But why is the balance that remained in these providers still not received? the rest of the balance was returned (as promised, they did it in a couple of days), but the settlement of open rates was not made, although the last rates were on September 13 (today is already September 18)
I would like to have a comment from the representative. They promise me every day that everything will be done soon, but I wait almost a week

They refunded all pending bets after they announced that the eSports section would be closed - in my case, all bets for matches after approximately 21:00 GMT+2 Sept 8 were refunded. I asked the staff to give me a breakdown of all my bets settlement from TF Gaming for September 8, which they could provide. Maybe you should ask for this as well.
Do you know any other providers that have TF Gaming and are open to Europeans or worldwide audiences? I could not find ANY sportsbook that offers them but I would gladly move ALL my sports betting there.
