i just wanted to warn the players on this forum that use this SportsBook that, they are most likely cheating.
I've been using them since the first day they posted on this forum, loved the livestreams, live betting etc and have not had a single issue (betting on real sports) UNTIL today.
While I was live betting on Mortal Kombat X (duration of the matches) I ran into an issue with a bet.
I was betting around 10-30mBTC per round but after losing a few in a row I placed a 100mBTC bet on round 8 for round duration to be under 21.5s (round lasted 19 seconds)
I got excited and refreshed my balance, I saw that I got paid and proceeded to place another bet (smaller one since I won the big one)...
this is when it gets tricky, AFTER placing the small one I see my balance again and is reflecting a balance that is missing the 201mBTC that I had just won in the previous round.
So I go to support as I will SHOW in the log down bellow and request them to check the bet and if they could show me a replay of that round, I was watching it live and wanted to know why it had changed to a LOSS.
i get directed to watch the replay, I watch it twice and and go back to seeing the betslip, now reflecting to be over 21.5 seconds which it would be a loss because that round lasted more than that... so in all that confusion I thought ok maybe I did bet the over somehow it's only 100mBT no big deal. MY MISTAKE
I keep playing another while same game same type of bets and out of frustration went all in and lost, took some time to cool off and came back again hours later...
Now, let me tell you I'm gambling but I'm also having fun watching one of my favorite games of all time and winning some losing some....
So I'm doing my usual 10-30mBTC bet for a couple hours on this game while I'm awaiting for soccer games to start etc which is the sport that I bet on 99% of the time and never had an issue....
and i see a match about to start ina few mins, Match was Kotal Khan vs Sub-Zero.. and I see that the spread for the round duration is 21.5 seconds over/under
and I thought wow after watching the game for hours this seems like a very valuable bet I mean, I been tracking most of these rounds end earlier than that so I go for a "bigger than usual bet"
under 21.5 seconds at -111 I bet 110 <<<<--------BEFORE THE MATCH STARTED, NOT A SINGLE ROUND HAD BEEN PLAYED YET.
I Watch the round, BOOM! ends in 19 seconds with a fatality nice... *refreshes balance...* nothing... go back to bet history, check... still pending but I know I won so I go back to small betting on the next round.
Tried to refresh balance again and again and again second round already about to end and that bigger than usual bet is STILL PENDING whats going on... I'm getting this dejavu feeeling.
I go to the support requesting assitance with this matter
and they tell me that bet was placed for the 2 round of the game (which is a bet that is not offered in this game if the match HAS NOT EVEN STARTED YET.)
I asked them to double check etc as it will be shown in the log and all I was told was to pay more attention.
To me, my claim is that they cheated me, in the second time 100% sure and positive about this in front of my own eyes, they couldn't get me with the under or over this time they got me with the ROUND number.
110mBTC and support wouldn't even escalate the issue to a higher up as requested nor take the time to double check anything, "she" only looked at the round number and the round duration that was in the betslip after I caught what was going on.
I still had over 600mBTC in the account but after that decided to withdraw for good and never go back to the site.
Is not even about the money, because I'm a frequent losing player on all 3 sportsbook that I bet on (Nitro, Sportsbet, directbet) and never had an issue like this.
Is abut the act, the shady stuff that you are doing on those type of bets, thats HORRIBLE you cheated me 1xbit.com for total of 210mBTC, have them as a christmass gift and may karma say hi back to you for this.
For all other players out there, yes the sportsbook they have is by far lightyears away TECHNOLOGICALLY speaking from the rest of the sportsbook that we have here to play with bitcoins but THEY ARE PROBABLY CHEATERS
