you didn't conduct proper due diligence or were actually part of the scam! the truth will be known are you saying he is part of the scam? i have no idea...this whole thing is very convoluted ! :\ i'd not be surprised at this point.. Ryan Kennedy comes across like such a sociopath that it would fit perfectly into the picture!!!! only time will tell IMHO, glancing at your ratings on this forum, it does make a special kind of sense of the 'pot calling the kettle black'. Then again, years of observation of a criminal element, 20+ years in blood money cash cow mob town S. Tahoe, there is no observed honor amongst thieves. Shall I continue? Maybe I should buy stock in duct tape? On a GSXR, Oregon is within hours of reach, and I do tend to enjoy running into those that won't be missed, seems there might be a rise in sales for duct tape? Am I just thinking out loud? tape yourself to a tree it will be a safer move imo ... vlad is not that bad a character! chill out

I think you are coming to precipitate conclusions
I had to google that: adjective prəˈsipədət/ 1. done, made, or acting suddenly or without careful consideration. "I must apologize for my staff—their actions were precipitate" synonyms: hasty, overhasty, rash, hurried, rushed;
So I'm not sure what conclusion you think was hasty, but you may be missing some context - J3 is just the latest reincarnation of an old forum troll who has many times accused me of being a scammer. He doesn't seem able to conceive of someone being presented with the chance to steal and not taking it. I feel that this reflects much more on his character than on mine. you are a such a troll >> the only person who "knows" me is your mom !!! http://dictionary.law.com/Default.aspx?selected=1153libel is a crime.. i won't take you to court though. >>you obviously are trying to cover your tracks...imo you need to be made an example of!!! jmho

...no? They supposedly recovered 200 000 coins, 650 000 coins are missing. So unless you for some reason are very high up on the list of creditors, them coins are gone. Kraken is not going to empty their stash for Gox customers. Partly wishful thinking... some of the victims desperately want those bitcoins to be returned as bitcoin, and Kraken obviously wants that too (and force all victime to open an account with them). But there is no decision yet. AFAIK the law requires all refunds to be in yen. Kobayashi said that he will look into it, and that has been "translated" into "will do". ;B^)

(personal attack by OP )
so yeah i think we may need to pull SYS off the exchange .. the legal stuff Bill is not too happy about! DON'T KILL THE MESSENGER!!!!Totally agree. Coin devs should be a bit more thick skinned. I get attacked all the time and I do my best to talk to people. I have made good friends of some of my biggest detractors - guys like Spoetnik. It says a lot about a dev. Maybe OP is just having a bad day. Always willing to give the benefit of the doubt. Cheers! no it's interesting how eager they are to censor one of their biggest supporters.. i have peeps asking me questions so i'm doing my best to wrap my head around this one... #OT i wonder what ever happened to our old buddie?>> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=102608i kind of miss him!!! LMFAO

- He is afraid of beeing found when he spends one satoshi - He forgot his wallet passwords - The harddisk with the wallets crashed - He is dead
(Most likely in that order)
I think he would have more than one harddisk with the wallets. He's either dead or not deleted the keys, if he was going to spend the coins he would have already. it would have made sense to give Gavin a backup? lol .. who knows

Is Bitchick still in India? She has the right idea. We should all be volunteering in India, Africa, and other poor areas of the world and teaching them how to set up bitcoin wallets on their home personal computers.
are you trolling From what I recall she was out on a help/charity mission there. As for the idea you're talking about; I find it splendid. Actually, what's missing is the way to explain to average people, how they'll be able to use bitcoin in those countries. If you (or anyone) have any good ideas that you could use to explain to them what bitcoin is and how they would set up a wallet, that would be awesome. Please avoid word like "random matrix" or "cryptography" they will turn around and run... The majority people in underdeveloped (poor nations) do not have running water or electricity let alone a computer in the home this is why they are called underdeveloped or poor. I am back from India. I returned a couple weeks ago. I have been avoiding the boards because I am a bit depressed. Husband sold some coins while I was gone. I guess while the wife is away . . . Sigh. We really needed to pay some bills though so I wasn't here to argue with him. I am the one with the worst hodling addiction. We still have plenty of coins so please don't cry any tears for us. I am actually glad my Bitcoin addiction has lessened. There are far more important things in the world. I know, it is hard to believe! That said, I totally see a need for Bitcoin in India. Cell phones are everywhere but there are no easy ways, or even the ability for most people in villages there to pay for anything without using rupees. Most little stores only take cash. If they could transfer Bitcoin easily from cell phone to cell phone it would open up so many doors for ease of payment! I so wished that they already took BTC. It was really hard finding the exact change when a local guy came to the house we were staying at to sell us some Indian sarees (we were supposed to dress like the people there out of respect.) It was very difficult to pay him and I found myself dreaming of BTC. I mentioned BTC to the head of Harvest India. He was interested/intrigued but not really ready to do anything about it yet. I am hoping once BTC takes off again, and if husband hasn't sold all the coins by then (half way joking) we can encourage him to take BTC with the promise of a generous donation if they do so. I really think it is just a matter of time before Bitcoin takes off in these places. It will have a slow start but once the ball starts rolling it will be countries like India where it will revolutionize how payments are made, IMHO. i've been in preliminary talks with players in Mumbai ..maybe we can get the ball rollin' here soon?

0.00000465 was the early bird ICO price, and 0.00000515 was the ICO price
(I think)
That's it, 500 Satoshi? That's not nearly as big of a loss as some other ICO coins I have seen. Well, hopefully the SYS devs plan to cut back the massive inflation and dilution soon. It would be a big help when demand picks up. aye bud, last night the team said something like 350million OC ... two Billion does seem out of hand :\
