1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] Signature campaign - Free TON - Proof-of-Stake Blockchain Network on: October 19, 2020, 07:41:17 PM
Dear participants!

Please note that the campaign has been extended for another 4 weeks.

The rules have been changed.

According to the new rules, participants were selected to participate in the second week - see the spreadsheet!

Changes to the rules do not affect the receipt of rewards for the first week. All rewards will be calculated as soon as possible, payment will be made within two weeks.

Do not remove the signature yet, there will be a notification about this!

I noticed that you should have 7 full members, but there are only 3 people on the spreadsheet. Have you left space for new registrations or do those you didn't choose earlier still have a chance to get into this list?
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where can I sell ERC20 coins? on: October 18, 2020, 01:58:17 PM
It depends on which coin you have. But you can try Dexes based on ethereum. Also you can check your token on listing website like coinmarketcap or coingecko. If you see your erc20 listed on any good centralised exchange you can go with that too. But if you are don't know all about these things then you could watg these things first and then go for sell or something.
It's always better to give some time rather than lose your portfolio for not having proper knowledge. That's it.

Now you need to look at tokens at the smart contract address on decentralized exchanges. It happens that on decentralized exchanges, a token can already be successfully traded for several months before it is added to centralized exchanges, and even more so to sites like coinmarketcap.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to call the people into crypto on: October 18, 2020, 01:37:45 PM
Calling people to get involved with crypto is good. In such a way they can learn about crypto and trying to educate them earning from crypto. This is a good help for them especially now that we are in a pandemic situation which is lots of people all over the world lose their jobs. Crypto might help them to survive in terms of financial needs, but let's not hype them by just introducing about Defi and invest in it.

It is not only necessary to encourage people to invest in cryptocurrencies, but also to tell them about them and teach them how to use them correctly. It is also important to warn about risks. Because the risks are really high, and the less knowledge and skills a person has in cryptocurrencies, the greater the risks for them to lose their money.

Often times I get inboxes from people who offer investments with the promise of lucrative returns. Indeed, we should not be easily tempted because it is almost certain that it is a scam method and we should just ignore messages like that, because if this is true, I think the owner of the system does not want to share his secrets with others

Most likely, scammers get your mailbox from the bounty tables of projects where you participate. I have a separate mailbox for bounty projects and other projects, where it is likely that it will be published in the public domain. This helps me protect myself from spam and offers from various scammers.
I ignored them when I never remembered that I attended any of their mailbox specially when it comes to investing just to get their airdrops worth of 1000 dollars. Those who inbox us that seem to be stranger should not be entertained unless you will be compromised when you open the link that they gave to you. Some of the messages can be a malware or phishing site and it might direct you to unknown resources. It might cause your accounts compromised and easily open access to hackers.

I also ignore spam and understand why people write to me with their interesting suggestions. I always delete such emails immediately without reading them. I have heard that sometimes even opening such an email can get a virus on your computer, and when you click on the link specified in the email, you expose yourself to the danger of being infected.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which wallet do you think is the best? on: October 17, 2020, 08:16:58 PM
I love the Binance Trust wallet. Open source, nice design, easy to use interface, the ability to connect and create multiple wallets, constant product development and support.
In addition, as far as I remember, the Trust wallet has never reported any cases of hacking, which is very good for the reputation of this product. For me, this wallet is number 1.

If there were no reports of a wallet being hacked, this does not mean that the wallet is highly secure. It's possible that people don't use this wallet EN masse. Therefore, hackers were not interested in developing ways to hack the wallet.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to call the people into crypto on: October 17, 2020, 08:00:20 PM
I believe that today there is such a political and economic situation in the world that even the most rigid and conservative governments will have no choice but to accept and realize the superiority of cryptocurrency over fiat funds. Therefore, I believe that even in the most totalitarian countries, at the sight of the global depreciation of national currencies, they will seek salvation thanks to the cryptocurrency, and every person will choose, for example, bitcoin, I will be saved from inflation.

Bitcoin is a too young coin that has not yet managed to prove its reliability and resistance to global crises to the whole world. If in the future there will be situations when bitcoin saves people from big losses due to the fall in the price of some currencies, then confidence in bitcoin will grow very much.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where can I sell ERC20 coins? on: October 16, 2020, 08:02:09 PM
I don’t understand what’s happening with ethereum because the gas fee is so high , That is the issue, I need more gas to send the coins I need to sell on different trades. That is the reason I inquire as to whether there are trades like etherdelta where I can sell the coins I have without gas, simply need the private keys.

Without paying commissions, you can only sell coins on centralized exchanges. However, in order to deposit your coins to a centralized exchange, you will need to pay a commission. I remember a time when gas cost 2-5 Gwei. These were the best times for transactions on the Ethereum network.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What’s next for Libra? on: October 16, 2020, 07:46:39 PM
When it launched, many people followed libra because it was handled by famous inventor of facebook, Mark Zuckerberg. As a matter of fact, there were speculations said that it will surpass bitcoin`s popularity. However, as of now libra hasn`t yet establish its name in crypto world even it has a lot of supporters. I have no news talk about it also but I am sure that one day Libra will join the crypto world as Mark Zuckerberg is a great influencer specially when he use the social media.

