422  Economy / Speculation / Re: The price is dropping, fine. But How much should it be worth? on: January 15, 2015, 03:29:09 AM
Measured by inflation and maintenance cost with an eye on google trends i'd say not more than 120$ .
At 120$ network still costs half a million dollars every day to pay miners. So i think that is maximum fair price. Everything above is overpriced.

425  Economy / Speculation / Re: The age of BULL begins....seek ye refuge in alms to the BULL! on: January 15, 2015, 03:11:16 AM
fake and gay

Karhu thread was more authentic - needs more practice

Bulls are too excited. Going to get dumped back. Why? Because you have some strong gravity going in this shitcoin. Always comes back down. Like a chicken can't fly. Wants to be an eagle but is only a chicken.

427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What cryptocurrency do you have the most faith in the long term? on: January 15, 2015, 02:27:03 AM
not bitcoin - everything else is under value
428  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bow to the traders and trollers, You MORON! on: January 15, 2015, 01:49:30 AM
Read some Nietzsche.  He and Wagner were Hitler's inspiration.  It doesn't matter.  We are all that matters.  Bitcoin is one more thing that makes that possible.

Thank you, Satoshi.

429  Economy / Speculation / Re: Shorts hitting an all time high! on: January 15, 2015, 01:47:06 AM
short it all the way to 5$!

Exchanges will go bust.
430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC dead. The year of the Altcoin on: January 15, 2015, 01:31:40 AM

In a nutshell, this picture does say it all.

bitcoin is the same

i vote for quark-pump too.

Bitcoin is too fat to get out of the bed. Old stuff. An altcoin with 10 minutes transactions-confirms and without fast difficulty retarget would be laughed at around here but strangely bitcoin is that laughable alt.

Bitcoin as it is today, relaunched on the forum wouldn't find a buyer. People wouldn't even mine it, it could not attract a community and it would not be listed on exchange. Bitcoin is pretty much done after this selloff.

Look at it! It can't even hold its value despite all the efforts that went into it! It has bad breath and spittle at the chin. Bitcoin is rusty. Better get rid of it while you can still find fools to sell to.
431  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Campaign to BOYCOTT BITCOIN! on: January 15, 2015, 01:28:56 AM
so, we knew all the stuff posted in OP already.
what is the reason for the dump TODAY?

sellpressure mounting up ... inflation presses down, always ... so it's not going up, so people sell and more people sell. Didn't rise for a year. Just more selling and sellpressure is not going to stop.

Now we see a little rebound as i write this and i am sure once the buyers are exhausted (very soon as fools are rare and broke already) we go to new lows. Bitcoin as is today is not worth more than 150$ imho
432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Great Decoupling on: January 15, 2015, 12:59:31 AM
Bitcoin has dominated all other cryptos. Without Bitcoin, we'd never be where we are today.

But Bitcoin is now old tech (that's my view). Bitcoin is incapable of being a global currency (either today or in 100 years' time).

And as Bitcoin becomes less and less dominant, can other cryptocurrencies now diverge independently from BTC?

Pretty much every cryptocurrency of significant market cap has danced in step with Bitcoin. Until now.

From the market over the last week, we can see the beginnings of alt-coins decoupling from the Bitcoin monster. It's sad to see Bitcoin dwindle away and so many people lose their money, but it has to happen this way. Bitcoin cannot do what we need it to do.

we need demand more other basecurrency on exchanges - bitcoin and litecoin are not cutting it.
More altcoins to fiat exchange directly!!!!

Bitcoin holds all coins down!!!

Bitcoin certainly has a problem but crypto isn't over yet. Expecting altcoin to rise to the top coming months.
