In which currency do you have PSC available? I was looking for one close to 10 USD PaySafeCard in exchange for equivalent amount of BTC.
Please let me know if you are interested. Willing to use an escrow but please keep in mind that PaySafeCards have a 2 IP Address Balance Check limit, after which the card is blocked.

Btw, I wanted to ask, are PaySafeCards restricted based on IP of the country too?

Escrow will only add another layer of ... hmm ... 'a problem' to the trade.. As even he could spend the money on the PaySafeCard.
I'll mostly be looking for a reputed seller as I'll be the first one to send the money.
