Thats a great photo!

We actually had new dies made for the gold and silver coins as to not cause any contamination.

I posted to have people check our profile for our email.  I would rather not post it for spambot purposes.

Good to hear, your pictures are top notch so I know we will be represented well!

I wonder if our website was listed on one of our pages, if so do you think we should list our email instead since our site is (at least temporarily) shut down?

Will you still be releasing this later in a pdf book format?  I think its all I will be able to afford lol.

I was hoping we could keep the store active until the Physical Bitcoin Encyclopedia https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1022071.0 got published as we will be in it (hopefully we still will) as I was thinking it would be a big boost for traffic and sales.

Ideally if we could get some large orders moved (I'm looking at companies that revolve around bitcoin and crypto currencies in general as employee give-aways) we would then have the income for a second product.  Something designed by the community that they would want to purchase and maybe do a small run of those.

Hello Everyone!  We are still in business as in we still have lots of coins we need to sell  Undecided

We had to take our online store down as the monthly sales were too low to be profitable.  We are thinking of other ways to sell them to reduce our overhead.  If anyone has any good ideas other than taking PMs here please let us know.

If you would like to purchase coins please check our profile and you will find our email address.  Just shoot us an email and we will get you squared away.

We currently have ~450 Alloy Vault Coins available.

Singles: Bitcoin Equivalent of $10.00USD +Shipping(worldwide)

10 Stack: Bitcoin Equivalent of $75.00USD +Shipping(worldwide)

50 Stack: Bitcoin Equivalent of $300.00USD Free Shipping(worldwide)

100 Stack: Bitcoin Equivalent of $500.00USD Free Shipping(worldwide)

I definitely think the guy that tried to scam everyone definitely took the wind out of our sales, as well as our startjoin campaign.

If we could some how manage to sell all of these we would have enough to make another run (and possibly make some design changes), but I just don't think the market is ready yet.  Either consumers don't want to spend BTC for purchases, they think their coins are safe where they are, or our product simply doesn't interest them.

With the fall of yet another exchange, and hard drive failures around every corner you really need to be securing your digital currencies the old fashioned way.

This may be a long shot, but has anyone had one of our coins graded?  If so how did it fare?

Also, does anyone have any suggestions or comments on our products or service going into the new year?  We strive to give our customers what they want!

Thanks!

I wonder where would be a great place to store the color key?  If only there was a small metal device i could secure it too  Wink

Yes, defiantly able to be brute forced if any anyone used an online pic.

Not sure how much change is required in the original picture to cause a change in pixel color to the 8x8.  I guess it depends on the size of the original.

This definitely wasn't meant for people to go put all their bitcoins on, more of a proof of concept.

Do any retailers sell this here in the us?
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Use any picture to create a Bitcoin wallet on: November 04, 2015, 03:40:29 AM
Yeah, I have it working.  Tried to recreate using the same image and came up with the same 8x8 16 color image.  You just have to be careful and take your time when matching the colors in the image to the colors on the key.  And also be careful when entering the finished hex sequence into bitaddress.org so you dont have any typos.

Was thinking the other night about odd or interesting ways to generate keys and came up with this idea:
https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/3re0au/use_any_picture_as_your_bitcoin_wallet_in_a_few/

Here is a sample of what one looks like after the conversion.  Its a pretty popular bitcoin google search image.

What do you guys think?
