and sharp Canelo Alvarez looked and that push was fun to watch as Caleb Plant did not expect that coming and then the shots that were landed looked good and if Canelo Alvarez can land easily against Caleb Plant then he will be able to hit him in the fight as well without much effort and that is what the talk is all about in social media and it has hyped up the event Grin.

Yup..  Always put your money in the more active guy.  How many years was Nick Diaz in the sidelines..  And when was his last win?  Around 10 years ago?  That’s a long time.  But I’m skipping it from s betting perspective.  I’ll just get my popcorn and soda and enjoy the match.
I do agree with you but i think this is going to be the last fight for Robbie Lawler as well so you cannot make a conclusive decision on how this fight will go but Robbie being active and a tough fighter he does have the chance to win, the amount of time Nick Diaz was in the sidelines because they were flagged for smoking marijuana is the main reason he was not interested in returning to fight even though they relaxed the weed rule Grin.

The ICC is now only for weaker boards. The ICC continues to exert its influence on weak and financially poor boards. On the other hand, the big cricket boards are always doing what they want. They are not accountable to the ICC. Thus the Cricket Council will not be able to maintain its reputation for very long. The ICC must be aware of its responsibilities and fulfill its responsibilities properly.
What do you expect differently, do you think they can move against any cricket board that are funding them. What can the ICC do in situation like this, ban the board that are giving them the most funds and hence they can cut down on the funding to all the small cricket boards, are you happy if there is a situation like this or do you think they can do in situations like these.

I have seen in the news of several news channels that Pakistan has canceled the series due to ECB security issues. I understood which was true news and which was a rumor. But as far as I know, the coronavirus situation in Pakistan is now stable. Canceling the series for coronavirus does not seem reasonable.
Do not claim that the ECB cancellation was huge surprise, the cancellation was inevitable and i posted about that in my previous post. The reason they find may be unacceptable and i am yet to watch their official report about the cancellation of the tour. Whatever it may be i knew the tour to Pakistan by any other team including ECB Australia and even South Africa will not happen anytime soon.
650  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Impact of underage gambling? on: September 21, 2021, 08:45:11 PM
What is the best age a kid should get involve in online crypto gambling and what is your recommendation for that?
The minimum age for drinking is 21 years in my country and that is what the minimum age should be for gambling. With the advancement of technology anyone could gamble in the comfort of their home without verifying the age for some of the new gambling sites and i think they should verify the age of everyone who are gambling in their platform. I never liked KYC but when you are faced with a situation where under aged users are gambling then it is a bigger problem than i think it was.
651  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: More women addicting problem in UK on: September 21, 2021, 07:59:09 PM
I never thought that women could have an addiction as men, but as humans, they see gamble as an opportunity to make money in this pandemic.
Why the gender disparity in addiction, both gender can consider gambling as an opportunity to make money, if not why would anyone spend money and still keep on doing even if they loose money. The thought process is always to recover the lost money irrespective of gender. I am surprised that you think women is different specious Roll Eyes. I am not surprised with the situation as people would do anything to make money and the pandemic is really tough on majority of individuals and they would go to any lengths to make money.

There was no problem on the pitch. Good enough pitch and it's a batting-friendly pitch. Kolkata batsmen Gill and Iyer batted very well and their striker rates were 141.18 and 152.75 respectively. If there was any problem on the pitch, they would not be able to bat with such a good striker rate.
May be there was a demon when batting first  Grin, who knows what was going on, RCB once again showed that they are not a good team even if they have all the decorated players in their team and i am not surprised with some of the performances as they are not playing competitive cricket for a long time and full credits to Kolkata Knight Riders spinners especially Varun Chakravarthy.

Ok, but Adesanya was first and foremost not dominated in the wrestling department when he moved up to LHW. He was dominated by Jan's disregard for his power, Jan's tactics and Izzy not having that range he works off within his category. Secondly, Phil Davies is actually an amazing wrestler and the way he implements it into MMA is outstanding, so I am not really banking on Yoel here.
Jan Błachowicz dominated Israel Adesanya in wrestling and he was able to dominate him and then the range was another problem in their fight and Israel Adesanya took a challenge and he failed and there is nothing wrong in it. But your prediction about Yoel Romero was right because i had no idea about Phil Davis dominating him in wrestling but in the fight he was able to and won the fight even though it was a close fight.
654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana was down for several hours on: September 20, 2021, 07:15:08 PM
It appears the new flying superstars of the cryptospace has landed on the ground with a few wounds and scratches hehehe. This might not greatly affect the Solana ecosystem market, however, this is a red mark on their report card. According to Solana Status, the network is being manually restarted and presently has 42% of the validators online. Solana blockchain requires 80%.
The wounds are serious but they are holding up in valuation because even when the market corrected a lot in the overall market Solana went down 17% and during a outrage like that the market should crash usually but it is still holding up in valuation which is strange. I am not following their development but this was one of the hottest coins in the market for weeks.