At the moment, we can only suppose what the consequences might be after the launch of the Libra project. I believe that if the project could be launched, the audience of cryptocurrencies would seriously increase. People would buy Libra to pay for Facebook services, and they might be interested in learning what other cryptocurrencies exist.

I use different wallets for different purposes. I don't like multi-currency wallets because I don't like to keep all my eggs in one basket. I use Electrum for bitcoin and MetaMask for Ethereum and its tokens. I also sometimes use MEW. First of all, ease of use and security are important to me.
If you are talking about Myetherwallet app then I can't support you. I tried to move from the MEW website to apps but for that it was a very bad experience. I use Coinbase for BTC holding and Ethereum websites. New currency is involved in the cryptocurrency everyday, how many wallet will you use? One day you will lose your wallet or forget the password.

I use the web app of the MEW. I don't need to install the program on my phone or computer. You say that I can forget the password from my wallets, but this can't happen, because I write all my passwords in several places. But if hackers break into my one wallet, they won't steal all the coins I have.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where can I sell ERC20 coins? on: October 15, 2020, 07:58:48 PM
many services for selling ERC20 tokens in ancient times etheredelta was the main center but for now renamed to forkdelta other than that it can be sold on idex or large markets depending on the coin it can list Where, but if you have tried everything and the ERC20 coin you have no interest at all
means that the coin cannot be sold and is only a display in your wallet

Etheredelta has not been renamed. The owner of the exchange sold it to Chinese companies and, in parallel, it has launched a new exchange Forkdelta. They even had the same order books for a while. Now both of these exchanges are almost dead. At the moment the best solution for trade tokens is exchange Uniswap.

Trust wallets can be said to be safe in my opinion, because most people also use trust wallets as their wallets. more simple, safe and easy to use.
now it depends what we want to wear myetherwallet is also good
i am used it too mate, in my opinion trust wallet have many good feature as cryptocurrency wallet to store our assets. based on my experience while sending token , trust wallet faster than using metamask or my crypto. default gas fee that automaticly set will help us .

I use different wallets for different purposes. I don't like multi-currency wallets because I don't like to keep all my eggs in one basket. I use Electrum for bitcoin and MetaMask for Ethereum and its tokens. I also sometimes use MEW. First of all, ease of use and security are important to me.
you must becarefull when accessing wallet using metamask , i heard many case about wallet hacking that caused by metamask, even my close friend be the victim of metamask hacking.

I also heard about several cases and all the hacks were the fault of the owners of wallets, because they opened unverified phishing sites in the browser where the metamask is installed.

I think you use too many wallets and will have a very high risk when you forget to access your wallet, maybe you can use a trust wallet which in my opinion can replace all the wallets you are currently using.

I am an adult and know how to store important information necessary to access my wallets. I also duplicate it and keep backups on removable hard drives.

Just like what the tittle say Where can I sell ERC20 coins? like etherdelta back on the days. It's been years since I last sell some coins so I forgot the sites where I sold them. Just want to ask if there are still good sites to sell ERC20 coins like etherdelta. TIA

Everything first of all depends on what kind of coins you have. Different coins are placed on different exchanges. First of all, you need to look at the https://coinmarketcap.com/ site by the name of the token you are interested in. Can also search for the desired tokens on a decentralized exchange https://uniswap.org/.
Some tokens are not found by tokens search. I pushed smart-contract address to find project token like DEGO.
But as many say DEX is best way for ERC20 tokens.

That is why I pointed out a link to the most popular decentralized exchange, where you can trade tokens that are not yet available on centralized exchanges. You can search for and add tokens at the smart contract address. There are many instructions on how to do this on the Internet, I will not tell you in detail here.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What’s next for Libra? on: October 14, 2020, 09:49:59 PM
There is a serious obstacle to launching Libra in the form of the US securities Commission. They don't want crypto projects to replace banks. That is why they are fined and not allowed to implement such projects. Mark Zuckerberg has serious connections in the us Congress, he may be able to overcome all the obstacles, but this will not be done quickly.

zuckerberg will not be able to reach agreement with the congressmen
the influence of large American banks there is much stronger than the influence of Facebook
bankers do not want to give Facebook a powerful leverage
which, according to preliminary estimates, could be $ 5-10 billion in the first few years
bankers will not want to lose their influence, so Libra is doomed to failure.

Facebook is very important both for users and for special services that use Facebook to influence other countries and collect dossiers on the people they need. This is why Mark Zuckerberg's influence in government circles is great, and I am sure that he will achieve his goals.

20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust Active telegram Groups? on: September 27, 2020, 08:36:45 PM
Well to some extent I trust projects that have an active telegram group that always respond to it's members and answers their questions. But it is not an assurance some successful project  do not have an active telegram group while some scams have a very active group so the best thing is just to have adequate knowledge about a project before making an investment.

You don't need to pay attention to the activity of the project group in the telegram channel at all. Spend more time studying the main papers of the project and its team.