I wouldnt be surprised if we see a market for those in 20 years, at least that is how i cheer myself up when i see my wallets Cheesy
You can cheer yourself all you want, just think about your situation and decide whether you will be purchasing something that does not makes any sense thinking that it is collectibles. You need to find someone who is talented enough to sell that kind of bullshit pitch so that you can find someone that could fall for these shit coins Tongue . No one in the right sense would purchase them and that is what i am saying.
656  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe BTC can be attacked? on: September 20, 2021, 03:20:10 PM
I just remembered the poly network heist, one of the biggest heist in the history.
If the code was vulnerable you would have heard about Bitcoin getting breached and we never heard about that and will never hear about that, it is the most secure system out there and there is no way anyone could hack the system. You loose the coins only when you are not careful about storing your coins and when you are investing in cryptocurrency you need to learn the basic of holding the coins and how to secure your system and if you can do that everything is safe.
657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: End of bull run so we sell everything? on: September 19, 2021, 11:28:57 PM
very appropriate advice and can be done because we don't know the next development, even though XRP has many problems but everything can be resolved well and starting to recover to be able to move will increase one day if there is a chance.
so still don't hesitate to be able to hold and invest your funds in XRP because all the end of the year will experience an increase.
You need to think twice when you advice someone about XRP, it is a centralized coin and the number of coins in circulation is so huge and the number of legal issues they are facing and the number of business partners they had is reduced by a huge margin after the legal issues. So i would think twice before investing in XRP and there are several other coins in the market which has the potential to grow.
658  Economy / Speculation / Re: The arrival of new people in the world of cryptocurrency is really fun on: September 19, 2021, 10:23:59 PM
It's not always fun and games when newcomers arrive, however. Remember that there are people who would try to one-up on everyone without sufficient knowledge about the stuff that revolves round bitcoin, there's also the possibility of FUD having stronger effects since the amount of newcomers in the market increases dramatically with each ATH. There has to be a counterbalance to this, otherwise we'll be overrun by newbies that would panic at the sight of a small dump.
It is inevitable to see many crying about their losses whenever there is a correction and there is not going to be any different this time as well. The problem is that majority that are new to the market might be involved in other financial market and they have not seen any correction like we used to see in the cryptocurrency market and when they see them for the first time i am sure they will panic. I did panic when i saw the correction back in 2013 and so does everyone after that when they see the correction for the first time Wink.

Please don't spread rumours as we have nothing serious with this all because we know all about this what's going on mostly few peoples spreading matters about this series on social media otherwise nothing serious happening, but PCB Chairman is going to talk about this in ICC meeting which is also creating just some noise nothing else because we know all top 4 boards against us, so we have to continue here with this all for some time.
Looks like you forgot the reason why cricket was not played in Pakistan for over a decade, Sri Lankan players were attacked in 2009 when the players were approaching the stadium and the terrorist were targeting the bus they were travelling and many of the players were injured and in another firing one of the umpires were shot and these are not rumors but what really happened and this is not the first time New Zealand cancelling a tour in Pakistan, back in 2002 they packed their bags and went home when there was a bomb blast near their hotel.

A few days more and we will see whether England will tour Pakistan under these circumstances.

660  Economy / Speculation / Re: Dream Bitcoin 100k on: September 19, 2021, 08:22:10 PM
Hopefully this will happen, may not be this year, could be early next who knows,  although btc looks more capable each day to reach that goal, as much as the price occasionally dips btc always fight to get back up, I will be the most happiest to see btc at that price because alts will equally do well.
So you are banking on the Bitcoin price to rise so that the altcoins you are rising will also rise along with it  Cheesy. I will not point figures at you regarding this as majority are in the market thinking about this aspect. I am also holding a few alts that i expect could reap me a huge profit and then i am holding Bitcoin as well and if it reaches hundred thousand or anywhere near it i might book everything and wait for the correction  Cheesy.
